We were there for work so we did not get to enjoy it as much as we should. But it was perfect after a long day. They were very helpful and were always available if you needed to reach out. The place is like it’s pictures. :)

We were 5, three generations, and the apartment and location were perfect for us. Spacious, comfortable, clean, lovely, quiet. It felt like a home. Nice to come home to at the end of our long days. Easy off-street parking for our car. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony, the beds were comfy, we all loved it. Great restaurants and shops nearby. Fun to walk through the beautiful neighborhood to streetcar. David was a wonderful host, so responsive and helpful. We highly recommend this home for a memorable visit to New Orleans. It will be where we stay again on our next visit.

Location was great. Safe neighborhood. Easy access to downtown, Magazine, St Charles and Rouse’s. Easy parking in front or on the side street. Host was responsive when contacted. We would stay again.

Favorite place we've stayed while in New Orleans. This shotgun house was the perfect homebase for our weekend getaway with friends. We absolutely loved the location off Magazine in the Garden District. Even though we had a coffee maker, we opted to walk right around the corner to the very first original PJ'S coffee house (pet friendly!). Whole Foods around the block was super convenient as well. Walgreens across the street. We woke up and picked fresh satsumas and grapefruit for our mimosas. Jimmy stopped by with fresh, homemade pasta that we cooked late night as we had been traveling all day. It really was fantastic! Jimmy also suggested Guy's Poboys for lunch and it was just a short walk and few blocks away. It was nice to sit out on the front balcony area and enjoy the breeze while watching people and doggies walk by. I really enjoyed waking up each morning and walking through the neighborhood streets, so pretty. Discovering Octavia Book store at the end of the block was a delight!

We called it the Tchop House during our stay. We loved the space. It's a completely redone shotgun. Adam is very responsive to any requests or needs. It's exactly what we needed. Will definitely stay again.

This was such a cute home to stay at ! I love the bnb it was really homey and clean. I definitely can’t wait to come back and stay again. It definitely felt like home and the host were so nice and communicated with me very well ! Loved it

This was my second stay at David's place and it was perfect. This one bedroom unit is beautiful, spacious, peaceful, clean, and light-filled. Great location walkable to great stores and restaurants. I can't wait to come back!

Place is great for Mardi Gras. Franky and Johnnies restaurant and Dos Jeffes cigar bar 30 feet away. Gas station and grocery store down the street. Located on Tchoupitoulas St makes it quicker to drive between uptown and the business district.

We loved our stay and would definitely stay again. Conveniently located, within walking distance to Magazine St and close to major roads without the noise. Spacious, well designed, clean and nicely laid out. We thought it was even more adorable than anticipated! It suited our family perfectly. We throughly enjoyed and will recommend to friends coming to visit NOLA!

Absolutely wonderful hosts! The rental was clean, exactly as described, check-in was super easy, and was very well stocked. The hosts were so kind and responsive. The neighborhood is in a great location and very safe. Definitely beats staying in a hotel and we will be booking again as we are in the area often.

Our family stayed at Margeau’s during the first weekend of Mardi Gras. The location is awesome. You are a block off of Magazine Street, across the street from Whole Foods and a short walk to Audubon Park. Margeau was easy to communicate with. She’s a great host - even had some king cake and coffee for us on arrival - nice touch! We will be back!

This large, lovely home with all it’s amenities, was just as described and photos were accurate. They even decorated it for Mardi Gras and welcomed us with a delicious King Cake and treats. Hosts went above and beyond with responsiveness and meeting any need. He even went and bought us a new blender within minutes of telling him it wasn’t working. It was more than enough private spaces for our group of 7 adults as well as large living room to gather. Mattresses and pillows were super comfortable in every bedroom, including daybed and trundle beds. Large master bath had 2 showers and a jacuzzi tub. Lots of nice towels. Plenty of space in the kitchen and places to sit and eat or visit. Quiet area in a cul-de-sac with lots of space outside including a great views out the front from the large kitchen and views of the open backyard and the bayou right out back. Lots of parking for cars in the private driveway. We had three and could have fit even more. We would certainly stay there again!

We had a very enjoyable time touring around New Orleans. The space was comfortable and well located. Adam and his team were very responsive when we needed his help. We recommend this house if you plan to come to explore New Orleans.

Blaine’s place was perfect! We had an event to attend at the Civic Center and the location was just about 5 mins away. Very clean, easy to get in and out and very spacious.

Our whole family enjoyed staying at Kirk's house. The fenced in backyard was perfect for the children. The house was well equipped and there is a grocery store just down the road-great for picking up snacks and drinks. Everyone was impressed with the house-it is beautiful. We had a great stay.
