Beautiful location close enough to get to the beach and also had access to a good number of great restaurants. The Airbnb was as pictured in the listing images. Would consider returning due its price and fantastic location. Thank you for the amazing and attentive service.

Great location near Holistika where you can take yoga classes, and attend all kinds of wellness events. Quiet and away from the busy part of Tulum. The condo itself is very spacious, the grounds of the building and the pool are kept natural and simple but beautiful. Short walk to nice restaurants and coffee shops in La Valeta. We had a car so going to the beach was easy. Communication was excellent.

This is our second time staying at this same building, because we liked the location and access to swimming pool. It is clean and the host is responsive to our requests. The area is very quite within gated community. There is an elevator to use if you don’t feel climbing the stairs. It is 8 minutes drive to the main street and about or less than 15 minutes to the supermarket. There is housekeeping that came multiple times a week and changed towels .. etc. There is plenty of parking which is great. Overall it is a very good unit.

A wonderful place! We so enjoyed the spacious apartment, excellent spacious showers, comfortable beds, lovely garden and pool. The caretaker Alejandro was so kind and helpful. He even loaned us containers to pack our lunch out when we went to Tulum! This is a perfect for families who wish to stay a while and cook their own food. Highly recommend!

We had such a wonderful time here! The beach was spectacular! The casita and garden/ pool were so calming! The kitchen was super handy and there were delicious restaurants close by!

I loved this apartment! The design is lovely and fitted out well. The swimming pool is literally 3m from the terrace which also has its own private jacuzzi. The roof top pool is also great. The location in La Veleta is perfect and there are some great coffee shops and restaurants in close walking distance. The host was great and replied to me pretty much immediately. Highly recommend!

El lugar es muy lindo, la terraza muy bonita para estar compartiendo, la regadera del cuarto principal les va a encantar, la camas y almohadas muy confortables, y se ubica en un lugar muy tranquilo. La ubicacion es ideal si vas a estarte moviendo entre Tulum y los diferentes parques, porque esta algo retirado. De cualquier manera si traes vehiculo cualquier distancia es nada si te la pasas bien

Superbe logement, emplacement idéal entre le centre et la zone hôtelière. On a pu louer des vélos pas très loin pour se déplacer. La piscine du roof n’était pas utilisable par manque d’entretien et certaines machines de la salle de sport ne fonctionnaient pas, c’est dommage on n’a pas pu en profiter et c’est en partie pour ça qu’on avait réservé. Je met une note de 5 car notre hôte est toujours réactif et le logement impeccable. Merci

The place was spacious and comfortable for the 6 of us. The top floor private pool and social space is a great bonus. The electronic entrance both of the main gate and front door allowed for quick and easy access to the property.

Staying at Alejandro's apartment was awesome! We loved the private terrace and plunge pool. The location couldn’t be better—just a quick 12-minute bike ride to the beach, with tons of great restaurants, a convenience store, and local gourmet spots nearby. Alejandro and his team were super helpful, making everything easy. The apartment was really chill, perfect for our getaway. The kitchen had everything we needed to whip up meals. The bed was super comfy, with nice sheets for cozy nights. Plus, the shower had great pressure! The rooftop amenities—like the pool, yoga area, and spa for massages—made our stay even better. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at PalAlma. The house was clean, spacious, and well-furnished—perfect for our group of five. The location was ideal, close to great restaurants and everything we needed. Great apartment, serene grounds. The beds were super comfortable, and the space was large enough for our group to relax and lounge in the living room or bedrooms. The front area with the small plunge pool was a great bonus—private, peaceful, and perfect for cooling off. The overall vibe was quiet and felt very secluded, which made it extra relaxing. The staff was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The kitchen had the basics, and there were plenty of towels for both the pool and apartment. The property wasn’t crowded at all, which added to the sense of tranquility. This spot is ideal if you have a car—there’s on-site parking that’s easy and convenient. It’s about 10 minutes to the beach. For public beach access, we recommend going through Delek Tulum. Otherwise, most beach clubs and restaurants require a minimum spend or a day pass. Playa Paraiso is beautiful but requires going through the national park, which charges $20 USD per person.

The house was super super nice, washer and dryer a plus for us, pool we didnt use as to it being cold all the time, other than that great location and stay. Gabriela was super responsive and super helpful. We love tulum its our like 7 time coming!!!

This place is perfect! It's squeaky clean, quiet, comfortable and Maria is an excellent, super communicative host. The free breakfast and free bikes are a really nice touch.

Will definitely come back to stay again- was the best air bnb I’ve ever been to. Extremely peaceful and dreamy. The architecture is stunning. It was exactly like the photos and extremely clean. The management time was so kind and accommodating. The price was also very reasonable for what you are getting. I was so sad to have to leave and will definitely be back.

The apartment was perfect for our vacation in Tulum with our baby. It was very quiet. The amenities were a big plus (gym, on-site restaurant, etc.). Would recommend.

We had a great stay at Paramar Terra. The unit worked really well for our family of 5 (3 kids aged 9 and under). The building pool was fantastic and most of the time we were the only ones using it. We also found the building to be secure and in a relatively easy area to drive. Accessing other services (grocery etc) nearby was easy. I would recommend having a car to get around and parking was a breeze. Thanks for a good stay.

Absolutely 10/10! I’ve stayed in Tulum 5 times for 1-3 months at a time and these guys were AMAZING as hosts and the apartment was exactly like the photos. The WiFi was fast, very easy to find, super clean, walking distance to some restaurants, the beach is a 7 minute scooter ride away and downtown is the same. They were very accommodating and helped with any local recommendations I needed. I’ll 100% be staying with these hosts again and if you’re considering staying with them, this is the review to tell you to do so!

Xibalba hotel was truly amazing! Really good value for money. Looks just as on pictures, beautiful design, everything new and modern, very large room with balcony & jacuzzi; large kitchen with everything needed ( toaster, pots, pan, cutlery and blender for fresh smoothies), beautiful large and clean bathroom; gym and joga room. Really enjoyed my stay and would recommend to anyone who is looking for a comfortable place to stay in Tulum.
