We hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf. Het appartement voldeed aan de verwachting en Pietro is een geweldige host! Erg gastvrij, hij staat altijd voor je klaar wanneer er iets nodig is! Het uitzicht en de tuin is prachtig!

Io ed altri 8 amici abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento dal 30 dicembre 2022 al 2 Gennaio 2023, per partecipare finalmente alla Fiaccolata di Santa Fiora. Anna è stata molto carina sin dall’inizio, l’appartamento molto bello, fornito di tutto il necessario. La posizione è ottima, per andare a Santa Fiora solo pochi minuti di macchina ed il centro di Arcidosso pochi minuti a piedi. Subito sotto l’appartamento, un bar molto buono nel quale abbiamo fatto colazione la mattina della partenza. Tornando all’appartamento, non ho assolutamente niente da dire. Anche per quanto riguarda il riscaldamento, nonostante fosse in extra al prezzo Airbnb, con le letture al check-in ed al check-out, è stato da noi gestito molto bene, la casa si scalda in fretta ed è stata davvero confortevole. La raccomando! :)

Passei os dias logo após o Natal, e Cristina nos recebeu muito atenciosamente. O local é muito mais bonito do que nas fotos; os arredores são espetaculares. Cristina sempre respondeu muito rapidamente e prontamente, e demonstrou uma gentileza e prontidão a nos ajudar em todos os momentos! Fiquei impressionado com a disponibilidade dela, mesmo sendo um momento de feriado familiar, como eu passei com a minha família. A casa é maravilhosa, aconchegante e nos sentimos muito em casa, e a localização é ótima pra quem quer conhecer a Toscana. Arezzo fica bem perto e foi nosso ponto de suporte para pequenas compras de mercado etc. super recomendo e voltaria com certeza!! Grazie Cristina!

Irene was a very nice host and took care of us really well. She even baked us a home made apple cake as a welcome gift! We originally booked 3 nights but because we had a 8m old baby with us, the hot Italian summer temperature became a slightly an issue for us as it was difficult for our daughter to settle into her daily sleep routine. Irene was kind and understanding of our situation. We were able to work out a plan to shorten our booking and she offered to find us alternative stay as well given her other rooms are already booked. From one parent to another, we are really appreciative of her understanding and willingness to work with guests due to unforeseen circumstances that are outside of everyone’s control.

Elisa, Matteo and their parents are angels for guests. The facilities and decorations are exceptional delicate and beautiful making this property a real luxury apartment. We were welcomed by a bottle of champagne, a basket of snacks and a big plate of fruits, drinks in the fridge. As hosts of Airbnb, they are unbelievable kind and generous ❤️ Matteo read all messages in second and responded thoughtfully immediately. He waited for our coming at roundabout near the property, leaded a parking spot to get off all luggages and accompanied to park our car in a free parking lot. He is super attentive and informative to make our stay joyful. He made dinner reservations for us ion Friday and Saturday which we couldn’t make by ourselves. We were invited to Matteo’s parents shop for a tasting menu: Prosciutto, salami, sausage, 3 kinds of goat cheese and a bottle of red wine all made by their family farm. What a lovely and talent family! Mateo’s place is the reason for visiting Tuscany

We used Roberta’s place to explore the beautiful hill-top villages of Umbria & it was great to have such a comfortable apartment to come back to every day. Although you do need a car to maximise your trip, we did walk to the local winery & also caught the bus for a day trip to Perugia. The swimming pool was fantastic & we enjoyed the beautiful sunsets. Roberta is a friendly & communicative host, yet very much respected our privacy as well.

Soggiorno piacevole in questo appartamento confortevole e vicino al centro. Kosmas è stato un host molto cortese e si è notata nell’appartamento l’attenzione ad ogni dettaglio. La cucina è fornita di tutto il necessario, il bagno è nuovo e comodo, ci sono anche giochi per bimbi piccoli a disposizione di cui abbiamo usufruito. La posizione è comoda per raggiungere il centro in circa 15 min a piedi. Esperienza che consiglio! Ci siamo proprio sentiti a casa.

Sono certo che questo è il miglior appartamento in cui siamo stati tramite Airbnb. Marco + Michele sono padroni di casa fantastici. Consiglio vivamente per chi ha un'auto e vuole un'esperienza confortevole e lussuosa a un ottimo prezzo. Anche a breve distanza in auto dalla mini metropolitana Pian di Massiano con parcheggio gratuito in modo che il centro storico sia di facile accesso.

We stayed for 10 days during the UmbriaJazz Festival at Cristina’s delightful apartment, mainly chosen for it’s location in the historic part of Perugia. The apartment is spacious, elegantly furnished and well equipped with everything you need to really make it truly a ‘home – away from home’ experience. If one side of the flat faces the old town with its bohemian bars and restaurants, you will have your morning coffee in the sunlit lounge or kitchen overlooking the Umbrian countryside ! Christina is a thoughtful and house-proud host. A fantastic library, comfy sofas and the homely atmosphere would even want you to spend a rainy day inside . This was certainly one of our most enjoyable stays anywhere. Thank you Cristina , Mario & Gretchen

Angela è una grandissima host lei e tutta la famiglia ci hanno accolto calorosamente. La location incantevole, così come nelle foto, regala una splendida vista su Spoleto facilmente raggiungibile anche a piedi (10 min). Ci tornerò sicuramente, consigliatissimo!!

Anthony is an A+ host with a beautiful space. Just down the street from the train station, it’s a solid jumping off point for your travels. I made the mistake of leaving the window open the first night and the street can be a bit noisy. Slept fine the next night with it closed and the fan on. Can’t say enough about how the apartment is decorated. Anthony really made me feel at home, and I enjoyed getting to chat with him. Nice running/biking trail just off the end of the street. Took the bus to old town Chiusi, too infrequent to take back so walked. Town is sleepy but has your basic needs covered.

Claudio e Adriana sono stati dei padroni di casa impeccabili. La loro disponibilità e cortesia ha reso il soggiorno più che piacevole, facendoci sentire come a casa. Una nota stra positiva, va alla piscina ad uso esclusivo nostro. Ciò che si vede nelle fotografie e ciò che si trova al 100%. Se si vuole ricaricare le batterie ed essere in Umbria qui si fa centro. Grazie ancora per tutto Claudio ed Adriana, anche per la carbonara ed gli assaggi dei liquori. Vi daremo notizie di come usciranno i Pici all'aglione qui a Brescia.

Bellissimo agriturismo immerso nella campagna toscana. Il Sig. Paolo è stato molto gentile e disponibile fin dal nostro arrivo.

We spent our summer vacation here with a total of 10 people and couldn't believe our luck in finding this great accommodation. The location is fantastic, very quiet, and the view is breathtaking. We spent many hours daily in the huge pool, often late into the night, and the beds were super comfortable. Absolutely recommendable! Communication with Dante was great from the beginning, and every concern was addressed. Maybe we will come back again someday. Thank you, Dante!

Se si vuole vivere Todi al 100% la casa di Matilde è la casa perfetta! Nelle mura a pochissimi minuti dal centro, ci siamo sentiti come a casa grazie anche alla disponibilità del proprietario Stefano. Tutto pulito, comodo e dalle finestre un panorama stupendo! Dovessimo tornare a Todi non esiteremo a tornare qui.

Based on the previous wonderful reviews of Antiqua degli D’ulivi, a year ago we booked a three week stay in the outskirts of Cortona in Pergo. We had our kids, grandkids and dear friends with us and as we drove through the gates into the Villa, we entered a magical place filled with generosity, laughter, relaxation, wonderful food, a refreshing pool and golden light. Massi was always there to help us with any questions we had and refill our olive oil bottle with the amazing green liquid made from his olives. We enjoyed the most delicious lunch with his family and they also were such giving, lovely people. We learned so much about Italy and Tuscany from them: porcini mushrooms, Perugia soccer teams, local markets, hot springs near Montepulciano, nearby restaurants, vineyards, hikes and more. We highly recommend an extended stay at this Tuscan home—we were so fortunate to experience it for three glorious weeks. The memories will be long lasting and always treasured. Mille Grazie to Massi

Such a lovely villa. Beautifully arranged with perfect amount of space for our group of 8. The villa has everything you need. The pool was lovely and warm even without being heated. Margherita, the local host, was amazing - so helpful. Would definitely come back.

Wir haben für eine Woche mit unserer Familie (4 Erwachsene und ein Baby 9 Monate) dort in diesem tollen Haus gewohnt. Das Bad ist sehr groß und sehr sauber. Auch die anderen Zimmer haben eine gute Größe. Wunderbar ist die Aussicht mit der Terasse und der Garten. Duddova ist ein sehr ruhiges Dorf,aber genau das richtige für einen schönen Urlaub. Im Ort gibt es ein Restaurant, in den man gut essen kann. Ansonsten braucht man das Auto, um ein zu kaufen. Oder man läuft zu Fuß in das nächste Dorf Ambra. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt. Ottimo appartamento, a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di Arezzo. Noi abbiamo usufruito della casa in gruppo (4 persone) per 4 giorni, e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Gli spazi della casa sono ottimi, avevamo a disposizione un divano letto matrimoniale, un singolo divano letto e un letto singolo. Nella casa avevamo tutto il necessario per la permanenza. Marzia è un ottimo host, risponde subito ed è molto disponibile. Unica pecca: abbiamo visitato Arezzo in inverno, e purtroppo la casa era un po' fredda nonostante i caloriferi accesi (niente di troppo problematico, comunque)

We had wonderful week at Monika's and Pino's property. The houses, garden and pool are unbelievably beautiful and superbly maintained, it is truly a green oasis in the middle of the lovely village. Both Pino and Monika were very welcoming and supernice hosts. They showed us around the area and were just lovely to be around. The villages around San Lorenzo di Nuovo were also well worth the visit, displaying some of the remarkable etruskan buildings and heritage. We can highly recommend staying here, you will enjoy every minute of it. Thank you, Monika and Pino, for such a lovely holiday.
