Verde Smeraldo was everything and more! First we were given excellent instructions on how to enter the beautiful apartment area. Once we entered we were just in love . Vincenzo gave us a wonderful recommendation for a driver. They took us directly from Napoli Centrale to the door of the Air bnb! They also picked us up for other activities we did while staying. The views are exactly like you see. Spectacular and peaceful! Yes there are steps going down to the actual apartment but this is Italy! Great way to burn off some extra wine , cheese, and bread calories! When you leave the apartment there are a few steps down to the water. There’s a private gate that lets you out then just about a 10 min. walk to the marina. We loved the little market. The owner has everything you need . Including the best fresh baked bread, fresh mozzarella, beer and wine! Just bring a flash light if you are walking back in the dark! We didn’t want to leave ! It was truly paradise! Can’t wait to go back!!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit auf Ischia bei Giovanna. Die Lage der Unterkunft war ideal, die Wohnung geschmackvoll und durchdacht eingerichtet, blitzsauber (!!) und alles hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Alles entsprach genau der Beschreibung – es gab keine Überraschungen. Giovanna hat sich vorab von sich aus bei uns gemeldet und war auch beim frühen Check-in sehr flexibel. Sie war super herzlich und hatte gleich ein paar tolle Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt. Nach der ersten Nacht wurde vor unserer Wohnung etwas gestrichen, was leider dazu führte, dass meiner Frau – sie ist schwanger – durch den Geruch übel wurde. Giovanna hat sofort reagiert und wir konnten das Problem schnell lösen. Wirklich großartiger Support! Wir kommen sehr gern wieder. Danke, Giovanna!

I am so happy I booked with Alessandra! I have never booked an AirBnB outside of the United Stars so I was nervous but Alessandra made everything so easy. Her apartment was absolutely beautiful, the location was perfect and the check-in process was simple. And Alessandra had so many fantastic recommendations for us! This is my first trip to Napoli but it will not be my last. When I return I will definitely book with Alessandra again!

Abbiamo soggiorno coi nostri due figli e la casa di Davide si presta perfettamente a una famiglia. Non soltanto perché è spaziosa ed è comodo avere le camere separate e due bagni, ma anche per la perfetta posizione e la vista stupenda. La spiaggia era il giardino di casa, zona tranquilla e senza macchine, i bambini possono scendere a giocare in spiaggia da soli e la grande finestra della cucina ti da sempre la possibilità di vigilire. A pochi metri ci sono tanti bar e ristoranti di ottima qualità. Davide è un padrone di casa gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. Casa consigliatissima, noi ci ritorneremo sicuramente!

This listing and host are absolutely wonderful. We stayed here for 4 days and loved every single one. We spent plenty of time exploring the island, but were always glad to come back to the peaceful retreat that is this condo. If you are considering renting here, do it! But definitely consider renting a car (we did) otherwise you are reliant on the bus system since the condo is removed from the main part of the town. Thank you MariaRosaria for a great stay!

Die Lage dieser großzügigen Wohnung mit tollem Blick auf den Hafen von dem unaussprechlichen Chiaiolella ist einzigartig. Terrasse mit großem Tisch, Sonnenschirm - Esszimmer wenn´s mal regnet - Bad und drei großzügige Schlafzimmer,mit Doppelbetten und nicht zu vergessen auch ein Wohnzimmer mit TV - eine Wohnung für eine Familie - diesen Flair verströmt sie auch. Hier haben Menschen gelebt, hier sind Kinder großgeworden. Alles funktional, blitzsauber. Sehr zu empfehlen als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge auf der Insel und die umgebenden Inseln. Wanderungen etwas schwierig, da alle Wege an der Autostraße (sehr eng) entlang führen.

Wir haben als Familie von 7 Personen bei Giuseppe eine perfekte Unterkunft gefunden. Sie war noch viel besser als auf den Bildern! Die Terrasse war fantastisch, die Zimmeraufteilung super und inmitten von Sant Angelo. Es war die schönste Wohnung die ich in Ischia bisher gesehen habe und sehr sehr sauber. Die Küche hatte alles was man brauchte und war auch extrem sauber. Die Aussicht auf das Meer ist unbezahlbar! Ich kann diese Unterkunft jedem empfehlen.

Un appartement près du centre ville et du port avec toutes les commodités. Notre hôte était disponible en tout temps et nous l’avons très appréciés. Face à la plage c est un endroit unique pour lequel je n’hésiterais pas à retourner

Easy to find , well appointed, close to capri town and all its restaurants and shops , bus station and all transports. Marino was super communicative , available at all times and super kind ! Loved loved loved Capri 🙏 thank you for the stay!

We searched through lots of accommodation and this immediately stood out. The location is magical. The amenities, we like to have the option to shop locally and cook, to have an outside kitchen was just the best! A good looking apartment making great use of space. Opening the gate on entry, walking down steps carved out of the rock, turning a corner and finding yourself looking out to sea and the colourful facade is unforgettable. We never tired of it. We felt honoured to be living amongst it, unfortunately not for long enough.

Tolle Unterkunft, perfekt für 3 Gäste. Alles war sehr ordentlich und sauber; die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Marco hat uns einige Lebensmittel und Getränke zur Verfügung gestellt was sehr hilfreich war für die Ankunft. Die Terrasse mit Aussicht auf das Meer und auf Ischia ist toll zum Frühstücken. Was man wissen muss; zu Fuß ist es eine gute halbe Stunde zum Porto und zum berühmten Fischerhafen, was mit engen Straßen und viel Verkehr manchmal etwas stressig ist. 2 Strände sind allerdings auch in ca. 10min Fußweg zu erreichen. Wir würden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Viviana's house was an absolute dream. Set on a beautiful little beach, very close to the old town, and perfectly situated for exploring the island, the cottage is also very well equipped with everything you need for a great stay. We were there for nearly a week, and loved every moment. Viviana was extremely helpful and kind, and even left us some apples and beer -- very handy when we arrived too late to buy groceries. I cannot recommened this place highly enough, and would go back in a heartbeat.

Hi . Stayed at Melania‘s for the first week in April. Even before my journey, Melania had the transport from Airport the the accommodation sorted. On arrival was Melania waiting. The lass even demanded carrying my Suitcase. The Flat was as described. Light friendly and super Clean . She even had breakfast for the next morning. . Melania is a very polite and friendly lass , answering all of my questions and giving all information haw to get to Sorrento ( 4km ) . The bus stop is 2minutes up the road. Runs nearly every 1/2 hr and costs 2 €. It isn’t advisable to walk the roads at night or even with children. There Art of driving has to be respected 🤔😀.But it is Italien and its the way they drive . The stay was magnificent, the locals as Melania , friendly and helpful. Great place to holiday. Beautiful scenery and amazing food . Would I visit this region again. I going to and soon . And perfect place if you like walking . Thank you Melania .

We had a great stay at Maria's place. Maria and her father was very accommodating and helpful. Also loved the location, me and my 2 year old boy had some fun walks exploring the port. The apartment was clean, with everything you need.

Superbe maison parfaitement bien située dans le village à quelques minutes à pied de tout ce qu’il vous faut. La vue de la terrasse est absolument magnifique. Parfait endroit pour se reposer. La maison était très propre et le propriétaire a été très accomodant (lit de bébé, chaise haute etc pour notre bébé). On recommande sans hésiter.

I couldn’t of asked for a better place to stay , Maurizio was so helpful and even organised a boat for us to rent! I will definitely be back.

Great place and great location! Anna Marie was responsive and helpful! She was kind enough to call us a taxi for a very early checkout. The balcony/ terrace was divine!!

We had a wonderful time staying at Martine’s Airbnb! It was private, quiet, and in a great location - very close to the Basilica of St. Francesco. Martine was an amazing host. She very responsive, gave us numerous recommendations, and scheduled a taxi for us to the airport. We would definitely consider staying here for future travels to Napoli and would highly recommend her place!

We had the most wonderful time in Capri! We picked Margherita’s listing because of its accessibility to Marina Grande and loved being able to pop back by when we needed to use the restroom or grab something. Margherita’s listing was quiet, clean, and very comfortable. Highly recommended!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L'appartement est dans un quartier calme à 5 mn du métro avec à proximité des pâtisseries excellentes et un supermarché où il y a tout ce qu'il faut. La literie est très confortable et pour dormir il n'y a pas de bruit. En plus c'est très propre. Armando est vraiment super sympa et fera tout pour vous être agréable. Il y a possibilité de laisser les bagages après le check out si on a un avion enfin de journée.

The location was fantastic. A very short walk to the iconic, beautiful island castle. Many wonderful restaurants in the area. Our favorite spot in Italy. We stayed an extra day because we were so happy with the spot and we Loved the Island. Gio was wonderful, very responsive with perfect recommendations. In a word, ischia, Gio and her B and B was delightful!!

Great place in nice area. Good for walk with nice views of Naples. I recomend pizzeria Elena. We enjoyed the stay at the apartament. The host was very helpfull and comunicative. Ciao

Boendet är helt fantastiskt. Utsikten helt otrolig. Marco är en mycket bra värd. Hjälpsam, tydlig och gav mycket tips. Man kunde fråga honom om vad som helst och han svarade alltid snabbt. Väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam. Vi vill åka tillbaka! 😍

L’appartamento ha un affaccio spettacolare sul mare fra il porto commerciale ed il porto turistico ma non risente dei rumori delle navi. Ideale anche per l’accesso al porto turistico. Pescheria sotto casa !!
