Το σπίτι είναι basic αλλά εξαιρετικά καθαρό, βολικά και με έναν υπέροχο μεγάλο κήπο, μέσα σε λιόφυτα με αιωνόβιες ελιές, πορτοκαλιές και λεμονιές. Πολύ κοντά στην παραλία, με αρκετά εστιατόρια και καφέ εύκολα προσβάσιμα. Γενικά περάσαμε πολύ ωραία.

We stayed at Kanaris’s place for two weeks, and it was perfect for our family of four. The house was comfortable and well-kept, and there was a beautiful shared garden area. The location is amazing! It’s an easy walk to the beach, restaurants and the bus stop. Kanaris was responsive and welcoming throughout our stay. We will definitely try to stay at this property again if we return to Kalamata.

Wir waren eine Woche in der Unterkunft von Stefanos und hatten eine sehr gute Zeit. Die Lage und besonders die Aussicht sind wunderschön. Wir haben uns auch direkt wohl gefühlt, gerne wieder! Stefanos ist ein sehr guter Gastgeber.

Extremely happy with Stefanos and his wonderful place. Simple, clean, with everything needed… beautiful setting and atmosphere. Stefanos was kind, informative, and prompt with any assistance needed.

The view from the bungalows is unique, ensuring a very calm environment during your stay. plenty of beaches nearby, and a famous gorge for those who hike plus some great tavernas within 10 minutes driving distance. the garden is wild and beautiful too and there are sufficient amenities in relation to the cost/night. an excellent stay, with an excellent host - we will come again < 3

Een “basic” maar prima huisje met veel buitenruimte en een schattig strandterras om vrij gebruik van te maken. Heerlijk in de avonduurtjes naar de golven luisteren. Ligging is letterlijk aan het strand! Mooie plek!!

Dimosthenis was a perfect host and the bungalow was absolutely gorgeous. The terrace is beautiful, peaceful place to relax and the sea is just a few feet away from you. You can always hear the gentle waves and the views from inside the bungalow and outside on the terrace are stunning. We took many day trips from here. Pylos and Methoni were within 90 minutes, ancient Messini is less than an hour and many other places are an easy half day trip. Our host was incredibly responsive, gave excellent recommendations for sites, experiences and local restaurants. We would absolutely stay here again!

This was paraidse. A perfect place of solitude with incredible views and it's own beach! Felt at home and watched the sunset daily from the deck above. I'll be back for sure and have already shared the word with friends looking for a place like this. I am a writer, so for me it was absolutley perfect for that.

We spent the last 4 days of our trip at Bea’s cottage and it was lovely! The little house was perfect for 2 of us, it had everything we needed to relax, simple pleasures. We watched the sunrise over the mountains one morning - breathtaking! Everything as listed on the rental page 😊 Thank you Bea!

Iris, her husband and son were extremly nice and helpful people :) They showed us the ranch and gave us some tips on local restaurants and points of interest. The guest house was cozy, with only 15 minute walk to the beach. As animal lovers we really appreciated the presence of horses and the dogs Vera and Petra. The guest house had everything necessary, including pots, dishes, stove, coffee and they even prepared a jar of their homemade olive oil and olives that were delicious! hotel with a lovely view!! Can see Mystra, mountains and Sparta from the pool and dining area. We stayed only 2 nights on route home at the end of our holiday. the pool is nice, the rooms/apartments are comfortable and clean. the staff were lovely and attentive. they bring towels out for you when by the pool and constantly make sure you have water to drink. the food at the restaurant was pretty good . all in all a lovely place to stay. visit Mystra, Sparta, sunbath, swim, eat, drink wine, beer, coffee and milkshakes. :)

Dragii nostrii, vā mulțumim pentru ospitalitate, căsuța a fost minunată şi ne-am deconectat complet de viața de la oraş. Curată, întreținută, decorată cu suflet şi bun gust ne-a fost cămin timp de aproape 7 zile. Marea aproape - 5-6 min de mers pe jos. Multumim si sper ca ne vom mai revedea!

We loved the peace of Ron’s place, yet also a great location to explore the island. Extremely comfortable home with lots of outside space and wonderful roof that is a large terrace to sit and watch the stars at night. Great commutation from Ron and always prompt to reply. We had a wonderful time.

The villa is lovely and Nancy is a great host. We visited in February and the space was warm, clean, and the pool was fine even when it was single digit degrees outside. Plenty of space, everything worked as expected. Even made some lemonade from the lemons on the trees! Would definitely visit again.

A great experience. We highly recommend this Host. We loved: 1) Position. About 3' from the sea and less than 30' from the airport. Lots of restaurants and a Mini-Market just 5' walk (with a much bigger grocery store half-way from the airport). No rental car needed unless you are planning a visit to another town. 2) View. STUNNING, especially from the big terrace. 3) Looks of the apartment. Really cosy, conveys a sense of home away from home. Outstanding terrace. Absolutely perfect. 4) Furnishing. Well furnished, including a big BBQ in the terrace. 5) Air conditioning. Works like a charm. 6) Responsiveness of the Host: TOP. 7) Parking. Very easy to find a parking spot, even in high season. Areas of improvement. 8) Slow internet, the biggest issue. Too slow and at times completely lacking. 9) Check-in. We had to wait half-an-hour in the heat on arrival. 10) Sockets. Especially in the bedrooms, more sockets are needed by the bed side tables for lights, chargers and medical equipment.

Although I booked this place for the beautiful balcony view, unfortunately I didn't fully enjoy it because I had to visit all the beautiful places around Paul's bangalow. The bangalow has all comforts and even in a rainy day you can enjoy staying on the balcony listening the raindrops in front of you, drinking your coffee in the middle of a beautiful olive grove, from which generous Paul gave us a bottle of olive oil as gift. Paul has made reality the dream of every human, to own a piece of land in this blessed area. I am happy I met Paul because he is a very nice and intelligent man who is always there for you so as to knock out every need you have and I wish I had more time to hang out with him.
