Location! This rental is walking distance to everything in the heart of Oceanside. Steps to the beach, short walk to all restraunts in downtown Oceanside, .75 miles to the harbor. Rental was plenty big for 2 adults. Highly recommended! Perfect place to stay for a wonderful getaway!

This place was HEAVEN!! We fell in love with the place. The place was spotless and looked exactly like the photos. A 15 min walk to restaurants and shops. We enjoyed the view from the couch every morning and the view from the lifeguard chairs in the evening. The Airbnb hosts were helpful and responsive. This place felt like home and can not wait to book again! Thank you!

Only stayed 1 night but will book for longer next time we are in town. Location is great! We like to walk to the beach and it is so close. The view from the rooftop and even the kitchen was great also! Our host was very responsive and friendly. Helped us find a quick bite as soon as we got there. The home temperature was comfortable and very well equipped for any outside temperature to make sure that each room / floor was at the temperature that you want it to be at.

We stay at the cottages twice a year for the past few years. Always a nice place with the conveniences of home

Dan's house was just as described and matched the photos. Very clean, well organized, extremly comfortable bed! We enjoyed having all the toys in the garage. The location is perfect - so close to the beach and close to all the fun things to do in Oceanside. We had a problem with getting what we wanted to watch on TV and Dan was available right away and helped us through the process in great detail. This home is quiet and peaceful - we enjoyed the patio setup on the clear sunny days. I would definatly stay here again.

This place is amazing! It is in the perfect location. Close to restaurants, shopping and the beach! Meghan is very responsive and accommodating. The house was very clean and had plenty of towels and linens. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Perfect place, just a walk down from the beach, you can’t beat that! Such a lovely home, had everything you could need. We didn’t want to leave! Hosts were amazing and super responsive with any questions you may have. Hope to stay here again in the future!

We had the best time!! Everything was just as described. The view from the patio is lovely and the beach is right in front of you. We will definitely stay here again when we are in town.

This was our first stay on the southern California coast and high up on cliffs overlooking the ocean - and it was all that we hoped for. The photos are excellent, providing a fine indication of the home and surroundings. The furniture was comfortable, both interior and exterior, and the king bed, pillows and sheets in the primary bedroom were delightful. As the photos show you are not literally on the beach but over it. The sunsets (we stayed in January) were divine. We spent much time gazing at the sublime views of the endless ocean. It is a long walk or rather climb down to the beach, at about 100 or so steps once you get to the access stairs, but it was great exercise climbing up. During low tide the beach was walkable and fun, but during high tide you would have to walk on a stone beach. The neighborhood was interesting to walk and the pickleball courts in great condition. The location is very convenient. Thanks to Stephanie our host for great communication and support.

This place is such a gem! It looks even better than the pictures-super clean, spacious, and a fully stocked kitchen! Was absolutely perfect for us during our time in Avalon. Jose was an excellent host and very responsive-HIGHLY recommend their place. The location is about a 2miles from the grocery store, shops, and the pier. Golf Cart is an excellent bonus making it very easy to get around. The city has circuit now (electric shuttle) and it only cost us $6 to get 5 of us to town-super easy and convenient to use.

This little apartment by the ocean is great. It was exactly as described and felt like a little oasis for a quick trip. The building is a little bit confusing, so finding our apartment took a bit of work, but that was the worst thing to happen. I would stay here over and over again, especially when beach season hits. Loved it.

This little beach house is a bit of an oasis in the middle of a very densely packed, vacation rental area of Carlsbad. The house sits on a good sized lot that is nicely landscaped and private with abundant outdoor space to enjoy the beautiful weather. The pool and patio area provided lots of fun entertainment for our grandkids! The house was very clean and well maintained. It is an older beach home that has had nice updates to the two bathrooms- modern tile in the shower, tub area and floors. Also the frameless glass in the master bath shower was very appreciated. You can park the car and walk to everything in Carlsbad village and the beach is a block and a half away! The only negative is the close proximity to the noisy train. The train itself doesn’t disturb so much, but the horn blasts are quite irritating. You will encounter this problem in many locations close to the beach. Overall a great place to stay in Carlsbad.

Great location between the harbor and the beach with a nice pool and hot tub

Great place to stay in Malibu. The heated pool is perfect even on a cloudy day in winter. The electric heaters in the patio are a nice touch. The steam sauna is relaxing. Road noise is minimal at least in the west bedroom. Laundry in basement is useful and you can pay for it using an app, don’t need coins ( though that’s an option). Highly recommended overall.

We had a great stay here. The beach was easy to access and the pool and hot tub were great to be able to use. The space was comfortable and relaxing!

This was our third Christmas stay at Abraham’s and we’ve always appreciated our stay. The unit has everything you’d need for meal prep. Layout of two bedrooms with door separating main living area is so nice to keep quiet for little ones early bedtimes. We love sitting on the balcony overlooking the ocean. Extremely easy to walk everywhere in Oceanside. Condo complex is beautiful inside and feels very private despite size. Pool and hot tub are pluses! Love, love, love Oceanside. Low key beach town. Places we’d reco: Mostly EBikes for rentals; Zigzag pizza; Oceanside night market; crossaints at Petit Madeline’s; Parlor Donuts; The Fish Shop (Encinitas). Highly recommend!

This was a true 5 star place. You get the entire property to yourself and the surrounding gates/plants make it feel very private. That said, the location is great because everything you need is in walking distance; eats, coffee, beach, corner store. The best part is the house is located in an area the passing trains aren’t allowed to blow their horns so you won’t get woken up by them if you aren’t used to it. My kid had fun walking down the block to watch them pass during the day. Amazing amenities included; covered garage for parking, grass lawn, outside table with umbrella, hammock, tv inside, huge bathtub with shower and fully stocked kitchen with numerous appliances. The bed sheets were actual bed sheets! Not the cheap paper kind every other single airbnb tends to provide. Plenty of pillows and towels. Comfortable couch and bean bag chair. Host was extremely kind and responsive. Great place for singles, couples or families. We will be staying here again, no doubt!

Loved the stay! View is priceless. Pictures are accurate and the home was spotless. Food options near but if you want to stay home Kitchen is fully stocked. We will be back.

The place was just beautiful with the views! Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay in Malibu. The AC was not working. Communicated with owners and he responded they would get it repaired. Didn’t happen during our stay and the afternoons were really warm inside. Overall I would stay there again!

This was the most beautiful Airbnb we have ever stayed in. The house was clean, comfortable, and cozy. We loved all of the thoughtful touches like the coffee bar, beach towels, and throw blankets. The kids played all day with the sand toys provided. The master bedroom has incredible views. Jennifer was very communicative, informative and quick to answer.

Wow! We were blown away with this beach house. It’s a great location, being walkable to the beach and many restaurants. It was peaceful and quiet. Everything was as pictured and described. The host was proactive and checked in daily to make sure we had everything we needed. My family and I already can’t wait to go back!

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this Airbnb—definitely one of the best I've ever stayed in! The location is stunning, with dolphins visible right from the property and direct access to the beach. The soothing sound of the waves was incredibly calming. The shower was truly exceptional, providing a spa-like experience. Plus, the bed was incredibly comfortable, with soft, luxurious sheets that made for a perfect night's sleep. Overall, it was absolute perfection! I will come back ASAP!
