This is our 2nd time bringing our extended family of 6 aged 7 to 80 to this home. Everything works, from the location on the corner of Magazine with excellent restaurants and shops in nice walking distance in both directions — to the ez access to the St Charles Avenue streetcar just a 7 minute walk away. This is a great location for visiting New Orleans, and this spacious, well-laid out apartment is quiet in a busy neighborhood. Nicholas is responsive, there is a well-supplied kitchen, and it’s a safe area with schoolkids playing in the park out front on school afternoons, and neighborhood pickup basketball games across the street. An obvious choice.

This place was amazing!!! We loved all the cooking supplies, laundry and fishing equipment!!! It was a great place to stay!

Wonderful experience staying here! Everything is as described, yet it is even better than expected. The hosts are wonderful- great communication, clear instructions, and quick response time. I will definitely book again the next time I visit.

This is a great stay away from crowed after going to Mardi Grass. The atmosphere was very pleasing. It's like 31 minutes from Bourbon street

If a one-bedroom, one-bath dwelling will suit you, as it did me, I can't imagine a better choice. Truly spacious, comfortably furnished, and in an incredible location--on a lovely quiet street yet a minute's walk from Magazine St. with its upscale shops, great restaurants, and a Whole Foods; a mile from Audubon Park and all it has to offer; and only a couple blocks from Octavia Books, one of the best independent bookstores I've ever been in. And Julia is a great host.

Barbara’s place was fantastic. Very close to a lot of things to see and do. Will definitely rebook when we come back to New Orleans. Fridge was stocked with waters and had snacks ready upon our arrival as well.

10/10 recommend this gorgeous home for your trip to New Orleans! The house itself was SO cute, amazing decor super clean. Comfy bed, too! The location is just a few short blocks from great restaurants and shops on Magazine Street. We also walked to the French Quarter one evening, which was so much fun and we got to see a lot of the city along the way. Hosts are very kind and helpful! We would absolutely stay here again next time we travel to the area!

Picture and descriptions were all accurate. It was a great place to base our fishing trips from. Would love to come back with my boat. Communication was great and was very the host was very accommodating with our requests.
