We had the most wonderful stay at Stathia and Paul’s. Communication was extremely efficient and Stathia’s warm welcome made us feel immediately at home. She is a very kind, caring, discreet and accommodating host whose house certainly reflects her generosity and life ethics. It is spacious, well-equipped with a minimalist and yet comfortable interior with large windows and balcony overlooking a valley of olive groves where a gentle breeze often flows in the afternoon towards the sea in the distance. It always felt cool even on a hot day. Its location is perfect, a walk away from a village with a small shop, cafés/ taverna and lovely coves and a short drive from Koroni. We love this part of Messinia and have visited twice before but never have we felt both so rested and energised after our two-week stay at Stathia and Paul’s; magical!

We really appreciated the history, heritage and the traditional elements of the house. The decoration was meticulously curated, like telling a story, while highlighting its unique character. Our favorite part was the cosy lounge area on the veranda admiring the view of Spetses and the sea!

Kalliopi was such a great host. She picked us up and the port and always responded quickly to communication.

Το σπίτι είχε όλα όσα μπορεί να χρειαστεί κάποιος. Νομίζω ήταν το πιο όμορφο σπίτι που έχω μείνει σε διακοπές. Η Κατερίνα ήταν καταπληκτική οικοδέσποινα, ευγενική, βοηθητική και πολύ θετικός άνθρωπος. Το χωριό ήταν πραγματικά πανέμορφο και οι άνθρωποι πολύ ευγενικοί και φιλόξενοι. Μακάρι να μπορούσαμε να μείνουμε παραπάνω, αλλά ελπίζουμε να ξανασυναντηθούμε σύντομα!!! Ευχαριστούμε πολύ Κατερίνα!!!

Great place for a stay on beautiful Spetses. 10 minutes walk from centre of town and port. Well equipped house and matches description. Would happily go back.

Maria is a lovely kind friendly host. The house is clean, & right on the water. A little semi-private beach immediately below the house is the icing on the cake. Happy to recommend to anyone!

A great location in a small village on a mountain top. Aeropoli and Skoutari beach are nearby. You need a car to get to the house. The house itself is comfortable for a family. Airco's in each room which we needed because it was very hot. Clean and with all amnesties. The taverna around the corner has an amazing view, reserve a table on the balcony as it is quite popular.

We had a wonderful stay at Niko’s place. The location is fabulous - beautiful and atmospheric. The accommodation is authentic and comfortable and Niko was extremely helpful. The breakfast was a bonus! It is a climb to get there but certainly well worth it.

This house was very easy to find with great free parking and easy to get in and out of the building with the keys. The house itself is absolutely stunning, the pictures do not do it justice. Very roomy and spacious living room, well stocked kitchen, 2 bath rooms, washer and dryer and 3 bedrooms with 4 beds. Could easily sleep many many people. The balcony had a lovely view of the marina and many restaurants to choose from in the area, one even right downstairs. This is a gem, and anyone who stays here is lucky to do so. We didn’t want to leave.

Απομονωμένο χωριό, μια ταβέρνα, 10 σπίτια, 8 εκκλησίες. Υπέροχη θέα στα βουνά. Το κατάλυμμα πεντακάθαρο και βολικό. Ο Αθανάσιος πολύ φιλικός και πάντα παρών για ότι χρειαστήκαμε. Πολύ θετική εμπειρία.

We rent the apartment for 2 weeks. Anastasia and her brother have been great hosts and make all processes very easy. The house is perfectly located between city center and the beach all within walk distance of minutes. Near by they are a lot of local restaurants and a big supermarket. Furthermore the local bus stop is also steps away from the front door. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, wonderful balcony and air-condition. Highly recommend!!!!! Really good value for money!!!

Εξαιρετική διαμονή, το σπίτι άψογο, εύκολο παρκάρισμα στην περιοχή, η κυρία Άννα πολύ ευγενική. Σίγουρα θα ξανά προτιμούσαμε την διαμονή.

Nous recommandons l’appartement de Lena particulièrement bien situé à Kalamata, spacieux, confortable, très bien équipé, avec une très belle terrasse, immense et vue sur la mer. La plage accessible en 2 minutes, tout comme de bons restaurants conseillés par Lena qui nous a accueillis merveilleusement et le réfrigérateur plein de bonnes choses ! Un séjour parfait. Merci Lena !

Sehr netter Gastgeber😊 Die Unterkunft war super sauber und entsprach den Bildern der Beschreibung. Die Unterkunft liegt in der Nähe des Hafens und ist zu Fuß super zu erreichen. In der Nähe befinden sich mehrere Restaurants die fußläufig gut zu erreichen sind. Wir können die Unterkunft definitiv weiter empfehlen😊

We stayed at a groundfloor apt. Absolutely renovated, comfort and clean! These rooms have a lovely yard and it is so nice to take your breakfast, relaxing, watching the sea. We love Julie's place and we hope to visit it again! Thanks Julie!!

Ομορφος χώρος σε ιδιαίτερο κτίσμα, παλιό, πέτρινο, ανακαινισμένο. Από το μικρό μπαλκονάκι, θέα άπλετη.

πολύ βολική τοποθεσία στο κέντρο του νησιού που βολεύει για να γυρίσεις τις παραλίες από όλες τις πλευρές. όσον αφορά το σπίτι είναι όπως τις φωτογραφίες, καθαρό περιποιημένο και προσεγμένο. δροσερό ( δε χρησιμοποιήσαμε σχεδόν καθόλου ac). για τους οικοδεσπότες τι να πω. Η Ελίνα τρομερός άνθρωπος μας βοηθησε πολύ και εκεί σε ότι χρειάστηκαμε. επίσης το σπίτι είχε πρωινό το οποίο βόλεψε πάρα πολύ. το προτείνω το κατάλυμα
