🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Absolutely Amazing Stay in Tulum! I had the most incredible stay at this beautiful place in La Veleta! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The space looked even bigger and more stunning than in the photos, with a bright, open layout that made it feel like my own private oasis. It was perfectly clean and well-maintained, which made settling in effortless. The hosts were extremely accommodating—they provided clear and easy instructions for check-in and getting there, making my arrival completely stress-free. Throughout my stay, they were always available to offer amazing local recommendations and answer any questions I had, which made my Tulum experience even more special. One of the absolute highlights was watching the sunset from the pool—it was truly breathtaking and the perfect way to end each day. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay, and I’m already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend! 💛✨

Très bel appartement avec un roof top et une petite piscine. Beaucoup d’espace et une vue sur la forêt et les autres immeubles. Quartier en construction : route non terminée, petits immeubles en construction autour. Décoration moderne avec tout le confort attendu. Merci

We had a wonderful stay at PalAlma. The house was clean, spacious, and well-furnished—perfect for our group of five. The location was ideal, close to great restaurants and everything we needed. Nancy was an excellent host—attentive and responsive—which made everything smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended!

A wonderful place! We so enjoyed the spacious apartment, excellent spacious showers, comfortable beds, lovely garden and pool. The caretaker Alejandro was so kind and helpful. He even loaned us containers to pack our lunch out when we went to Tulum! This is a perfect for families who wish to stay a while and cook their own food. Highly recommend!

Minerva has been a wonderful host! Location is convenient and amenities is as listed. The building has a gym and a longer pool as well.

This stay was perfect. Celine is so nice and responsive, and Sofia, the Concierge that assists you with everything once you’re at the house is so nice and helpful. The area felt very safe as well. The in house Chef was kind and made incredible food. Overall one of the best Air Bnb experiences I’ve had, I highly recommend!

Firstly, the space was more beautiful and bigger than it appears in photos. Very aesthetic and modern. Great price and great stay. A couple things: The neighborhood is developing so the roads are not great but it didn’t make a difference in my stay There were ants travelling in the bathroom and I’m sure I could’ve asked for ant traps, but I left the lights on and I felt like that helped keep them away. The most important thing to note is the address. The address provided to me was not accurate, so it made it difficult for taxis. Additionally, the taxi service provided from this Airbnb host from airport to the home was not a good experience and I did not use that taxi service again during my stay. Otherwise, the place is absolutely amazing and I would stay there again for sure. Thanks to the amazing hosts!

We were 5 people abd had a great stay at casa tiburun. The location is really quite and great for a relaxed vacation, but still close enough to the city center to make a spontaneous trip to shops, markets or the beach. The host responded really quickly and took care of all our problems and needs. Can really recommend the stay in this beautiful and clean villa

Beautiful home. This host was Orlando our host was amazing very responsive for all our needs. He helped out with transportation from and to the airport. Anytime we needed something he made sure we had it. We asked him to stock the house with beverages before we got there and he did it with no hesitation. Over the top in all aspects. Thank you

My two daughters and I stayed at Casa Alejandra during our visit to Tulum. The villa was even better than the photos showed, it really was beautiful. The hosts had thought of everything, and the small touches were lovely, made us feel right at home! We had a few small issues with the wifi and pool filter noise however the team quickly resolved these and were incredibly communicative throughout Would not hesitate to recommend and if we find ourselves back in Tulum we will absolutely be booking again. Thank you!

Great place to stay in Tulum! Three large rooms with ensuite bathrooms. Close to main restaurants of Tulum centro. Felt safe. I would recommend!

We had a great stay. The property was spacious with lots of enclosed yard space around the pool that was great for our kids, and having the separate guest house was really nice. The location was also great, just one block from great restaurants and shops. Short drive to the beach and cenotes as well.

Echoing the sentiment of all the other reviews… This place is top notch. It’s clear that they’ve been operating this Airbnb for a long time and everything is taken care of exceptionally well here. Getting in and instructions are easy and clear. Communication is fast, friendly, and clear. The beds are incredibly comfortable with premium bedding. Most unique for Tulum: it’s quiet and it feels home-like (unlike many of the other places here that feel like sterile rental properties).

Our stay at Dan’s place was fantastic! The check-in process was incredibly easy and straightforward, which made our arrival stress-free. We were especially impressed with the concierge service—they arranged both our airport transportation and bikes for the week, which made exploring the area so much easier and more enjoyable. The Airbnb was perfect for our family, especially with two small children. The space was comfortable, well-equipped, and kid-friendly. The highlight for us was the pool just off the living room. It was such a great feature—having easy access to the pool while relaxing at home was a huge plus! Overall, we had an amazing stay and highly recommend this place to families or anyone looking for a relaxing, convenient vacation spot. We would love to come back!

We had a great stay overall. The bed was very comfy! The rooftop pool was better in person. The blue light in the plunge pool did not come on and we couldn’t figure out how to make it light up, but everything else was lovely. Thank you for having us

Gabriela is an incredible host- far exceeded expectations! The condo was just like the photos and very clean. It’s in a developing neighborhood with some fantastic nearby restaurants within a short walking distance. There is construction on the street which the host mentions in the posting. It can be noisy most days (except Sunday) but we just put our headphones on and still enjoyed the outdoor spaces. One minute away is a small Cenote! And at least 3 others within travel distance on bikes or a scooter. It is about a 20 minute bike ride to the beach. You can walk to downtown Tulum (15 mins?) from the condo, some directions will lead you through some quite impoverished areas to get there. However, Tulum feels extremely safe and welcoming at all times. We loved our visit and our stay! Immerse yourself in the Mexican culture and you will love it too!
