We spent a wonderful stay in Casa flamingo. La Veleta is a very nice,peaceful and secure neighborhood. You are not so far from beach if you have a car or with bike. You can feel the Tulum pueblo vibes which are really most interesting than the « Hostalera zona » vibes. Clemence was waiting for us when we arrived and give us good advice to enjoy the Tulum’s life. She was always very reactive when we had questions. The house is great and we enjoy to spend time by the pool. At night there are bars and restaurants close to the house. We found also a good bakery for the breakfast (very important for french people :-). Everything was perfect. We highly recommend Casa flamingo. If we come back we already know where to go!!!

This stay was perfect. Celine is so nice and responsive, and Sofia, the Concierge that assists you with everything once you’re at the house is so nice and helpful. The area felt very safe as well. The in house Chef was kind and made incredible food. Overall one of the best Air Bnb experiences I’ve had, I highly recommend!

Beautiful house in a nice neighbourhood in Tulum. We stayed with out 18 month old and felt very safe walking around the area, even at night. Nice restaurants nearby all within walking distance. The house itself was even better than the pictures. Rooms were spacious and clean and the house is in great condition, It was lovely sitting outside in the morning listening to the birds and wildlife in the lovely pool area. The house felt very safe, it has a large fence going around the property although we never felt like we needed it. The pool had a shallow kids area which was great for out 18 month old to play in or for us to sunbathe in while staying cool. I've stayed in a few AirBnB's before and this one is up there with the best. Only one downside was some of the establishments nearby can be a little noisy with their music playing late but it didn't bother us that much, the air con noise drowned it out. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house and would love to stay here again.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt im Haus und alles war wie beschrieben. Das Haus ist noch größer als wir es angenommen hatten, der Pool groß genug und erfrischend und für uns und unsere Kids war es perfekt. Tolle Tipps, Super Restaurants und Cafés in der Umgebung und Mirko war immer erreichbar und hat uns mit tollen Ideen die Zeit in Tulum verschönert.

The place is really great and worth the price! Be aware, you should rent motorbike or VUS. The place is really far from the city, and the taxi are expansives.

Our stay at this Airbnb in Tulum was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless. The house easily accommodated our group of 17, with enough beds for everyone to sleep comfortably. The space itself was stunning—clean, beautifully designed, and easy to find. One of the standout features was the sense of security. With on-duty security patrolling the neighborhood throughout the night, we always felt safe and at ease. The concierge team was beyond amazing—extremely responsive and accommodating. They assisted us with everything, from arranging transportation and making dinner reservations to giving us the best party recommendations and even securing a boat for us. Their help made our trip effortless and truly enhanced our Tulum experience. Housekeeping was also top-notch, ensuring the space remained spotless daily, even after our beach and pool outings. They kept everything fresh and tidy, which made our stay even more comfortable. We would stay here again!

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The apartment was spotless and felt incredibly peaceful — perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The location is super convenient, with plenty of great restaurants and cafes within walking distance. It’s only a 5-minute scooter ride to the lively Main Street area and about 10 minutes to the beach. The rooftop pool was a definite highlight, offering beautiful views and a great spot to relax. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located stay!

The place was spacious and comfortable for the 6 of us. The top floor private pool and social space is a great bonus. The electronic entrance both of the main gate and front door allowed for quick and easy access to the property.

Great location near Holistika where you can take yoga classes, and attend all kinds of wellness events. Quiet and away from the busy part of Tulum. The condo itself is very spacious, the grounds of the building and the pool are kept natural and simple but beautiful. Short walk to nice restaurants and coffee shops in La Valeta. We had a car so going to the beach was easy. Communication was excellent.

Jorge was very responsive if we had any questions. The condo was very clean and provided everything we needed. If you have a longer stay the washing machine is a definite plus.

Minerva has been a wonderful host! Location is convenient and amenities is as listed. The building has a gym and a longer pool as well.

Tolle Unterkunft mit schönem Pool auf dem Dach. Sehr gut geschlafen. Smart-tv war eine tolle Abwechslung zu anderen Unterkünften. Wir würden sicher nochmal buchen.

We had a great stay overall. The bed was very comfy! The rooftop pool was better in person. The blue light in the plunge pool did not come on and we couldn’t figure out how to make it light up, but everything else was lovely. Thank you for having us

Gabriela is an incredible host- far exceeded expectations! The condo was just like the photos and very clean. It’s in a developing neighborhood with some fantastic nearby restaurants within a short walking distance. There is construction on the street which the host mentions in the posting. It can be noisy most days (except Sunday) but we just put our headphones on and still enjoyed the outdoor spaces. One minute away is a small Cenote! And at least 3 others within travel distance on bikes or a scooter. It is about a 20 minute bike ride to the beach. You can walk to downtown Tulum (15 mins?) from the condo, some directions will lead you through some quite impoverished areas to get there. However, Tulum feels extremely safe and welcoming at all times. We loved our visit and our stay! Immerse yourself in the Mexican culture and you will love it too!

Cet Airbnb est parfait pour les petites familles ou des gens qui veulent être au calme et dans un confort absolu dans leur hébergement. Les photos sont identiques à la réalité. Super propre et moderne. Les piscines et installations de relaxation (lits et parasols) sont parfait, surtout pour les enfants car pas très creux (max 3-4 pieds). La cenote pour se baigner et relaxer est un plus très apprécié! L’emplacement est super avec l’épicerie Chenaui à pied et plusieurs restaurants en face. De plus, en 15 min à pied on se rend au plus grand cartier de restaurants au centre-ville. Le cartier de la Veleta est un peu loin à pied cependant. Mais nous avions loué un véhicule et nous y sommes aller pour manger. La plage est aussi trop loin à pied, donc au minimum il faut prévoir de louer des vélos ou véhicule… Les hôtes sont très collaboratif et répondent rapidement à nos besoins ou question. En sommes, super hébergement dans une belle ville en développement avec des plages magnifiques.

Nous avons adoré ce logement juste à côté de la piscine. Déjeuner ou manger sur la terrasse avec toute la végétation autour et la vue sur la piscine est tellement agréable! L'appartement très propre et le complexe bien entretenu (la piscine nettoyée 2/jour!). Le logement comporte tout le nécessaire pour un court ou long séjour, le lit est confortable et la cour arrière avec le BBQ un plus. À distance de marche d'un grand supermarché, et de plusieurs bars ou restaurants. Finalement Lily est très réactive pour répondre gentiment à toutes nos questions ou nos besoins d'aide!

This Airbnb was perfect for our group of 3 couples staying in Tulum for 2 nights. The fact that we all had separate entrances to our rooms was amazing but there was also a shared space where we were able to hang out together during the day. The private pool was amazing, as was the shared pool area. It is truly a beautiful place and a great place to stay while in Tulum.

I had a fantastic stay at Tarik’s place! The property was clean, well-maintained, and had a sophisticated touch that made it feel like a home away from home. Located in a peaceful neighborhood, it was the perfect spot to unwind, yet still conveniently close to great food options and bike rentals. Tarik was an excellent host—very responsive and always helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for a comfortable and quiet getaway, this is the place to be. The place was exactly like described, beautiful surroundings, the pool and cenote were beautiful. It was Clean and comfortable! We will definitely return! The host was super helpful to acomódate car rental, and answer questions quickly! We loved it!
