Renta de alojamientos vacacionales frente a la playa en La Pineda

Hemos pasado unos días geniales en casa de Sonia, la llegada fue sencillísima y nos permitió quedarnos hasta después de comer el día de salida. La ubicación es perfecta, en pleno paseo de Riumar, la zona tranquila, la casa muy amplia y confortable.

Alojamiento pequeño pero muy confortable ideal para una pareja y dos niños, la ubicación es perfecta, a pie de playa. En general una estancia muy buena.

The hosts are wonderful people; new friends. Place is a lovely little beach apartment, impeccably clean. Unbeatable view.

Hem passat un cap de setmana genial. La Karina és molt atenta, amable i ràpida responent missatges. La casa és senzilla però té totes les coses bàsiques i és còmoda. La platja al costat és un 10 i la piscina un altre 10. Si li haig de treure alguna pega, és que no hi havia paella ni paeller per poder fer una paelleta a la brasa, però tot el demés ha estat perfecte. Hi tornarem de ben segur! Moltes gràcies per tot, Karina!

Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances dans le logement de Juan. Il est situé à 2min à pied d'une petite plage familiale et autres criques accessibles à pied où nous avons pu nous adonner au snorkeling en famille. Nous avons également pu profité de l'agréable piscine de la maison entre deux baignades en mer. Calafat est une ville tranquille de la Costa Dorada essentiellement faite de maisons mais avec une petite épicerie et un restaurant tout de même, loin de l'agitation de la Costa Brava et ses grands immeubles, ce qui convenait totalement à ce que nous voulions. Nous avons tout de même passé une journée à visiter Barcelone (à 1h30) et bien sûr une journée à Port Aventura (30min). Les enfants étaient ravis. La maison a tout le confort nécessaire, y compris des ventilateurs dans les chambres au plafond, ce qui était bien appréciable la nuit.Juan était réactif et amical lors de nos communications et Ana, qui nous a accueilli à notre arrivée, très sympathique. Merci.

Le logement est très bien pour la nuit que nous avons passé. La climatisation du salon a permis de tempéré l'ensemble du logement. pour la nuit. Nous avons très bien dormi. Merci pour toutes les explication envoyées par whattsapp qui nous ont permis de trouver le logement sans difficultés.

Francisco’s place is fantastic! His communication was excellent, and he met me for check in promptly. I was there in the off-season, and it was quite peaceful and relaxing. I understand it’s quite busy during the summer, but in November most things are closed, and it’s a really great place to get away from it all. I work remotely, and I appreciated the strong WiFi connection. The place is clean, and organized. There is plenty of street parking. Best of all, you can see the ocean from bed! I was sad I had to leave early, as a family emergency arose. I hope to be back someday.

Logement propre et bien équipé, terrasse avec vue sur la mer, commerces à proximité, rue calme.

It was perfect! The apartment was so comfy and clean, great location on the beach! Many thanks to owner, he is so great person, he helped us a lot with any questions we had! So understanding and hospitable! Also there is a great walking trail I found with mind blowing views , rocks and beautiful places! I left my soul there forever !

On à passe une belle semaine, on c'est senti rapidement alaise, l'endroit est calme, conforme à la description de l'annonce, jolie vue sur la mer soit de la terrasse de la chambre au premier étage soit en bas. Une belle et grande piscine, malheureusement nous avons eu du mauvais temps donc on n'a pas profité beaucoup, ça sera pour la prochaine fois. Dans la maison il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un super séjour! J'imagine l'endroit après que sera complètement rénové avec le bon gout d'Andrea. Le jardin très agréable avec les palmiers et l'olivier, notre chien Bamboo a adoré faire la siesta allongé sous le palmier. Andrea toujours réactive en cas de besoin!

Très bon séjour en famille dans cette maison proche de la plage. Juan est un hôte accueillant et réactif.

We had a lovely week. Lovely coves only 5 mins walk away and Miami Beach is only 15 mins away and has lots of restaurants and shade etc. The pool is enormous and there is a supermarket opposite the house so no need to use a car. The restaurant next door, Enriques was gorgeous and catered to gluten free, veggie and nut allergies! We loved the outdoor kitchen and did all of our cooking outside. The bedrooms are a bit hot in august, but there are fans and air con in two of the bedrooms. All in all a lovely stay.

Very nice villa, super location with sea acess 5 minutes away,supermarket 3 minutes ( walktime ) and everything else ist just a couple minutes further away. In the villa everything was clean and functional, big/deep and clean pool, lot of space inside , lots of kitchen ustensils ,coffee machine, 2 frigdes,oven,big stone bbq and every room has a super modern AC ...... We were there mid septembre . It was windy and litlle fresh thiccer blanket's would have been nice . That's all 99% from 100 points . Hosts where super friendly,reactif and give us good advice when needed for good restaurants ans other location . Thanks for the super holidays Teresa .

From our first contact with Sylvana, we were aware of her total commitment in ensuring that every detail of renting accommodation was seamless and easy. All instructions were clear. The accommodation was spotless, extremely well equipped and Sylvana spent time ensuring that everything was explained to us. The apartment boasts stunning views of the sea and is nestled in a quiet, calm complex which is maintained to a very high standard. We enjoyed our holiday and will return. Thank you Sylvana and Jerome for your kindness and professionalism.

The flat is everything you could wish for. Amazing view, spacious terrace, some toys for the beach. Very easy access to the small beach so that you can just go down for a quick swim before breakfast. The PortAventura Park is also very close and worth a day‘s visit when you come at times when it is not overcrowded. We also visited Tarragona which is a must see and Reus (the Gaudi Centre is also recommendable), and very good Italian ice-cream; both only half an hour drive. Lourdes and Lourdes- Maria were really welcoming and made us feel right at home. A perfect week even the though the weather wasn‘t sunny the whole time.

Très belle maison de style vintage. Nous avons été agréablement surpris en entrant à l'intérieur, car les photos ne rendent pas justice à la maison. De plus, la propriétaire est très réactive en cas de problème. La maison est très bien agencée. Malgré les 35 degrés à l'extérieur, la maison était fraîche grâce à sa climatisation. La route devant la maison est maintenant un chemin exclusivement piétonnier, ce qui rend l'extérieur plus calme et sûr. La maison est totalement équipée, du coquetier à l'économe, ce qui est un grand plus. Petite remarque néanmoins sur la taille des lits qui ne sont pas aux tailles standards. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison, nous ne regrettons absolument pas notre choix. Nous vous recommandons donc cette villa pour votre séjour en Espagne. De plus, cette maison est très bien localisée, en effet, elle se situe dans un quartier calme avec une plage située à quelques pas seulement !

Sehr schöne Wohnung die nah am Wasser und am Bahnhof ist. Lohnt sich zu mieten.

We had a fantastic 8-night stay at Carmen's place as a family. The house is spacious, modern, and absolutely spotless! Although we didn’t get to use the pool much since we spent most of our time at the nearby beach, we loved the convenient location. Carmen was a wonderful host, she greeted us warmly and shared some great local dining recommendations and was available if we had any questions or needed anything. Just a minute’s walk from the house, there’s a small bay perfect for sunbathing, with clean, shallow waters and a beach bar that we enjoyed. There’s also a small convenience store close by, perfect for picking up daily essentials. Pineda, with its lovely beach and plenty of restaurants, is just a 5-minute drive, and Salou, full of shops, bars, and restaurants, is about 10-15 minutes drive away. Tarragona is also worth a visit and only a 20-minute drive. Overall, we would 100% recommend Carmen’s place for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

Un paradis, la location porte bien son nom… maison encore mieux que sur les photos, suréquipée, propre, grande. Et l’emplacement ! À deux pas d’une crique à atteindre en traversant une petite forêt. Nous nous sommes baignés seuls au monde tous les jours de cette semaine d’octobre ! Et le top : nous avons pu assister aux jeux des écureuils dans les arbres tout près de nous, nous reviendrons !

Our family loved staying here. It was the perfect way to complete our vacation to Spain. So relaxing and would recommend any family looking for a quiet getaway to stay here. Thanks Emma for the lovely home!

Excelente apartamento , buena limpieza , equipado con todo lo necesario ( incluso cafetera ) . La ubicación no podía ser mejor , a escasos metros de la playa . Además tuvimos un inconveniente con la cerradura y en apenas 20 min nos lo solucionaron .

Laura es una amfitriona estupenda. El apartamento es fantastico, a primera linea de la playa, muy limpio i ordenado. Estado impecable, con todo lo imprescindible. Hemos estado de lujo!!! Seguro que repetiremos!!!!!.

A large apartment well located with genuine off public street parking. The apartment has everything needed for our stay. We were pleased with how easy it was to drive to the historic areas, beaches and nearby sights. Highly recommended. thank you Martin and Monica

excellent séjour en famille. l'appartement est conforme aux photos, même mieux qu'en photo. la vue est incroyable, la suite parentale digne d'un hôtel, tout était propre bien rangé. appartement fonctionnel il ne manquait rien. Anne est très chaleureuse, accueillante et de très bons conseils. je recommande à 100% 🤩
