Loved the gated area filled with toys for the little ones and the additional outdoor toys in the garage. We had everything we needed. At first, we thought that there wasn't enough towels, but found a stockpile in the master closet. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, plates, pots and pans. Also, lots of choices for tea, creamer, coffee etc.

I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better stay. From the moment I walked in, everything felt just right—the place was spotless, beautifully designed, and exactly like the photos! You can tell the host really put thought and care into making the space feel welcoming and comfortable. One thing I really appreciated was the location. It was super convenient—just a 15-minute drive to the beach, which made it easy to pop over for a morning walk or catch the sunset. Everything else in LA felt really accessible too—great restaurants, shopping, and all the spots I wanted to explore were close by. The bed was super cozy, the kitchen had everything I needed, and there were so many little thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The host was friendly, quick to respond, and made the whole process easy from start to finish. I’d absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfy, and well located place in LA! It was a great experience!

Sogand’d place was perfect. The location, space and everything about it was perfect. The kitchen is fully equipped for whatever you need. The washer/dryer were also very useful as we were traveling with 2 babies. We already want to book again for next year!

Merilyn and her team were quite welcoming and check in was a breeze. The house was very clean and tidy, which made for an easy arrival after a long day at a theme park. There were a couple things that were mild annoyances - doors that struggled to close because of how they were hung, broken clubs for the putting green outside, a raised threshold between the kitchen and dining room that our kids tripped on regularly, and loud train horns that would sound at different times throughout the day and night. However, these quirks did not detract from the enjoyableness of our stay. There were plenty of dishes, towels, and linens. The bathrooms, bedroom, and kitchen were clean and cozy. The neighborhood (minus the aforementioned trains) was quiet and peaceful. It's location to everything from Target/Walmart/Costco to the local Theme Parks was convenient. The jacuzzi was the best part after a long day of walking! Our kids loved the games and toys in the bunkbed room. Absolutely would stay again.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Our kids absolutely loved the pool and hot tub, and their room was a big hit—especially all the toys! It made for a fun and relaxing stay for the whole family. We would definitely stay here again!

We had so much fun in the house! There is so much entertainment for both adults and kids. We enjoyed the game room, the backyard, and the pool! Especially, the backyard made our life much easier because we had two dogs. The rooms are clean, quiet, and private. We felt at home in the house. Hayden is very responsive and helpful. We love this place so much. 10/10. Recommend!

As with any place in this area, always concerned about parking. TWO SPOTS! One in the garage. Little cozy. We had a Ford Escape - passengers got out before parking, but there’s enough room. Inside is so nice. Beds are EXTREMELY comfortable. There were a ton of towels - much appreciated. Kitchen is so well stocked with appliances, dishes, and silverware. Greta was always ahead of time with information. She answered any questions very quickly, even on the weekend. Everything about our stay was great. Thank you Greta.

It was very nice amd cozy, had walkable stores and restaurants (even walked to a restaurants that was nearby) has a very safe environment and had no issues, love to stay again in future

Was perfect for our weekend soccer getaway. Very centrally located to beach, SoCal soccer fields, The Flower Fields at Carlsbad, Upick strawberries at Carlsbad and Windmill Food Hall were some of the attractions we enjoyed. Everything was clean. Could definitely hear the freeway traffic when door was opened but the construction of the home did block out most of the noise. We appreciated the white noise maker that was provided. Would definitely stay again.

My son and I had a great time in L.A. Mieko's home is in a good neighborhood, clean, and accessible to many hotspots we wanted to visit. The home had everything we needed and Mieko checked with me to ensure that everything was adequate. I would definitely recommend this home to travelers!

This place is a real gem - if you’re looking to get away to Catalina for a weekend, this is the spot you want. It’s a cozy space with a comfy bed, great location, and a beautiful patio - what else could you want!

Sharon’s Newport Airbnb was the perfect getaway with stunning views and a comfortable family vibe… perfect for the 6 of us… The beds made for a great night’s rest, and the place had everything we needed. Being able to easily park 2 vehicles was a huge plus. And, place is within walking distance of many conveniences including a deli and pharmacy.

Great location. Enjoyed our get away and the host was really helpful and responsive.

Cute condo close to everything--the beach, downtown, 10 mins drive to groceries, restaurants, etc. Quiet at night (except my kids--sorry!) and safe to walk around. We took the kids to Legoland two days in a row and it was a 10-15 mins drive. Definitely will be coming back the next time we visit.

Really awesome place to stay for Disneyland! It took about 25 minutes to get to the parks and only 18 minutes on the way home. Super clean and it actually looks like the pictures. The 4 bedroom is in a converted garage, it felt homey though. Perfect for our family and we would stay there again!

We had such a wonderful stay! Everything was perfect — clean, convenient, and super family-friendly. The space was well thought out and comfortable, and we especially appreciated all the thoughtful touches for kids. There were way more books and toys than I expected — honestly, I could’ve left what I brought at home! The golf cart was amazing and such a hit with my kids — they were obsessed! It made getting around easy and added extra fun to our trip. The host was also fantastic — very accessible and quick to respond to any questions I had, which made the whole experience even smoother. My kids are already asking when we can go back — we’ll definitely be staying here again. Highly recommend for families looking for a fun and stress-free getaway!

Place was clean and matched the beauty of Laguna Nigel. Kitchene was nice and has lots of necessary dishes, pans, utensils. Patio is beautiful and relaxing. TV’s allow streaming. The thermostat easy to control. Great Host, Great Place, Great location.

I can not speak more highly of Brian's hospitality. He was extremely responsive to messages through the app. The place had very thoughtful snacks, and charging cords. The option to rent a golf cart was great!

Krysta’s place was great and she was a great host. We spent time at Disneyland, Long Beach and also took in an Anaheim Ducks game. Good location. Easy to uber but we also had a rental car so we loved having our own place to park. Comfy beds, homey environment with all amenities. If we are ever back in Anaheim we would definitely stay here again.
