Perfect stay for a couple or a small family,they have it set up nice,clean and also it was cold when we stayed and they had the heaters on once we arrive so nice of them!will Forsure book again nice view during the snow ! Everything is nearby

Sook’s Perch was the perfect weekend getaway and close to everything a family of three could want and need. The house is great with incredible views from the second and third floors. The kitchen was perfect for making brunch and dinner meals to enjoy fireside and with the lake view. Shayne was very helpful and proactive in his communication. All around a great experience!

Such a fun home for the whole family. Spent the mornings out one day in the snow and another hiking, then wound down back at the house while the kids played on the playground or the pool house. Jessie was so quick to respond to all my questions and the house was very comfy. Would 100% recommend!

The log cabin was perfect for a one night getaway. It’s tucked away in the back of the lot and feels very private. The bath tub never ran out of hot water and the heater kept the room plenty warm with the snow outside. We would definitely return. Upon check in, one of the owners was very friendly and explained that the hotel and cabins are under new ownership so there are updates to come. I look forward to seeing what else they do with the place, as it is a great location and close to the village.

Jason’s place was great ! the home was exactly as described with a nice and cozy home feeling. We really enjoyed the privacy and the easy access to the home. Jason was very flexible and helpful. Would definitely give it a 10/10 and would love to book again in the near future. Thank you again for the amazing stay !

The Talbot Treasure Big Bear Cabin really is a treasure. We loved the space and how it nicely accommodated two families, the location was close to main attractions but far enough away where it was still very quiet. Haassan was incredibly helpful, communicative and went out of his way to ensure we had a fantastic stay. He even had a welcome gift for us upon arrival! The view from the hottub was gorgeous, the cabin was so cozy and it had everything we wanted. We will absolutely be staying here again on a future trip!!

Cabin was fantastic had everything you could possibly need. Location was great, beautiful neighborhood. Cabin was perfect for our family of 4. Beds were super comfy. We will be staying here again.

I have never stayed at a house that was this clean! Usually you’ll see some cobwebs or there will be some dishes that weren’t cleaned well, nothing like that here! Everything was immaculate! You won’t find a better stocked kitchen or bathrooms, literally everything you could ever need is there!! We really appreciated that! Forgot your toothbrush? No problem, q-tips, hair ties? It’s all there! We walked to the village and the sledding hill. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay! The location is excellent—safe, central, and close to everything, making it easy to check off several spots on our list. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, and the space was clean and spacious. The hosts were friendly, helpful, and went above & beyond to ensure we got the most out of our stay. Highly recommend!

Cozy and thoughtfully decorated, the space is intimate and perfect for a couple and their furry friend. We took our pup Kailuna for his first trip to the snow from LA. Keara was responsive, communicative and every message from her just had a warmth to it. The home is close to hiking trails and the town center and the hot tub was the perfect way to finish the day. While the homes are very close together, the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Wish we could have stayed longer. Looking forward to returning!

Beautiful place to stayed

We enjoyed our stay! The cabin was clean, private, well stocked, and the bed was comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe. We liked the location as it was close to shops and restaurants in The Village. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. Brian was a wonderful host and very attentive. We would definitely stay here again.

I can this cabin 5 stars! It’s cozy and beautiful ! Mareque is a great hostess and very friendly! We loved her right from the start and so did our dog Bruno who most of the time doesn’t like new faces 😀 The place has everything you need and it’s clean, cozy and very relaxing! I personally loved the small kitchen and the decor throughout the cabin, very tasteful! I highly recommend this cabin and we can’t wait to come back !!

The cabin was amazing! It was in a quiet spot away from the main road. It was nice and cozy inside as well! We really enjoyed the extra features like being able to bring our 2 corgis and also that there was a hot tub behind the cabin! Would 100% recommend and book again.

My friend and I stayed here for a little escape from the city life and Victor’s house worked well for us! The Crestline location is conveniently about 20 min to Lake Arrowhead and close to some restaurants and a market. The house was clean and charming. We could have used a few additional simple amenities (hand soap, extra towels in bathroom/kitchen) but overall our stay was great!

Second time and still a charm. One of the best location imo I’ve stayed in bear. Love the backyard hiking trails!

My family and I had a great time at Sarah's cabin. Her cabin is authentic cozy and warm and makes you feel right at home! Everything there was clean and organized and its close to the town while still nice and quiet and private.

Robert's place is a great find. It is within a few miles of both Summit and Big Bear ski lodges. His place is easy to find and has a drive thru driveway which is helpful because it is on a busy street. The house itself was very clean and looks exactly as the pictures do. We had plenty of sleeping space and the couches were arranged so we could talk easily and relax in the evening. The kitchen was remodeled and had everything we needed to cook our meals. We would definitely stay there again. Thanks Robert!

Our 3 families had such an amazing time. This hike felt like it was made for us. The kids loved the game room and the bunk beds were next to each other with the sofa couch got the kids really excited. It was a slumber party for them! The big open kitchen into the family room was perfect size for cooking and chatting. Each room is really good side and so many extra pillows and blankets were there for our use. Thank you so much for having us stay here. We will definitely be back. There’s so much parking and the backyard with the hot tub and the zip line was so fun. We highly recommend.

Lovely place and very close to both Snow Summit and Bear Mountain.

Our stay at Charisse and Cody’s cozy cabin was absolutely perfect. The house felt very homey and whatever we needed was made available to us. A perfect place for a romantic trip or even for a family. They had a wonderful book for instructions and recommendations which was helpful. The hot tub on the deck and quiet neighborhood was a perfect escape for us, we didn’t want to leave. Can’t wait to come back. Thank you to Charisse and Cody for being A+ hosts!
