An unforgettable stay with an incredibly kind and helpful host! We were very close to all types of food/pharmacies/excursions/taxis that made our stay so easy to plan and even harder to leave! We loved the unit as well and found the pictures don’t do justice how beautiful the unit/pool/amenities are - would absolutely recommended and love to stay again

Nous avons passé un super séjour chez JKW Vacaction Club, le logement était magnifique et très bien aménagé, petit bémol sur les travaux dans l'hôtel même si je suppose qu'avec un quartier en construction c'est un peu inévitable, malgré tout je recommande vivement !!

Josè's place was easy to find, the directions and instructions were clear. The area is very walkable with a lot of very good restaurants, shops, a 7-11 (with alcohol), Oxxo's, hair/nail or massage within a 10 min walk. The beach is a 45 minute walk at least. I would recommend to rent a scooter, or take a taxi (can get expensive). The beds are very comfortable, the pools are great and the area is super safe. The Chedraui will deliver, ask about that. You can get 18L water jugs at the Oxxo downstairs, there is a pump for it in the unit but no charger for the pump (my Kobo charger fit). There is free laundry area on the main floor. Josè was quick to answer any questions and was very responsive and helpful. The bathrooms, linens and dishes were very clean. All in all I would recommend this place 5/5. Thank you Josè.

great stay for a few nights in Tulum. it's on the edge of town which is nice if you are looking for a more peaceful retreat, which I was! you're surrounded by beautiful trees and tropical birds. it's really nice. it's still very easy to get to the center with shops and restaurants in a few minutes. the apartment was well decorated and furnished, and the bed was VERY comfortable. wifi signal was good and I was able to work from the apartment. there is a very cute cafe, Cafe Aroma, with great breakfast, juice, smoothies and coffee a few minutes walk down the road. Mariana was also so kind to bring a big bottle of drinking water after my checkin which was a friendly and appreciated touch. :) I would stay here again!

This place was truly spectacular and breathtaking. It’s as advertised. The only inconvenience would be the trash disposal being a bit far but apart from that everything else was absolutely amazing 😌😌

Nos encantó, disfrutamos mucho de la estancia del lugar tiene una terraza muy acogedora con sus piscinas y sus áreas nos encantó mucho la habitación súper limpia y muy cómoda. Lo único no tuvimos internet en la habitación pero había una señal abierta y nos pudimos conectar pero nos encantó y eso no es nada para como disfrutamos volveríamos ir mil veces más .

My husband and I travelled with 2 of our boys, ages 13 and 6, and my in-laws (early 80’s) joined us mid-week. I cannot speak highly enough of the property and the attentiveness to our needs by the staff. Everything as pictured and then some. We absolutely loved our stay and would come again in a heartbeat. We are currently trying to plan our next stay. The private area along with convenience to a cenote, town, a grocery store - we did not feel like we missed a thing and everything we needed was so close! I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here and would highly encourage you to. I worried our boys wouldn’t like it, but they had so much fun in the pool, along the shore in tide pools, hunting for crabs at night, watching the birds - it was all amazing. Definitely in our top 3 vacations and we hope to go again!

Three girlfriends and I stayed here to celebrate our friend’s upcoming wedding. The place was perfect, the setting was paradise, and the private beach was beautiful. We loved having access to the cenote across the road as well. It was a perfect vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay at the villa with the family. The place was just as described and everything went smoothly. It made for a pleasant and comfortable trip 😀.

We were 5 people abd had a great stay at casa tiburun. The location is really quite and great for a relaxed vacation, but still close enough to the city center to make a spontaneous trip to shops, markets or the beach. The host responded really quickly and took care of all our problems and needs. Can really recommend the stay in this beautiful and clean villa

Great house. Lovely pool. The welcome basket was a fabulous touch. Perfect stay minus the master br fan didn’t work and im a warm sleeper- so had to adjust the a/c cooler than I would have liked

We absolutely loved the house and our hosts were very friendly and went over and beyond to accommodate all of our needs. Even when we did have problems out of their control like the power going out they still accommodate us switching to a new home promptly.

We really enjoyed our stay at Yaremis's place, as we felt right at home with its cozy, clean and homey feel. The place was in a nice area where it was walkable to the city center while bike ridable to the ruins. Having a kitchen to cook and store food was extremely helpful. Definitely recommend!

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION ! This place was a few steps away from one of the most beautiful beaches in the world and the best part was that it was lonely ! Juan Luis was very attentive and such a great host ! Only negative comment was that there was hardly ever any hot water. But other than that, it was great !!

I loved my stay! It was so beautiful and peaceful. Fer gave a ton of recommendations and was extremely communicative and helpful throughout the stay and always responded quickly ! We’ll definitely be coming back again.

I had a fantastic stay at Fernando’s place in Tulum. The apartment was fully stocked with everything I needed for an extended stay and is conveniently located in Veleta, about a 10-minute walk or a 2-minute scooter ride from the main area on Calle 7. It felt very safe and secure, and being just far enough from the main road meant no traffic noise at night while still being close to everything. Fernando was incredibly helpful and always quick to respond to any questions I had. As a remote worker, I really appreciated the fast Wi-Fi, desk, and office chairs. I would definitely return!

We had a great stay overall. The bed was very comfy! The rooftop pool was better in person. The blue light in the plunge pool did not come on and we couldn’t figure out how to make it light up, but everything else was lovely. Thank you for having us

This place is a whole vibe! It's surrounded by lush greenery, peaceful, private, and safe with 24/7 security at the entrance. It felt like the perfect sanctuary while still being just a short drive to all Tulum has to offer {shopping, beaches, ruins, cenotes, restaurants, etc...}. The home itself is even more stunning than the photos ~ thoughtfully designed, spacious, and filled with inviting energy. Every bedroom had a super comfy king sized bed that made for the most restful sleep, and the rooftop deck was a dream ~ perfect for our sunrise meditation and movement, and later sipping wine while relaxing in the plunge pool. Pure magic! Linda was awesome, quick to respond and super helpful {providing a list of things to do and other resources}. Communication was smooth from start to finish. We had the pleasure of hosting an intimate women's retreat experience here and honestly, it couldn't have been more perfect. If you're looking for a beautiful, peaceful place in Tulum, this is it.

We spent 10 days in Katie’s Tao Tulum condo, which was beautifully decorated and spacious enough for two couples. The laundry facilities and well-stocked kitchen were great, and we especially enjoyed the screened-in porch. It’s an ideal spot for a relaxing getaway, complete with a pool and a walkable neighborhood. **Neighborhood:** The location is perfect for walking to nearby restaurants like Mamazul, Algeria, and Rossina Cafe. Massage at Tulum Wellness Center and chiropractic with Israel (above Safari Comedor) were just a 6-minute walk away. Chedraui grocery store is a short drive away—just remember to validate your parking ticket! **Beach:** The beach is around a 45-minute walk or a 20-minute drive away. We found biking challenging in the heat, so renting a car or taxi is advisable . Taxis varied in price from $20 to $40for a 7-minute drive. For beach clubs, we recommend La Zebra for its chill vibe and free parking with a receipt—no minimum spend required.
