Abbiamo alloggiato nella casa di Roberto per un weekend per visitare i mercatini di Natale. La casa è un appartamento molto grande e completo di tutto, in una zona tranquilla a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione e 15 dal centro storico. Roberto è stato molto disponibile e ha risposto prontamente a dubbi e domande da parte nostra. Ci ritorneremo

Cecilia ci ha accolti con una buonissima torta e bottiglia di vino, l’appartamento era pulito, ben attrezzato e curato in ogni dettaglio. La posizione molto strategica per visitare le terme e zone vicine. La disponibilità di Cecilia ci ha sorpresi molto, addirittura per il mio compleanno mi ha fatto trovare una sorpresa. Esperienza assolutamente consigliata

Andrea's apartment was perfect for our one night stay in Citta di Castello. Quiet location yet near restaurants, bars, places of interest. Andrea was very welcoming, he met us at the car park (free to park) and took us to the apartment where he showed us around and told us about places to visit in the town. He was also super understanding about a broken wine glass and a hole put in the tablecloth by the hot coffee pot! Caffe Magi was a nice lively cafe/bar for beer and pre dinner snacks.

This is an incredibly peaceful place that feels like you are part of the fabric of Tuscan life. Outside town but very close to a wonderful city with very nice features. We visited many of the towns within 1 hour drive and loved them all but this area felt like the perfect home base. Daniella was very accommodating to us since we booked last minute. Loved the property and the family pets that wandered around when we were outside. Road in is ok to drive but make sure to have your directions figured out ahead of time!

Roberto’s apartment is lovely but even more important, Roberto is a very gracious host.He picked us up from the train station & his wife MaryJane met us in the apt & showed us around.The view from the apartment is awesome- the historic center with a view of the aqueduct.The apartment is just a short walk to the Piazza lV Novembre and the rest of the historic area. There is a mini metro that you can get in the historic area to get to the train station- we did 2 day trips to Assisi and Spello - both are lovely & worthwhile.We visited several churches in Perugia and toured the Underground and the Etruscan Well - recommend. There is a little sandwich/pizza place a few yards from the apartment that is great.Also we had porchetta sandwiches from the 1916 cart in the historic area- great! Our last day there, we found Mr. Norcy pulled porketta sandwiches - soooooo good. We lucked out on our last day the Eurochocolate Festival was there - yummy! We def recommend Roberto as a host-he is the best

Fantastica esperienza nell'appartamento di Natalya, tutto molto pulito, casa spaziosa e sempre calda. La zona è molto tranquilla e si trova a 10 minuti a piedi dalle terme Antica Querciolaia e a 2 minuti a piedi dal centro. C'è la stazione del treno per chi si muove con i mezzi, invece per chi è in macchina l'host offre la possibilità di parcheggiare in garage o comunque nei dintorni dell'appartamento. Ottimo punto di appoggio per visitare la Val d'Orcia e tutto il Senese. Super consigliato!

The apartment is beautifully renovated (the master bedroom in particular) and in a fantastic location to visit Val d'Orcia. All the rooms were very clean and we found that the kitchen was well equipped. We had zero problems during our stay and the check-in experience was very smooth, especially since I had to arrive earlier than 4PM. The price is also more than reasonable. Warmly recommend.

Relax e comfort immersi nella natura Abbiamo trascorso un weekend meraviglioso all'Agriturismo Santa Margherita. La struttura è curata, pulitissima e arredata in stile rustico, offrendo un’atmosfera autentica e rilassante. Ideale per chi cerca tranquillità e una base perfetta per esplorare i borghi umbri e toscani nei dintorni, come Castiglione del Lago e Montepulciano. Un soggiorno davvero rigenerante, da ripetere.

Il soggiorno alla tenuta di Capocontro è stato molto soddisfacente. L'intero borghetto antico è un gioiello incastonato nel verde, con vista spettacolare sui boschi della Val di Chiana. L'alloggio in ordine e pulito, pittoresco ed elegantemente retrò. Piero e Lella disponibilissimi nelle comunicazioni e nei suggerimenti di luoghi da visitare e in cui mangiare. Abbiamo amato la pace e il silenzio del luogo, nonchè la piscina con vista. Ci siamo fermati poco e il meteo è stato un po' capriccioso, altrimenti ci saremmo goduti di più gli esterni della fattoria. Unico piccolo neo: le stoviglie e il frigo non erano proprio immacolati, ma nulla che non si possa risolvere con un colpo di spugna. Super consigliato sia per un soggiorno breve che per uno lungo, così da godersi la quiete del luogo e visitare i dintorni.

Ho soggiornato nella casa di Lorenza con la mia famiglia e una coppia di amici, siamo stati benissimo, i bambini sono stati davvero bene e c’era ampio spazio per muoversi e giocare. Casa rustica e pulita. Giardino e città intorno belle una posizione strategica! Consigliato

La signora Tiziana, molto disponibile, la casa? Una bomboniera, bella, pulita, datata di tutto e di più veramente, ci ha ricevuto con un dolce e liquore tipico dal posto ( buonissimo) La posizione de la casa estratégica vicino a: Rasiglia, Gubbio, Spoleto, Assisi e tanto altro. Siamo veramente satisfatti, torneremo!! Grazie Tiziana!

Siamo stati pochi giorni da Cecilia, ma ci sono bastati per rigenerarci... il famoso contatto con la natura mancava da tanto tempo, le piante profumate, la parte esterna con vite americana ci salvava dalle temperature altissime di questi giorni di luglio e tanto ha fatto il casolare nel tufo, sempre fresco all'interno... l'ospitalità è stata completa anche dagli abitanti del piccolo borgo di San Valentino, grazie e spero di poterci tornare un giorno

Un appartement atypique, artistique et unique, un magnifique endroit dans un village exceptionnel. On peut se garer à quelques centaines de mètres et il vaut mieux ne pas être trop chargé ou être un petit peu sportif. Peut-être que nous aurions encore plus apprécié aux beaux jours mais Caleb a vraiment tout fait pour que tout se passe bien. C’est un hôte vraiment attentionné et très réactif qui fera tout pour que votre séjour soit parfait. Il mérite a lui seul les meilleures recommandations. Les chats du village sont vraiment adorables !

La casa è spaziosa e con tutto il necessario. Tiziana e Fabrizio si sono dimostrati sempre disponibili, gentili e rispettosi. La casa si trova in una via residenziale ma a pochi minuti di auto ci sono ottimi ristoranti in cui cenare a ottimi prezzi. L'appartamento era puliti e confortevole. Per accedere vi sono dei gradini, ma noi con una bambina piccola non abbiamo avuto alcun problema.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub mit 9 Freunden. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und ist sehr hochwertig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Außenbereich war wunderschön und grün. Ein toller Pool und viel Platz ganz für sich alleine. Alles exakt wie beschrieben und auf den Bildern gezeigt. In der Nähe sind mit dem Auto viele schöne und günstige Restaurants erreichbar. Wir würden es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und hatten eine schöne Zeit. Amanda war sehr freundlich und war immer schnell erreichbar bei Fragen.

Laura was a fantastic host! Her flat is clean and comfortable…and the views are amazing…especially at sunset! It’s in a great location right in the city center! Thanks for adding to what was a wonderful holiday!

Notre séjour à Gino's House à Gubbio a été un véritable enchantement ! L'accueil chaleureux de Daniela et Gino nous a fait sentir comme des amis de longue date. Le logement, niché dans la verdure, était impeccablement propre, confortable, et bien équipé. La piscine, véritable havre de paix, nous a permis de nous détendre après nos journées de visites. L'emplacement est idéal, proche du centre historique de Gubbio tout en étant au calme. Gino et Daniela nous ont donné d'excellents conseils pour découvrir la région, enrichissant ainsi notre séjour avec de magnifiques visites. Lors de nos deux semaines, nous avons particulièrement apprécié le cours de cuisine offert par nos hôtes, où nous avons appris à préparer des pâtes fraîches tout en partageant un moment convivial. Nous garderons un souvenir inoubliable de cette expérience et recommandons vivement cet endroit à tous les amoureux de l'Italie authentique. Si vous cherchez confort, authenticité et découverte, ne cherchez plus !

location molto carina... raggiungibile per quanto riguarda le località turistiche Assisi, Perugia,Spello, Gubbio,Orvieto. consigliamo vivamente per chi voglia passare un weekend in assoluta tranquillità per non dire poi della piscina a completa disposizione. consiglio vivamente per chi voglia passare uno splendido weekend Grazie ancora prenderemo in considerazione nel caso in cui volessimo ritornarci.

Laura e’ una persona molto disponibile e gentilissima, ci ha indicato tutti i posti migliori da visitare durante il soggiorno oltre ad orari e interessi. Appartamento situato in posizione ottima e pulito, proprio come essere a casa. Sicuramente torneremo e nell’occasione ringrazio.

Christina’s place is a great base for exploring Perugia and Christina was very responsive to our requests and checked in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. There are plenty of bars, restaurants and supermarkets nearby but it’s not a noisy area at all.

Our stay at Rosa’s was more than we could have hoped for. Rosa and her husband were kind, caring and extremely helpful. Rosa is a detailed person and wants her guests to enjoy themselves and feel right at home, which is what we did. We cannot say enough about Rosa and her husband. The apartment was exactly the kind of authentic Italian home that you would hope for. It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking some Italian meals! We loved Cortona. We enjoyed the location which was practically in the main square. There were many great restaurants within a couple minutes walk. We enjoyed the market in the square every Saturday. Our favorite was strolling through the streets of Cortona and taking in the amazing views. The central location made it a great home base for us. It was easy to catch a bus and train to discover more of Tuscany. This was by far our best Airbnb experience and highly recommend it.

Passei a virada do ano nessa acomodação junto aos meus familiares e foi tudo perfeito. Os anfitriões foram super solícitos, nos ajudando com indicações de lugares para conhecer e foram muito gentis em todos os momentos. Casa super organizada e limpa. Voltarei com certeza! Me senti muito bem e em casa. Recomendo para quem quer um lugar tranquilo em meio a belas paisagens.
