Мы в восторге ,красивая ухоженная закрытая территория .За всем ухаживают садовники .Сама территория комплекса просторная ,есть активности в виде мини гольфа ,детской площадки ,и других . А дом очень просторен ,уютно обставлен и всем нужным укомплектован! Обязательно вернёмся ещё ! Хозяйке отдельно 5 баллов !

My stay with David was excellent. Alain, the property manager was incredibly friendly and always attentive and willing to help. The property was as described. You can have anything delivered from all over the city. Ordering a Bolt or Uber is easy, fast and affordable. I will definitely stay here again.

Villa is beautiful, clean and spacious. The host is extremely helpful and informative from the moment I booked the villa a month prior to my visit. We had a great experience at this villa. Highly recommend!

With a car things are easy to get to. Usually 15 minutes to amazing not crowded beaches or 20 minutes into downtown

房子非常干净卫生，私密性也好，交通便利，附近吃玩都很方便。房东人很好，十个赞，服务非常到位，信息几乎秒回，尽力协助我们一切要求。我们是租这个地方开会的，入住的人都表示选得很好，下次一定要订这里。总之放心安心，非常推荐！！！

Overall a great place to stay. Quiet & peaceful with a dipping pool to cool down. Taxis however had difficulty finding this place.

Me and my family spent 1,5 months in this wonderful place. We loved everything about it and enjoyed our stay. The house is big, nice and cozy, Thai style. You have everything you may need: washing machine, vacuum, toaster and aero grill, everything you need for cooking and having meals. The beds are comfortable. There are a lot of place of storage and hangers. There is even a hot tube in one of the bathrooms. We also had shower gel, shampoo and conditioner in every bathroom. The owner is easy to get along with, very helpful and nice. The house is located in a private territory. It is not a touristic area and we enjoyed it. There is a local food market just nearby and a lot of cafes, bars, shops and massage salons. We rented a car and was driving to bang Sare for the sea (which is better than in Pattaya and just 20 minutes away from the house). The owner helped us to find a rental with reasonable prices. There is nothing I can complaint about. It is 10 stars out of 5!

Highly recommended Kimmy’s place, it was too short to trip but it was so worth it full. Specially house was well maintained and good service from kimmy’s team as well. Best “HOST” ever 🙏❤️

Great condo in a great complex. Condo had extra appliances for cooking etc. only issue for me was the location as its is quite a distance to the city area but other then that great condo fully recommend. Definitely more suited for people looking for a quiet place far from the busy city area. Condo complex facilities are great, especially the pool areas and also a private beach access.

Хорошая квартира на 23 этаже,шикарный вид на бухту, бомбезные закаты! Иногда присутствует запах канализации, но похоже это происходит во всем кондо. Цена немного завышена, мебель тоже не первой свежести, но в общем и целом все понравилось хозяин очень отзывчивый человек.

i want to stay every time, feels like home, berry was so helpful. This is the best place you can choose around. Best for couples. Every thing was there as mentioned. There is nothing bad to say about.

I think the place was great for the money, and honestly its an elite location. The actual room itself was extremely nice and neat. The only thing I disliked was the building itself was not the cleanest. Besides that honestly i would stay again in this specific room for the price, they treated me really good.. helped me check in and were amazing with communication. Definitely would book again looking back at it, great price.

Son dakka rezervasyonu yapmıştım, fiyat performans olarak makul ama aynı binanın diğer bloğunda kaldığım ev ile aynı olsa da kullanışlılık ve mobilya açısından eksileri mevcut + konum iyi, tesis imkanlarını kullanabilirsiniz, ev sahibi hemen cevap veriyor. - buzdolabının buzluğa iyi çalışmıyor (dondurma en fazla 2 saat dayanıyor), asansör için kuyruk beklemek gerekiyor, kanepe lekeli, yatak değişmeli rahatsız ve yayları batıyor, toz almak için fırça yok, aşağıdaki barlar biraz gürültülü olabiliyor

Host was friendly and easy to communicate with. Beautiful view of the ocean and just a few steps away from the beach.

Looks exactly like the photo on higher level overlooking pool on the balcony, very clean and bright with natural light. Sue was helpful, easy communication and responsive.

It's a great place to stay. Spacious, spotless clean, well maintained, pretty quiet, convenient location and a good view from balcony. James is a great host. I spent here much time and it was very comfortable

We really enjoyed some family time together in Vanilla's Condo. Great views and a great neighborhood area. We did a day trip over to Koh Larn and we all agreed we preferred the beach at the Condo better. Plenty of inexpensive food options, and many outdoor markets around. Felt very safe in the building and the area.

Die Unterkunft und die Kommunikation waren sehr gut. Das Apartment sah wie auf den Bildern aus und war sehr sauber. Sehr hervorzuheben ist der Pool im 31. Stock, mit besonderem Blick über Pattaya.

Chalermchai was the perfect host. He is truly genuine and helpful. If you are unfamiliar with the Jomtien area and need your needs met, please reach out to him to assist you. The squeak wheel gets the grease. His apartment is perfect. The on beach view every morning is relaxing and peaceful. Once again if there is needs you prefer ask. Do not wait. Make sure if you are using Bolt Taxi service to pin your address, make sure it is on the correct location. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!
