Beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood. Just a few doors down from the gorgeous City Park and two blocks from Colfax with a number of nice cafes and restaurants. Billy was super accommodating for early check-in and responsive to my questions.

We stayed at Priscilla's over the Thanksgiving holiday. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook a family feast and the house is just charming. My granddaughters loved the bunk beds and we had fun playing billiards on their pool table! Would definitely stay again. Thanks, Priscilla!

Simone’s place is a restful retreat in a wonderful neighborhood. It was exactly as described. Well appointed, very clean -a quiet place to stay within city limits. We loved everything about it don’t hesitate to book Simone’s place. I will definitely return to this lovely home away from home on future visits to Denver. Thanks for being great hosts we appreciated everything.

Great location between visiting national parks and downtown Denver. Very clean and near amenities. Older neighborhood and peaceful. Open space behind the home for walking.

We had the most amazing trip staying here. The area felt private, and the views were spectacular. There is a lot to do in the area and we were very lucky to have great weather for exploring. We already can't wait to come back.

Airbnb was just what we were looking for. Private and peaceful! Views from the porch and hot tub were amazing.

Very friendly hosts. Was nicely decorated and had all amenities as described. Digital lock on outside door and entry to the AirBNB is from inside their home. But we had no problem with it. Off street parking in their driveway. Nice location near the main shopping & restaurant area of town. We would stay there again.

Definitely worth staying there when visiting Colorado I’ll definitely try to book it again

Had a lovely time! Perfect location and the apartment has everything you need. We have two young kids and were able to sleep and hang out comfortably. The space was also surprisingly quiet. And the walkability is unmatched!

Clear instructions, responsive host and very helpful guestbook! Clean, cozy, and private. Large/comfy bed. When it got too warm we could close the air vents, when it was chilly, there were extra blankets. Great for a couple and had racks for our 2 suitcases. As forewarned, gotta watch your head if you're taller than 6ft (the beam into the bed area is low). Very safe/walkable to park/bars/restaurants nearby. Grateful that we could park in the driveway. Short drive to everything we wanted to check out in the area. Would def stay again.

We had a wonderful stay in Maria and Gary’s basement apartment! Their place was beautiful and the location was perfect! We enjoyed many walks around the lake and restaurants and visiting with family! Maria provided welcome snacks, wine, and drinks! We enjoyed all of it. Thank you Maria!

Wonderful Airbnb! The space was cozy and we felt very comfortable. The neighborhood was peaceful and had extensive walking trails right outside the door. Kendal was a great host!
