This was a girls trip to the tennis tournament in Indian Wells. We loved having three bedrooms, (one for each) 2 of the three bedrooms have tv's, 2 nice bathrooms, spacious and fully stocked kitchen. So appreciate coffee (2 coffee pots, 1 Mr Coffee, 1 keurig with coffee and pods!) Loved the variety of spices, paper towels, tp, and high end hair products in both bathrooms! The beds were comfortable, nice sheets, and lots of pillows, great job! The community was pristine and well kept up, we absolutely would highly recommend this home and David! Only one negative thing that can be corrected easily: There are two bikes hung up in the garage, one on either side. One is very close to the drivers side of the car and you had to duck to get out of the garage side door. All was well til we packed to go home. One of our gals hit her head pretty bad. We worked hard at avoiding it the whole stay and in haste, bang! So perhaps David move that bike to the other side of garage.

Lily was very responsive great direction to the location. This is a great 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo with ample space. More than enough room for my family of four! Great location many great shops and restaurants within walking distance. Safe, friendly gated community. Would highly recommend. Would definitely stay again!

they are both wonderful hosts incredibly responsive and eager to make your stay everything you wanted to be. the condo is lovely and the complex is ideal for quiet friendly people. the pool and hot tub are at the perfect temperature to enjoy even in winter.

Les is a great host - responsive and helpful. Although we wished we had a view of the golf course, the studio villa was nice, spacious, and provided us with what we needed for our week stay. Close proximity to Indian Wells TG made this an easy choice. Shuttles running throughout the Marriott made things simple - lots to do at the overall resort. Would stay again. Thanks Les!

We were glad to return to the Waverly unit. We did have a few issues when we arrived but , as usual, Tawny was all over the issues and got things corrected! We love your professionalism and we will be back next year!!

Great place to stay in Palm Springs. Walkable neighborhood, close to downtown and great instructions for arriving and departing. Clean, uncluttered and amazingly stocked with anything you might need. Dietrich, Mary and David are very responsive and wonderful communication. Highly recommend if looking for an amazing stay in Palm Springs.

Aesthetics - If possible, Jerry & Brian’s place was even more spectacular than the images and description. The fusion between their passion for Hawaiian and mid-century design was well thought out and fun to take in all of the interesting detail - down to the common area key chain and the time-period furniture. Logistically, a perfect location- walking distance to several places of interest on the boulevard. Check in / communication were smooth and easy. Secure and reserved parking spot very much appreciated. The complex was quiet, well-apportioned with all amenities, we never used the laundry room, but everything we saw was well maintained. Everything in the condo was as described and well-maintained. Comfortable bed, and very clean throughout. The welcome book was well-thought out and gives a bit of fun history to the condo and personal recommendations for food, which were all on point. We would love to return. Fantastic experience for a weekend getaway in a truly unique space.

We absolutely loved our stay here at the condo it’s extremely clean and absolutely beautiful. Eric was absolutely great on getting us a booking even though we did a booking at the last minute he worked really hard and got us all the details we needed and was very responsive. I would highly recommend for anybody who would like to stay in a high-quality beautiful place and have a great service from the host. Thank you so much.

Great condo in Palm Springs!! It’s in a gated neighborhood with multiple swimming pools and tennis courts. The condo is spacious, clean, and has everything you need for your stay. My girls enjoyed the arcade games, sitting outside for meals was great, and there was a swimming pool right outside the back door. Definitely recommend!!!

If you want peace and quiet and beautiful surroundings, this is your space! A private property with spectacular mountain views, shared only with the hosts themselves! This spacious studio is extremely well appointed and absolutely spotless! The amazing outdoor space is beautiful and relaxing. We cannot wait for our next visit! We loved our stay. The location was so quiet and yet close to everything. Looking out at the mountains from the outdoor patio was always breath-taking. We used the pool and hot tubs in the complex daily and it was never too crowded. The condo itself had everything we could possibly need and was comfortable and pleasing to spend time in. We traveled all around the valley and found it to be our favorite area, despite not knowing Palm Springs prior to our visit. (We did have a rental car, however.) We would highly recommend this place to anyone considering a stay in Palm Springs.

This Casita was very clean and updated. Everything you needed was there and was decorated very nicely, felt like home for our week away. The pool was right outside our door which was great except it wasn't heated which was alittle disappointing but other then that was a great place. It was located 5 minutes from Old Town LA Quinta which had restaurants, shopping and stores. There were walking paths and golf courses close by. Very safe neighborhood for an anytime stroll. We will definitely stay here again.

If you haven’t booked this place you are definitely missing out! Loved everything about it.. great location, beautiful, private , cozy and peaceful place. Pool and hotubs were so warm and clean. Andrew and Jennifer were the greatest hosts! Definitely coming back here!!

Billy and Shea were fantastic hosts! Communication and responses to questions was excellent!! Everything was as expected and the condo was very comfortable. Highly recommend!!!!!

I have stayed here many, many times - said it before and will say it again, it is like a second home whenever I get back home to the desert. Every year I look forward to going back. 10 min to always everything. Jimmy was awesome and Corey is super easy to work with. Appreciate them having me back each December. Until next year… thank ya!

I had a grand 7-night experience at Mike’s Palm Springs, CA offering for my first ever Midwest Chicago winter getaway Superb location for going “car-less” with short walking access to everything PS downtown has to offer & easy Uber/Lyft access to Palm Desert, PS Tramway mountain lyft & airport access. Highly recommend & very affordable

The "Welcome Bottle" of Champagne was very thoughtful, and a delicious treat as well! Parking was also very convenient. The apartment had a lot of light and the shade on the patio was welcome. We also enjoyed the proximity to the pool, Trader Joe's and Target. Steven responded quickly to all of our questions. We had a great stay and will come again.

Kevin’s and Riley’s place is a comfortable condo in a quiet and convenient location. The hosts are quick to respond to all inquiries. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this unit to anyone planning a visit to Palm Springs.

What an ideal place to stay for any occasion, including for us coming in for a company winter conference which was 10 minutes away at the JW Marriott. The community is awesome--so beautiful, peaceful, and well-kept with golf courses, tennis courts, lakes, and pools everywhere. The condo is clean, quiet, comfortable and incredibly well-stocked in the kitchen and bedrooms. Open the patio door, and you're on a golf course with patio furniture to lounge in. The living room TV was humongous, too! Easy to check in and out with quick and responsive hosts. Looking forward to staying here again!

We were a group of five people, and had a wonderful 9 night stay. The place was very spacious and tastefully decorated. The host was very accommodating. I highly recommend this place, and will return in the future.

Wer eine ruhig gelegene Unterkunft innerhalb einer Gated Community (Sandstone Villas) sucht ist hier genau richtig. Das Zentrum von Palm Springs ist etwa 2 Meilen entfernt und fußläufig erreichbar, ebenso befinden sich Wanderwege und die Indian Canyons in unmittelbarer Nähe. In der Anlage gibt insgesamt 4 Pools, von denen 2 beheizt sind sowie 2 Whirlpools, einer davon fast direkt vor Tür. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll und modern ausgestattet und sehr sauber. In der Küche sind alle notwendigen Geräte vorhanden, um selber vollständige Mahlzeiten zuzubereiten. Steve benachrichtigte mich sogar, dass die Unterkunft bereits vor der Checkin Zeit bezugsfertig ist - super, vielen Dank! Beim nächsten Besuch in Palm Springs würde ich gerne wieder dort wohnen.
