The home was perfect! It is very well supplied and very walkable to the beach. The house was clean and comfortable for 6 adults. We enjoyed playing the board games at night. Definitely would stay here again next time visiting Carlsbad.

My family and I had a wonderful stay! The home looks just like the photos, clean and peaceful. We mentioned a possible issue with the hot tub and the host sent a technician immediately to alleviate our concerns. We enjoyed that and the yard almost every night! Everyone loved the game arcade set up in the garage! The kitchen was well stocked and plenty of toilet paper and paper towel was provided, which was extremely appreciated. We usually have to spend a lot of money on those items in other air bnb’s so we were very grateful for that. The beds and linens are so comfortable and blow dryers were provided in both bathrooms. The water does tend to get extremely hot so be careful about that. We would definitely stay here again!!🌟

Love the stay, matches the description and the house is new, clean and tidy. The host is helpful and the response is fast. I would no doubt recommend it to anyone who is looking for safe, peaceful neighbourhood to stay. Location is also unbeatable, you may go to all the tourist spots around 20-30 minutes. It is just a few minutes away from the highway exit so very easy if you are driving. Parking is also very easy as you can either park on the driveway or along the road outside the house.

The house is great! We stay here for three nights. The house is decorated in a cozy and neat manner, where we can find everything we need. Checkin information is clear，and nice to have 2 more hours for check out because we were suffering the time differenc，Thanks for the understanding and your kindness.

This house is really nice and has everything you’d want for a long stay. The kitchen has everything you need if you like cooking. It’s big inside, and the backyard is lovely. It was very nice amd cozy, had walkable stores and restaurants (even walked to a restaurants that was nearby) has a very safe environment and had no issues, love to stay again in future

My husband and I stayed for a month., visiting family five minutes away. When we checked in, the place was immaculate! Plenty of towels, paper supplies, etc. We especially appreciated the beach/pool towels. The location is very convenient- walk to a grocery store, CVS, and other spots. Easy access to beaches and other attractions (Sesame Place, San Diego Zoo, Aquarium, etc.) The parking spot is as close as it could get. Kitchen equipped with all the basics. Bedroom furnishing a little sparse- only one nightstand in each bedroom- so we moved the nightstand from the second bedroom into the master. Very quiet and peaceful setting. Loved spending afternoons by the pool/hot tub. The grounds are very well maintained. Laundry facilities (just two buildings away) were clean and well-maintained. Never had to wait for a washer or dryer. Check in was a breeze. Definitely recommend 1669 Live Oak!

Nicholas’s apartment was the perfect find for my Southwrn California getaway. The apartment was spacious, clean and very comfortable, and the view of the ocean from the pool was just what I had hoped for! A perfect spot to relax during the day and watch the sunset in the evening. Great restaurants and shops in walking distance, free parking, gracious staff - all around perfect!

Amazing location and spot to really get away and enjoy the SoCal beach lifestyle. Helpful touches to have access to beach chairs and ice in the freezer - will be back!

Had a wonderful stay! Perfect for two people. The proximity to the beach and garage full of toys were definitely the highlight. I have never seen an Airbnb with so many free offerings to its guests. Literally everything you could ever want for a beach activity is available in the garage. We took two of the bikes and had a wonderful ride along the beach. Only slight inconvenience were the guests in the condo above had kids and you can hear lots of footsteps, but it didn’t bother us. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time! Blake's recommendations for restaurants were great! The golf cart was nice and we enjoyed touring the city in it. When we got rained out on our last day, we found board games in the closet to keep us entertained. Overall an enjoyable time!

Amazing place and location. Right by the beach in a beautiful apartment complex. Susan had thought of everything one would need to stay and was arranged. The kitchen has basic stuff like oil, condiments, coffee. Lot of linen and full range of basic toiletries. The house was well maintained and matched the description well. Really cute little place. We were visiting our son who is stationed at Camp Pendleton and the cottage feels cozy, but the three of us were able to hang out together in the living room and eat at the high counter comfortably. The kitchen was well-appointed for cooking meals, and we were not a far walk from many restaurants. The beach is walkable too. Brian was responsive and friendly. We will keep the cottage in mind for our next visit.
