I really enjoyed my stay at The monkey Tree. It was a small property with everything you need including a pool, hot tub, sauna and cold plunge to name a few. I used all of them. My unit had a private small yard. Which was perfect for my service doggie. The kitchen was well stocked with plates and utensils so I was able to bring in food which was really great. Communication was easy and I just felt very safe in this Airbnb. I would highly recommend monkey tree to my friends and family when they visit Palm Springs. I look forward to coming back in the future to this warm and inviting property.

I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the wonderful experience we had during our stay. Communication with the property was seamless, and following the provided instructions made the check-in process incredibly smooth. The resort is lovely, featuring two-story buildings with a peaceful atmosphere. This unit is on the upper-level, which offered convenient access to the beautiful swimming pools and Jacuzzi—perfect for relaxation. The location is also great, just about 30 minutes from downtown Palm Springs, offering plenty of opportunities for coffee lovers like myself. I highly recommend bringing your own ground coffee and filters as the unit is equipped with a coffee drip machine, The dishwasher was also a handy addition to the amenities. The parking was very convenient, located just in front of the building, and we had no issues whatsoever. Overall, our experience was truly enjoyable like pleasant breeze! Thank you again !

Can’t say enough about our stay. The area was beautiful and we enjoyed sitting on the patio admiring the scenery! Mountains all around and beautiful foliage. Great to have the Clubhouse so close to have lunch when we didn’t feel like leaving. Close to all the sites. We had a few glitches with tech stuff, but Justin answered quickly and took care of it in a very timely manner. Highly recommend! Thanks for a wonderful holiday! Cheri and Murray Kaufman

The home and surrounding community are fantastic. The amenities are expansive: golf, swimming, walking, biking, etc. It’s also quite close to many attractions and restaurants. Our family had an awesome experience.

Perfect location in Palm Springs. Near enough to the downtown hustle and shopping and eating but also close to the Indian Canyons for its trails. Pool got to be a daily ritual watching the sun disappear behind the mountains before going in to make supper in our perfect kitchen. Unit was spacious and provided some outside space that was relatively quiet even if it was next to the unit gate. We loved the time spent in and around this condo.

My husband and I were celebrating his birthday, the owners prepared a small gift basket of wine and goodies, it set the tone for the weekend, which was relaxing, fun and unforgettable. We enjoyed the condo so much, we ate breakfast and had drinks on both patios on a daily basis, just depending on which way the sun was rising or setting. The description of the condo was as stated it was clean, clutter free and had just the right room and overall great amenities. We enjoyed the swimming pool almost every day and met many friendly people who were locals and/or visiting from other parts of the country we were able to share stories and recommendations of food and drink for the evening. Thank you to the owners for providing such a memorable weekend and we mentioned to them we would make Palm Springs a regular stop for us in the springtime from here on out. We'll make sure and rent from them if they have availability next time and recommend them to others planning a visit to Palm Springs.

Everything was just as described, easy and clear directions and they were very responsive and communicative.

Mark's condo is amazing! The place has everything needed for a great stay, including supplies in the pantry, welcome snacks, and even comfy towels for the hot tub that is just around the corner. The back deck, connected to the living room, overlooks a beautiful pond that is frequented by ducks and geese. The condo was spotless and tastefully decorated. Definitely hope to stay again on future trips to the area. Thank you Mark.

We had a wonderful 2 week stay in the condo at Canyon Shores. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. There is a nice little shaded patio overlooking one of the many water features through the complex. There was also a charcoal grille outside. There is a master suite on each of the two levels with the bunk bedroom upstairs. The condo was very roomy. It was a very quiet complex during our stay. We had the pool (#4) pretty much to ourselves everyday. All pools are heated. Everyone we saw out and about in the complex were nice. Our daughter loved using the fitness center and had it all to herself each day. We would definitely stay in this unit again. It’s great value for a 3 bed 3 bath.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Jason’s. His place was well equipped to keep us entertained; we enjoyed using the tennis rackets, pickle ball paddles, puzzles and games! Jason’s place overall was well stocked, with everything we needed in the kitchen to cook delicious meals over the holidays. The grounds are lovely. The pools at the complex are phenomenal, we got to swim every day, and enjoyed going for long walks around the many ponds. The Airbnb location was ideal, off the main road of the complex, with a secluded backyard, a rare find at Sky Valley. You must book this Airbnb if you’re looking for some R&R in the sunshine!

Highly recommend. Bigger in person than the pictures look. the backyard is partially fenced and then open to the wilderness, very walkable. Trails just a few houses down as well. The sauna/hot tub combo is on point. One of the coolest places I have ever stayed. Immaculate view, plenty of trees, and just an overall great place to hang out.

Our stay at Rancho Dandy was terrific! Ours was a slightly extended stay that doubled as a vacation with extended family and working remote. The house has different indoor/outdoor gathering spaces, which suited our multi-generational and multi-use needs. The hot tub got a lot of use when it cooled down at night and during the day my teens particularly enjoyed the deep pool. I appreciated that the cost of pool/spa heating was included in the rate. A well-equipped kitchen was handy for easy meals during the day, while we took advantage of the great restaurants in Palm Springs most nights. The house is an easy drive to downtown, nearby hiking trails, Indian Wells Tennis Garden, and Joshua Tree Park. We love visiting Palm Springs!

The house exceeded expectations, it was beautifully maintained, free of clutter and had everything you could need or want. Tons of natural light, great indoor/outdoor feel, and a very private backyard with a beautiful pool, jacuzzi and the icing on the cake....a great sauna ! You couldn't ask for a better host than Josh; he was extremely responsive, super proactive, easy going and just a joy to interact with. We will for sure be back !

I have a big family 5 adult children and 3 little ones. This home was perfect and beautiful inside and out. Beds were so comfortable. Each room had own restroom and shower. Having a big family, someone’s always waiting for the restroom, but not the case in this home. Each room has its own entrance so great privacy. Home was definitely flawless. So much space. I forgot pots I was suppose to take for the trip just incase I needed some,but they literally had everything we needed.All we had to do was Purchase food to cook. My husband and I have are our catering business, and this kitchen was exquisite. So much detail. Very quiet area and host was so helpful and awesome communication. Great for a weekend getaway. Will definitely look forward to booking again. Highly recommend

We had a great time. We went with a large family including kids of various ages. The house was comfortable and cozy enough that we could all sit together, or enough rooms that someone could enjoy some privacy. The place had enough for everyone to do: a game room, televisions , a pool with enough space for everyone to find somewhere comfortable to sit. Our family only had praise for the house and for how responsive our host was.

There were some cleanliness issues, but overall, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The weather was too hot to do anything outside, but I had a relaxing time enjoying the pool and spa. The house was cool and spacious, so I had a great time without any shortcomings, and I would like to go back again if I have another chance.

RidgeView Cabin was perfect for the 5 of us plus our dog, Ozzie. The rooms were clean and spacious including the game room which had a queen size bed area. Three of the four rooms had deck access with amazing views! The place was charming and clean. Our dog enjoyed roaming around outside and the gated property gave us peace of mind to let him explore. The village was less than a five minute drive. We would recommend it and would stay again. Next time we plan on using the jacuzzi and steam room as we didn’t get a chance this time around.
