You won’t regret staying here!

Amazing place to stay, the space seemed even more spacious than the photos suggested. Highly recommend staying here, the heated bathroom floors were a great touch! Only complaint is the shuttle service was a little difficult/hard to come by, but that is not fault to the hosts/home. Will definitely return in the future!

L'appartement est dans un quartier résidentiel, mais plusieurs attractions, restaurants et magasins incluant des épiceries et des pharmacies sont relativement proches en voiture. Il y a beaucoup de côtes à Chicoutimi et une voiture est essentielle pour visiter la région. L'appartement était propre et avait tout ce dont nous avons eu besoin, même des élastiques à cheveux! Nous y retournerions avec plaisir.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Cynthia et Nicolas. Un très bel appartement avec une très belle vue. Ce sont des personnes très accueillantes et très gentilles. Nous avons reçu un très bel accueil. Merci à vous pour ce merveilleux séjour.

Le chalet de France est fantastique , nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous . France est d une extreme gentillesse , qui nous a acceuilli comme des rois et surtout nous a partagé bcp de photos et informations avant notre arrivée. je recommande tres vivement ce bel endroit.

Michel’s place was really beautiful, peaceful and relaxing. It had everything you need and more! We spent a week with our dog enjoying the perfect location and space. From hot tub to the pellet stove to the arcade game, this truly has everything you need to relax and enjoy. From pre check in to check out, Michel was an outstanding host who was always responsive and helpful. He is so kind and warm always willing to help if we needed anything at all. Truly a superb host! We really would love to come back someday.

A true gem in the eclectic, cool and diverse neighborhood of Saint Roche. A very walkable place near restaurants, coffee shops, markets and a vinyl record shop. Only a 15 min walk to the Old City as well. The apartment was spotless, comfortable and the hosts were gracious and communicated quickly. Would love to return!

Très beau petit logement, parfait pour un couple. Bien équipé, avec un petit côté rétro sympathique! L’interaction avec Annie était efficace et conviviale.

Superbe; j'y retournerais sans aucune hésitation. Gîte bien situé, très propre et très complet pour tout : couverts, savons pour tout, sacs pour déchets, etc. L'hôte répond rapidement : très apprécié. Au besoin, ne pas hésiter à me contacter.

Nous avons passé une semaine sans aucun souci. Le logement est fonctionnel, bien équipé et bien situé (quartier calme). Le stationnement est gratuit dans les rues environnantes et nous n'avons jamais eu aucune difficulté pour trouver une place. De bons restaurants sont accessibles à pied à moins de 10 mn à la ronde. Concernant l'hôte, Vicky est d'une grande amabilité, disponible et réactive. Nous avons dû prolonger notre séjour et Vicky a été très réactive pour nous permettre de rester quelques jours de plus. Au top.

The room was just like the pictures—clean and tidy. The location was convenient, and the host responded very quickly. Our group of six had a wonderful weekend. I highly recommend it to anyone who needs a place to stay. La chambre était exactement comme sur les photos—propre et bien rangée. L’emplacement était pratique, et l’hôte répondait très rapidement. Notre groupe de six a passé un excellent week-end. Je le recommande vivement à ceux qui en ont besoin.

We loved our stay at Sebastian’s place! Everything was exactly as advertised, it’s super close to old Quebec and plenty of bars and restaurants in downtown Quebec within walking distance, the hot tub was a huge perc, it was the perfect setting for exploring the city.

Nous avons eu un très beau séjour. La communication (via Airbnb) avec le personnel a toujours été aisée : le personnel était respectueux et répondait rapidement à nos questions. L'appartement était propre et tel que présenté sur le site.

Very cozy place with lots to do around. As mentioned in the other reviews, there is some noise early in the morning, but we didn’t find it too bad at all. The highlights were definitely the incredibly comfy beds and the hot tub, which made for a truly relaxing experience!

Nous avons apprécié l’endroit. C’était calme et les propriétaires qui sont à l’étage sont discrets et respectueux. Le spa sur le bord de la rivière est un must.

Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay. We loved the views from the huge windows, the very quiet soundproofing of the newer construction, the big open plan kitchen and living space, and of course the rooftop hot tub. Our two daughters (8 and 10) were really excited to get to stay here. The penthouse is ideally situated to access the tourist attractions in the City, as well as downhill skiing at Stoneham, less than 30 mins drive north. Would definitely recommend!

Jp’s place is fantastic - located right next to the slopes, has everything a guest could need, and host is super responsive.

We really enjoyed our stay! Location was pretty close to everything we wanted to do. Just a 15 min drive to Old Quebec. One thing I will say is we were absolutely freezing in the living room and main bedroom. I don’t think the heater in the kitchen really reaches that far. There isn’t much of a comforter on the bed so I really had a hard time trying to get warm! Did not end up using the hot tub. The host was very well at communicating and over all we enjoyed our stay!

The place was exactly as advertised. The apartment was very clean. Apartment had ample pots, pans and utensils for cooking. All in all 5 out of 5. Highly recommended. All communication with Alexandre was clear and helpful. This is the second place I’ve rented from Alexandre and once again it was a great experience. Thank you Jason
