Renta de chalets vacaconales en La Villa

Siamo stati una settimana in questo chalet con amici, ed è stato a dir poco stupendo! L’alloggio è perfetto per chi ama la natura e offre tantissime attività: grigliate all’aperto, ping pong, biliardino, biciclette per esplorare i dintorni mozzafiato… è davvero un luogo incantevole! All’interno, poi, abbiamo trovato giochi da tavolo, un giradischi con un’ottima selezione di vinili e molto altro. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa! Fausto è un host estremamente gentile e disponibile. Un esempio? Essendo pasticcera, mi serviva una bilancia, ma non ce n’era una in casa. Fausto ha subito inviato Carla, una signora molto accogliente, a comprarcela. Sono rimasta senza parole! Consigliatissimo, davvero SUPER!

We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad bij Silvana. We werden persoonlijk ontvangen met een typische taart en Silvana gaf veel tips over dingen die we in de omgeving konden doen en restaurants in de buurt. Ze was erg behulpzaam en af en toe kregen we zelfs wat verse groente uit de tuin. Het appartement had alles wat we nodig hadden, was erg schoon en het centrum van Cortina was lopend of met de bus goed bereikbaar.

El alojamiento es verdaderamente hermoso, todo estaba impecable y confortable. Pasamos allí una semana con nuestro pequeño de dos años y estaba encantado con todos los animales de la granja, la visita de Rocky era de sus momentos favoritos! La vista desde el living cada mañana fue encantadora, tiene mucha paz y es un entorno acogedor. lo recomiendo 100%, el desayuno y la comida son increíbles, todo de calidad y de elaboración propia. Agradecemos muchísimo a Johana y Georg por la estadía, estamos encantados de volver en verano! muchos cariños !

We reached the city center, restaurant & shopping in 5 minutes by walking. It is recommended to arrive by car for access to the different towns and ski fanicular.”

Second time staying at Giovanna’s airbnb, but another chalet. Breathtaking location, in the heart of Dolomiti. You can spend weeks just staring at these magnificent mountains. The chalet 426 is situated remotely on the hill, where the Ex-Villaggio Eni is built. Beautiful place from famous architects. House is very well thought and it is amazing to be able to stay inside of this 60s chalet. We truly come for this kind of experience. You would need a car to get around for sure. Chalet definitely has a patina as well as usage signs but this is part of the deal. It has been around for quite some time. It could use some love here and there to have the sparkle back. Kitchen has everything you need to cook. Bedrooms are provided with crisp sheets, pillows are very comfortable yet mattresses are quite soft for our taste. We would come back for sure! Roland's place is as pretty in the inside as the outside. We really enjoyed the peacefull mountain environment. Roland was very flexible and helpful. The only disadvantage of this place is if you are sensitive to noises : the floor upstairs is also rented and we could hear every footstep and toilet flushing from our neighbours, even though it was not so disturbing.

Wir haben dort als Familie mit vier erwachsenen Kindern und unserem Hund ein traumhaftes verlängertes Wochenende verbracht. Das Haus bietet mit vier Schlafzimmern und drei Badezimmern großzügig Platz und der Wohn/Essbereich im 1. Stock ist ideal, um sich dort gemütlich aufzuhalten. Es gibt außerdem eine Terrasse mit Grill. Wir haben auch die Sauna /Wärmekabine sehr genossen und den Whirlpool im Garten. Das Haus ist perfekt geeignet, um sich dort wohl zu fühlen oder Ausflüge in die traumhafte Umgebung zu unternehmen. Der Supermarkt ist direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite, was für Einkäufe ideal ist. Mit unserem Hund hat auch alles super geklappt. Der Garten ist allerdings zur Straße hin offen. Alles in allem eine wirklich schöne und empfehlenswerte Unterkunft!

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno fantastico in questa casa! Il posto è bellissimo e molto tranquillo, perfetto per rilassarsi con un gruppo di amici. La casa è spaziosa, pulita e davvero comoda, con tutto il necessario per sentirsi a proprio agio. L’host è stato gentile e disponibile. Consigliatissimo, torneremo sicuramente!

We love this place! The rooms are spacious and clean, the sauna and whirlpool were definitely a bonus for our tired bodies after a long day of activities in the beautiful surrounding areas. We woke up to the breath-taking view every morning, it was one of the most memorable places we have ever been to. Thank you for being such great hosts Ilaria&Alex!

Great location to see the area! Can walk into town and to trails. Nice to have a house to cook in instead of going out.

Very high quality chalet, with lots of light, and a chic layout with modern furniture and amenities. Everything spotless and in perfect condition. Surpassed expectations and actually better than it looks on screen! We were 2 families, 9 in total of varying ages and the layout was just right, with enough beds and bathrooms for everyone, all the utensils and kitchen equipment necessary to prepare food, and 10 mins walk to town with lots of dining, bar, etc. options. Ski lifts were also 10 mins walk but with lockers nearby so you don't have to go in boots or carrying skis. The host was near-immeidately responsive to questions. We had a couple of small issues come up that were dealt with on the day while we were out skiing and we were generously gifted the two bottles of wine we drank from the small but very nice selection as a recompense.

Die Ferienunterkunft war sehr sauber und gemäss den Fotos auf Airbnb. Sogar ein privates Jacuzzi war vorhanden. Sie war mit allem ausgestattet, was benötigt wird. Ein Auto ist jedoch von Vorteil in dieser Lage. Die Aussicht war traumhaft in der Unterkunft. Ich kann dieses Airbnb nur empfehlen!

This property is a perfect blend of modern and chalet. The views are absolutely spectacular! It’s just a few minutes to town by car but could be walked as well. The beds were very comfortable and there are bathrooms on every level. The kitchen was well appointed with dishes and pans and the kitchen table had lots of space. There are 3 levels in this unit so it was always quiet and private. The host was so friendly and very responsive. We would definitely recommend this property and can’t wait to return to Cortina!

Das Chalet war fantastisch. Hervorragende Lage mitten im Skigebiet, wenig einsehbar mit guter Privatsphäre und toll und stilsicher eingerichtet. Wir haben unsere Zeit absolut genossen. Die Gastgeberin Andrea war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich, hat immer pro-aktiv mit uns kommuniziert und war sehr gut erreichbar. Der Hausmeister war absolut pünktlich zur Abholung des Gepäcks und ebenfalls sehr freundlich. Alles in allem einfach toll und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
