I echo what others have said about how beautiful Lucia’s condo is and how responsive she is as a host. The furnishings are lovely - especially the large daybeds inside and on the patio. This is definitely a family-oriented complex with lots of children, and some nights at the resto/bar went late and were quite loud, but it is otherwise a fairly peaceful environment.

The residence is very comfortable. The beds are good. The private beach is also enjoyable. Bring a mask, snorkel, and a floating buoy as you can swim out to the reef. The downside of this is the party boats that dock and play loud music sitting just offshore. The toaster is shot and needs replacing. I know they area has had a problem with guests stilling knives, but the ones in the unit would have trouble cutting hard butter. If you would want to, You can rent a scooter or Quad, right across the street.

The photos don't do justice the apartment has a beautiful view of the ocean and pool! Feels very homie and is very spacious. Located within the Blue JackTar hotel and is well maintained. One thing to note, although the AC's in the bedroom work very well the main room is serviced by a fan.

Great oceanfront apartment in the bustling town of Cabarete. Super location on the water in walking distance to many great restaurants, bars, night spots and water sports all along the coast line. Maarja was a great host, super friendly and quick to respond. Thank you!!

Très beau séjour, j’ai adoré très belle petite place . On trouve tout proche et à deux pas de la plage. Excellente ambiance je recommande fortement. Apparemment très confortable et bien situé. La seule chose qui pourrait être amélioré c’est pour des longs séjour inclure un entretien ménager par semaine et ça serait parfait. Mai s je retournerai sans hésiter.

My husband and I just got back from 3 weeks at Francois' condo. The condo is very clean and well equipped. The beds are very comfortable. There were lots of towels, the kitchen had everything we needed and the roof top deck was a great spot for suppers with a great view. I loved having a washer and dryer in the unit. We loved the location of the condo. Very walkable to town for groceries or a nice meal at the restaurants in town and we felt safe walking home along the beach after supper in town. The grounds and pool at this complex are pristine. There is staff there taking care of the pool and landscaping all the time. We really enjoyed getting to sit around the pool in the afternoons and watch the kite surfing right in front of the condo. The staff at the condo were friendly and helpful and Francois was very responsive, usually answering our questions within an hour or 2. We have been to Cabarete before and love it here. Next time we come back we will definitely stay here!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful beachfront condo. The location was perfect, offering stunning ocean views and direct on the beach. The community was serene and well-maintained, complete with a lovely pool area that provided the perfect spot for relaxation. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and beautifully furnished. We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful beach retreat.

We had a large group stay and the villa was plenty big enough for all. Even though we were in a community we felt we had privacy. The pictures don’t do it justice- it’s clean, spacious, and gorgeous! Highly recommend staying here and getting Daniel (the private chef) to come cook! Thank you for hosting us!

Great place, close enough to walk to center of Cabarete but far away enough to be quiet at night.

This home was exactly as described and a perfect stay for our trip! The location was great—close enough to travel for the day but also in a nice, relaxing area. The outdoor space was absolutely amazing, and we spent most of our time enjoying it. Inside, the home was clean and comfortable, and having a kitchen to cook some meals made our stay even better. Highly recommend!

Listing is exactly as described, it’s perfectly located in front of the pool and has the perfect view to the beach. The beach is at at a walking distance and has anything you need close by. The place has 5 bedrooms, so it’s perfect for family and friends who want to spend a very nice weekend together at the beach. Lina is always responsive to any requests we made. This place is amazing! A little serene piece of heaven. very spacious, clean and quiet. If you need a getaway to recharge, this is the place. The rooftop view is breath taking!

Malheureusement, le spa était brisé lors de notre séjour. Parfois, seupement de l'eau tiède (eau chaude absente). Service quotidien de ménage exceptionnel (toutes les chambres et aires communes nettoyées quotidiennement). Serviettes propres (piscine et de bain) à tous les jours. Système de son extérieur parfait pour embiance festive. Merci.

The place is as described and it felt like our new home. We felt very safe, and our host Franchesca was very professional and responsive, which made for a very stress free experience. We are definitely coming back.

Our daughters loved Jenni’s place. Beautifully decorated yet casual and comfortable. The views from the balconies were outstanding! Everything was in good working order. And Jenni always responded quickly to any questions we had. The Seawinds property is incredibly beautiful with an outstanding staff that keeps it pristine including the large pool overlooking the ocean. Definitely a 5-Star experience!

Faby and Jeff have a wonderful apartment on the top floor of the blue houses in the Victorian complex. The complex is clean, has a pool, a jacuzzi (no idea whether hot or cold) and is maintained almost daily. All the staff are helpful and friendly at all times. The apartment has everything you need to spend a few weeks here. We only used the coffee machine and toaster at breakfast. Since we had a rental car, it was easy for us to drive to Cabarete or Sosua or Puerto Plata for lunch/dinner. We really enjoyed the apartment.

Beautiful peaceful ocean view. Gated community. Great condo elegant. Kitchen has everything you need. 2 bed 2 bath. Electric water dispenser with extra fresh water in condo. 3 gigantic tv’s and 3 air conditioners. Full size laundry machines and host provided detergent, chlorine, and fabric softener. And host David explained everything clearly and easy check in easy check out all electronic locks no keys necessary.
