Appartement bien adapté très clair, non bruyant proche de l’hôpital. La gardienne est très accueillante. Les environnements regorgent de restaurants et de facilités pourles courses d’alimentation. Facilité d’accès proche du tram Hôte très réactif.

Stayed 2wks and the location was within walking distance to many sites and close to the metro. Lots of restaurants and shops all around. Apartment was clean and well maintained. We had no issues and had a wonderful stay. Would love to come back in the future.

Meine Tochter und ich haben über Weihnachten 5 Tage bei Lydie und mit Phan verbracht. Vom Flughafen Charle de Gaulles ist die Wohnung innerhalb von 40-50 min mit nur 1x Umsteigen schnell zu erreichen. Lydie hat netterweise eine Freundin gebeten, uns den Schlüssel zu übergeben. in der kleinen gemütlichen Wohnung haben wir uns gleich sehr wohl gefühlt und kamen jeden Abend nach unserem Sightseeingprogramm auch immer gern "nach Hause". Die Metro ist ein paar Schritte entfernt und so waren wir auch immer recht unkompliziert im Zentrum. Danke Lydie und Phan für die schöne Zeit!

A very lively neighbourhood with lots of excellent restaurants, bars, coffee shops ,grocery and fruit and vegetable markets. It was great to be so close to our accommodation after an evening out in the neighbourhood. Close to metro, train and bus lines. We had a few problems opening the lockbox but it was taken care of very quickly by Dylan. Apartment was very clean and bright and uncluttered. Beds were very comfortable with nice linens. Only concern was a strong odour emanating from one of the bathrooms in the shower stall. The kitchen was well equipped with top of the line appliances if you want to make your own food. I suggest adding some knives that are not steak knives I appreciated having a salad spinner. A generous supply of coffee pods was provided for the Nespresso machine. It was challenging to figure out how to work the convection oven and turn off the smart TV art screen. It would be helpful to have a binder with instruction manuals. Would recommend and stay again.

Hemos pasado unos días en paris en este bonito apartamento con todas las necesidades, buena zona, todo limpio y con mucho gusto, no dudamos en repetir alojamiento en nuestro próximo viaje a Paris.

初めてairBを利用しました。この部屋にした決め手は立地とエレベーターです。見たことのないほど小さなエレベーターでしたが70歳の私にとっては救いでした。古い建物に工夫して設置されたエレベーターだと思いますが、とても機能的で安心感のあるエレベーターでした。ミシェルさんは英語は話せませんが親切なお人柄は伝わってきました。ベッドは簡単なソファベッドですが硬さもちょうど良く寝心地はよかったです。快適な滞在でとても感謝しています
