The apartment was exactly as described and very convenient for the business we needed to conduct in downtown San Jose.

First of all amazing amazing amazing. Loved it from the minute I walked in. Very clean and great views. I thought it would be nice to have a TV in the room but that doesn’t make sense as you will be exploring the city or just relaxing eating in the living room where the TV was. Check was literally so easy and much easier than other host who have some property in the same building as I booked an extra because I wanted to stay longer and in comparison to a different host, Alex was by far the best and easiest for unit wise and check in and check out wise. Definitely coming back to Alex when I am in Costa Rica

El departamento es muy cómodo, estuvimos muy a gusto, es amplio, seguro, muy bien ubicado, y bien cuidado. Laura y los demás anfitriones siempre contestaron rápido ymuy amables. sin duda nos volveríamos a hospedar con ellos

La cabaña está perfectamente equipada, aparte la hermosa vista hacia el valle. Recomendada

Elegimos el alojamiento por emergencia y fue muy grato la rápididez y la comunicación con instrucciones muy claras. el alojamiento es agradable, la cocina cuenta con todo lo necesario, la privacidad excepcional.

We enjoyed staying at Cat’s and Yolanda’s home. Even though there is shared common areas, we felt very comfortable and private. Afternoon swims in the pool and lounging in the hot tub was relaxing. Quiet mornings in the upper deck were peaceful and you could hang out and enjoy the gorgeous valley view. We are fairly active so walks into town were very doable. Atenas has a good mix of tourists and locals and is a friendly town.

El lugar es increíble, aun mejor que lo que se ve en las fotos, completamente lleno de naturaleza y una paz que no se puede describir, es de los lugares a los que se debe regresar.

Maricel was a wonderful host. She was responsive, flexible and kind. We were able to arrange luggage hold with her next door Aunt who was also very kind to us. Location is close to the airport and her neighbors seem to keep a close eye on things. We also enjoyed the local kitties who came to visit. Place was spotless.

Quiet and secure area. Secured area with a security and safe parking! Rare thing in San Jose. Nice Host.Very comfortable bed, maybe little short if your bigger than 1.85m. Hot shower, Bedroom window goes into little inner place in building. Bathroom opens up into that inner space via an opening without a window. But you can close the bathroom door to the bedroom if it disturbs you. Kitchen nice. Place is comfy and very clean. Really surprised by how quiet the area is and directly on Mac's Bar at Sabana park! Recommend staying here. I would have stayed longer than one night for sure.

This is the most value for cost stay we have ever enjoyed! The apartment is well designed, comfortable, and close to the activities we wanted to enjoy during our stay. The three of us - my husband, our best friend, and I were very comfortable. We were able to take short walks daily for groceries, get fresh bread at a nearby panadería or the new French Bakery on Aviendo 5, (Check it out!) and to explore Heredia. We walked to restaurants and shops. Nothing was lacking. On the upstairs patio, a cup of coffee or tea from the well furnished kitchen, watching children arrive at Escuela Fatima was a perfect start to our day. Hearing the nearby church bells, it is a great location to enjoy Heredia or take immersive Spanish lessons. It was a most amazing and perfect week. We felt very safe at all times. The off street parking was a bonus. People are friendly and helpful. Fabiana, her sister Camilla, and their mother Christina are exceptional hosts. Walter’s spirit persists!

Todo super bien! hubo un detalle ajeno a la casa de que se descompuso el calentador de agua por causa de corriente, se fué la luz en toda la colonia y Carlos me resolvió inmediatamente y satisfactorio! 10 de 10, gracias!

Great location with lots of amenities nearby. Didier was really friendly and helpful and the flat was really comfortable for 5 adults, with space for an extra one.
