Everything went smoothly perfect location will definitely stay again.

I loved every minute of my stay!! One of the most important life “vitamins” one can have is the sun. From Room 7, you can have from A to Zinc, aka sunrise to sunset. 😉 After a busy day (or shall I say the paddling/falling from the board/catching waves day), you’d want a quiet and comfortable place to lay in and also meditate. Here’s the key- very comfortable bed and clean and lux-feel sheets and most of all, the panoramic view (and!!! ASMR sound of the waves) of the sea and swell anytime you want!!! The place is so beautiful, it truly warmed my heart. ❤️ You will not look for anything more. I hope to return one day and if I may be ambitious, surf right in front of the kubo na. 😜😜🥰 Everyone behind all the superlatives above, are the kindest people you can ever meet. ☺️ Most of all, biggest love to now my favorite Hooman, Grover. Periodt. 😉😍

Our recent stay was truly exceptional! The beachfront location provided breathtaking ocean views and immediate access to the pristine shores, making it a perfect retreat for beach lovers. The property was equipped with all the amenities we could ask for, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay. From the well-appointed kitchen to the cozy bed spaces. What truly set this stay apart was the outstanding hospitality. The host and caretaker were incredibly friendly and responsive, promptly addressing any questions we had.

Oliver was very accomodating, explained well what do and don’ts, we enjoy the welcome refresher. Famous “ Ice Cream” the sorrounding very quiet and peaceful. All and all we enjoyed our family vacation.

Price of the accommodation was reasonable considering it’s beachfront which is a great plus.

Everything was just perfect. Unfortunately, we didn’t get the unit facing the beach, but that didn’t take away from how much we enjoyed our stay. Ms. Jahra was incredibly kind and assisted us with everything, especially in booking a surfing instructor. P.S. We absolutely loved the cheese bread! 😍 And we’re already missing Starlet—such a sweet in-house kitty! 🐱💛✨

Lan's place is perfect if you're looking for a peaceful getaway away from the crowds. The view from the third floor is stunning, especially when taking a dip in the pool with the sea as your backdrop. The room is cozy and offers a beautiful sunset view, making it the perfect spot to relax. We also loved that the place is pet-friendly—our fur baby had a great time! The only challenge we faced as commuters was the lack of nearby restaurants, but we made sure to keep the tricycle driver's number handy for quick trips to Urbiztondo. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back!

A wonderful modern Filipino house in a peaceful area away from the hustle and bustle of San Fernando and San Juan! Our family throughly enjoyed the amenities of the house, including the air con in every room including the living room, the wonderful pool, and the fully stocked kitchen with fridge, freezer, stove and microwave. Upstairs restroom does have a hot water heater for those who desire to have a warm shower. The location is handy for your La Union and Ilocos adventures (40 min to San Fernando, 2.5 hours to Vigan and Baguio). Also maraming maraming salamat to the wonderful caretaker Lorena, she was available at all hours to open and close the gate and house, always straightened around the house when we were gone, and was a great help. I would not hesitate to rent this house again when I come home to La Union!

Our stay at Villa Norte Guest House was amazing! The place is perfect for families and groups of friends because of its spacious layout. There’s plenty of room to move around, and the house is well-equipped with complete toiletries, utensils and kitchen cookware, making it easy to cook and enjoy meals together. One of the best parts is the beach access—while the waves here are calmer compared to Urbiztondo, it’s still a nice spot to relax. The only downside is the presence of lumot in the water, but it didn’t take away from the experience. In fact, it felt like having a private beach since there were very few people around. There’s also a cozy hangout spot near the beach access where you can chill, play games, or just have a good chat with friends. A huge shoutout to Ms. Cecil, who was very accommodating and quick to respond to all our questions. The caretakers, Ate Kim and Kuya Gerald (Kimerald loveteam! ❤️), were also incredibly helpful, making sure we had everything we needed.

We wanted to experience La Union and luckily we found Mary’s listing as the perfect spot within our budget and her property was wonderful!!’ We felt right at home with a very big villa, big rooms with comfort rooms, amazing kitchen/dining, garden and beachfront!!! The beach of San Juan is right in front of you!! Keep up the excellent service and positive friendly hosting Mary/Gloridy!!! We will definitely recommend this place to our families and friends Maraming Salamat ulit!!!
