Renta de casas vacacionales en Lacona

Abbiamo soggiornato (4 adulti, 3 bambini e 1 neonato) l' ultima settimana di agosto presso la casa di Angela e Marco. Fin da subito ci hanno accolto con il sorriso e i loro fantastici cani che i nostri figli hanno coccolato e adorato. Sono dei proprietari attenti e premurosi e ci hanno saputo consigliare in maniera impeccabile su spiagge, ristoranti, supermercati...Si sono dimostrati molto pazienti con i nostri figli nonostante la vivacità dei più piccoli. Simone ringrazia Marco per l' indimenticabile esperienza in mountain bike. La casa è spaziosa, pulitissima, profumata, ben suddivisa, in ottima posizione e dotata di ogni comfort anche per famiglie con neonati come nel nostro caso (sono presenti vaschetta per bagnetto, lettino, mangia pannolini, seggiolone). L' area barbecue e piscina, a disposizione degli ospiti, sono un plus che rendono questa casa perfetta. Un caro saluto anche a nonna Lorena. Vi aspettiamo in quel di Stablei.😉 Arrivederci, a presto! Ottima villetta per godersi un po’ di tranquillità e di relax, in posizione molto comoda per visitare il mare. L’alloggio dispone di tutti i servizi per godersi un’ottima vacanza (parcheggio,lavastoviglie,aria condizionata,possibilità di mangiare all’esterno etc) Bella la piscina, con possibilità di fare il bagno anche dopo cena! Ottima la comunicazione con l’host

Marta ist eine super Gastgeberin, herzlich und extrem hilfsbereit! Wenn man gute Archtigktur zu schäzten weiss, dann ist die Wohnung ein wirkliches Erlebnis. Aussserdem ist der Ort unglaublich schön gelegen und einfach perfekt, wenn man sich erholen möchte. Capo d' Arco besticht mit seiner familiären Atmosphäre, gut unterhaltenen Facilities und der wunderschöner Narur. Ich hoffe ich kann wiederkommen!

Fantastisk beliggenhet og uteområde! Vi likte spesielt godt bassenget, utsikten, at det var flere sittegrupper og nærheten til sentrum. 10/10 Innendørs var det ok, så for oss var det uteområdet som gjorde ferien strålende! Vi kommer gjerne tilbake.

Prachtige accommodatie, ziet er allemaal nieuw uit, fijne douche en mooie buitenruimte. Ook de keuken goed uitgerust. Heerlijk om ook van het zwembad gebruik te maken. Een restaurant en supermarkt op loopafstand en lekkere olijfolie proeven tegenover het huis. Verschillende leuke plaatsen en strandjes op korte auto afstand.

Wir haben 2,5 tolle, erholsame Woche in der Unterkunft verbracht und haben uns super wohlgefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist genau wie beschrieben und Eleonora und Michele sind sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeben. Wenn wir wieder nach Elba kommen, kommen wir auch gerne wieder hier hin!

Wir waren 10 Tage zu zweit zu Gast. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gemütlich. Sie liegt im Grünen in einer kleinen privaten Siedlung und es ist ruhig. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es gibt einen Induktionsherd aber keinen Backofen. Vom Balkon hat man einen sehr schönen Blick aufs Meer. Da die Unterkunft etwas abgelegen ist, ist ein Auto sehr empfehlenswert, um in den nächsten Ort, zum Beispiel zum Einkaufen, zu gelangen. Auch die Pools am Meer hatten im September noch geöffnet. Die kleine Bucht eignet sich super zum Baden und Schnorcheln und ist in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Es gibt einen kostenlosen Parkplatz vor dem Haus, aber man muss etwa 30 Treppenstufen gehen. Elisabetta war immer sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sie hatte Tipps und Empfehlungen und war schnell erreichbar. Tipp: alle Lebensmittel immer gut verschließen und keine Krümel am Fußboden liegen lassen, sonst kommen schnell Ameisen. War bei uns aber kein Problem. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke.

I've spent 10 days of relax with my family, we had great time, the place is very quiet and relaxing. Very clean and tidy. Air conditioned helped us in the hottest days. It's very convenient to the sea, although we spent our days of holiday by the pool. Highly recommended!!!

Un piccolo angolo di relax e quiete a due passi dalla bellissima e tranquilla spiaggia di Nisportino. Ideale per chi cerca relax immerso nella natura. Umberto è davvero una persona disponibilissima e amichevole, sempre pronto a dispensare consigli sui luoghi e sulle attività disponibili all'Elba. Persona generosa, Umberto è socievole sia con i grandi che con i più piccoli, sa trasmettere un sacco di informazioni sulle piante e sugli animali che popolano la zona senza dimenticare la parte storica. L'appartamento gode di una vista spettacolare e regala tramonti mozzafiato nel silenzio della sera, pulitissimo e dotato di ogni confort. Chi cerca pace, tranquillità e natura non può perdersi questa piccola perla! Assolutamente consigliato!

Es war wunderschön! Der Blick ins Tal und zum Berg, die Ruhe und das Haus waren absolut fantastisch. Die Kommunikation mit Giacomo war schnell und einfach. Rundum empfehlenswert! Wir kommen wieder!

We really enjoyed Elba and this place was perfect for us, we felt right at home! We stayed here for a week and rented a bike for 4 days and did the rest by bus. Elba has a good bus system to easily explore the island! Maria Luisa is by far the best host, sweet, flexible, helpful and she provided the house with snacks/food upon arrival, which was great after a day of traveling. We would love to come back some day!

Place beyond expectations. We immediately felt at home and the beautiful yard is a great place for our kid to run free and explore and for us to have lovely chats with the other guests. On top of that, there's plenty of space to eat out and enjoy the evening breeze and Stella's (the dog) sweet company. The house is spacious, cool and spotless and Cristina and Paolo are friendly, helpful, present and yet, never invasive. Nearest beaches both, private and public at a walking distance and if you have a car you can easily reach the most beautiful spots along the Tuscan coast. Highly recommended!

Wir hatten eine gute Zeit. Nadia bietet einen hervorragenden Service.Bei Fragen bekommt man eine schnelle Rückmeldung. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was im alltag und zum Kochen benötigt wird. Der Garten ist ein Traum. Duschen im Garten bei Sonne und bei Regen. Frische Feigen ab dem Baum und Kräuter zum Kochen.Ein kleines schönes Paradies sehr zum empfehlen. Wir können überhaupt nichts bemängeln und würden jeder Zeit wieder gehen.

Sehr nette Unterkunft und super Gastgeberin! Guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen. Alles da was man braucht! Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder! ☺️

Elena ist eine freundliche stets hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Sie war für uns immer zu erreichen und hat stets weitergeholfen, wenn wir Fragen oder Wünsche hatten. Ihre hübsche, gut ausgestattete Wohnung tut ein übriges, von der herrlichen Lage mit dem tollen Garten und wunderschönen Blick ganz zu schweigen. Wir können Elena und ihre Wohnung rundum empfehlen.

Ottima permanenza, casa perfetta funzionale e pulita in ottima posizione, silenziosa e tranquilla. Grandi spazi conviviali sia all’aperto che al chiuso e parcheggio utile e privato. Possibilità di barbecue che funziona benissimo. Andrea puntuale gentile e premuroso. Nel complesso ottima esperienza.

Wir trafen eine saubere, gemütliche und unseren Erwartungen entsprechende Unterkunft an. Frederica war in der Kommunikation sehr zuverlässig und angenehm. Sehr angesprochen hat uns die Inselküche, in welcher wir gerne gemeinsam gekocht haben. Die Räume konnte man problemlos mit der Klimaanlage heizen (wir waren im Januar da). Insgesamt alles super, ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, zu dem Frederica und ihre Wohnung beigetragen haben . Vielen Dank!

Abbiamo avuto un soggiorno meraviglioso a Casa Tartanella. È un luogo speciale, privato e sereno, circondato dagli alberi. Abbiamo adorato il soggiorno con spazi aperti e la doccia all'aperto. Le visite quotidiane degli upupa e il cinguettio degli uccelli al mattino sono stati incantevoli. Le spiagge vicine sono fantastiche: dalle rocce segrete raggiungibili a piedi alle spiagge sabbiose, ideali per bambini, a 5 minuti di auto. La casa è nuova, pulita e ordinata, con proprietari molto amichevoli. Perfettamente attrezzata e confortevole, rispecchia esattamente la descrizione. Anche se c'è una spiaggia raggiungibile a piedi, è un po' difficile con un bambino piccolo. La casa è un gioiello nascosto, perfetta, moderna, spaziosa e con aria condizionata, ideale per famiglie numerose. Paul è stato un super host, molto disponibile e attento ai dettagli, con ottimi consigli su ristoranti e luoghi locali. Il quartiere è tranquillo, con una piccola baia raggiungibile facilmente. Consigliatissimo!

Consigliatissimo!! Casa meravigliosa con uno spazio esterno curatissimo, una meraviglia per i momenti di relax e le cene, stanze ampie e arredate con molto gusto. Veramente tutto curato nei minimi dettagli. Andrea l'Host e disponibile e attento a tutte le esigenze degli ospiti. Abbiamo passato un soggiorno veramente a 5 stelle!!

Fantastic stay in a Michele's nest away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Michele was kind and helpful from the very first night until the very last moment of our stay. 100% would recommend

Punta Ala is a perfect place for a vacation. There are lots of coniferous trees, which provide a really nice temperature. There are plenty of beach clubs to choose from and some tennis courts. The streets are really clean. The supermarket, pharmacy, clothing store and restaurants are a few minutes drive from the house. The villa is quite big, all cutlery and dishes are available. The dishwasher and washing machine are both working well. The internet has really high quality. Frontyard is a really nice place for eating and there was also plenty of food. Generally, our stay was very pleasant.

Tolles Haus mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Besonders die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Ein großer Garten, in dem die Kinder spielen können, jede Menge Spiel- und Strandsachen und die Nähe zum Meer, einem sehr ruhigen Strandabschnitt, sind absolute Pluspunkte! Zudem reibungslose Kommunikation. Absolut empfehlenswert und wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir wurden von Girogio sehr herzlich empfangen. Es sprach ausschließlich italienisch, leider kein Englisch. Wir haben uns trotzdem über die wesentlichen Punkte verständigen können, nur für die telefonische Verabredung zum CheckIn brauchten wir Hilfe von einem Italiener. Das Appartement ist super gelegen und sauber, der Blick auf die Bucht und die sehr ruhige Lage sind traumhaft. Hier kann man herrliche Sonnenuntergänge bei einem Glas Rotwein genießen. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr gut, wir haben uns fast jeden Tag selbst versorgt und nichts vermisst. In dem Restaurant unten am Strand bekommt man sogar eine kleine Ermäßigung, wenn man dort angibt, dass man von Giorgio kommt. Sein Neffe arbeitet dort. :-) Ein ganz großes Dankeschön an Giorgio!!! Das waren tolle 8 Tage!
