The Jazz House was a good spot for our time in Riverside. The house is downtown close to restaurants and amenities. The street seemed quiet and safe. Overall we had a good stay at the Jazz House Riverside.

Our stay was great. Lois fixed any issues we had immediately. I would definitely recommend!

Beautiful location with a stunning pool, though unfortunately, it was too cold to use during our stay. The property is just a short drive to Anaheim, making it a convenient spot. The atmosphere was incredibly relaxing, and we appreciated the thoughtful touch of snacks and small amenities upon arrival. Such a wonderful and welcoming experience!

Frank and Lenka’s place is conveniently located within 15 min of major attractions- Universal, Warner Brothers, Beverly Hills to name a few. Some other reviewers said that the road noise in the front of the house didn’t bother them, but we found it pretty loud. Parking was easy with the included parking pass, although I tried to park on the side streets when possible because the cars constantly flying by the front of the house made me nervous! We appreciated the nice appliances in the kitchen and access to laundry. Unfortunately it was a bit chilly during our visit so we didn’t get to sit outside on the private side patio, but the cushions seemed a bit dirty. Frank and Lenka were quick to respond to the questions we had.

Stayed here while displaced from the Eaton fire and so deeply appreciate Raffaella's kindness and flexibility, and having a safe, clean, and spacious place to stay with my family while dealing with the crisis. Thank you! Some access notes for others in case it's helpful: the stairs may be difficult if you have knee issues but there is a sleeper sofa on the first floor; and it's at the bottom of a very steep hill so again if you have knee issues might not be as walkable a neighborhood as it seems. There is an EV charger right outside of the complex on the street that is fairly regularly available.

Great location, short walk to the cutest little shops on one side and the ferry on the other.

This was such a perfect place for our stay in Hollywood. We could walk to lots of places and short drive to universal studios. The house had lots of stylish furniture and nice architectural features. It was homely and welcoming which suited us. It also felt safe and secure. Thank you Rosalyn. We would definitely recommend :)

Great location and house was very welcoming. Loved all of the features especially the lighting in the house. Favorite part is that it’s so close to Disneyland!

This place was very nice and clean, it had everything we needed and is very close to the beach. We did come across some issues with the gate to the garage, but they sent over their maintenance guy to come and fix it. Over all a lovely place to stay and I would stay here again.

Bruce is an excellent host. Responsible, flexible and forthcoming with clear instructions. The house is exactly as advertised. Clean, comfortable and efficient. The location is unbeatable. And a designated parking spot is a HUGE plus when staying on the Balboa peninsula. I will save this listing to book future stays.

This place was perfect! 5 minute walk to the beach and an even shorter walk to downtown (sub 3 minutes). Great spot, and we will definitely be back!

This was our second stay at Anna’s place and we will be back again. This is the ideal blend of AirBnB and staying at a hotel.

Beautiful condo, the yellow walls from the pictures were now a blue color and EVERY SINGLE window looked like a moving painting. Absolutely beautiful. Small note: Really mean security at the gate of the condo. I had a friend surprise me for my birthday and she got called a "liar" when she told the security woman she was not staying the night. Thankfully the hosts are incredible and helped to fix the issue but insanely aggressive behavior for 7am.

Forever & always will stay at Chunjiang’s home!! Every time I stay here it’s a 10/10. Love Chunjiang as a person & her home is amazing. She made my birthday really special & will forever cherish that. Beautiful , clean & amazing as always. This is the second time we stayed at Wendy’s home and everything was terrific. Great location, great space, great condition and great host. We will definitely consider staying here again on our next visit with our family.

These hosts turned hosting into a science, it's as if they predicted when a guest will want when and where and made accommodations for it, even to the minute detail of running an extension HDMI cable from the back of their tv to the front for convenience instead of wrestling with the back of the tv. Everything was in such a convenient and logical place that it makes me wonder if they have professional experience in hotel hospitality or interior design. They were a complete joy to work with and made sure all the instructions were clear and concise so there was no question on how to get there, what codes to use and where things were located. One of the best experiences I've pretty much every had, and I travel the world going to 6 to 10 places a year including abroad. Will definitely be back again!!!

Absolutely no complaints. Property was clean, well kept. The yard was nice. The separate bathrooms really help with getting everyone ready for the day or for bed. The host was responsive and very easy to deal with. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe. Sometimes it’s tough to get a feel for the area from photos or google maps. We did not worry about our cars, or kids running in the yard. A lot of places very close by for easy grab and go groceries or other needs. Towels and other basic amenities provided which makes travel much easier. One thing that may be small but shows attention to detail is the dispenser of Q-Tips in the bathroom. They may not have been needed when I first noticed but turned out to be handy to get a piece of dirt stuck in my fiancées ring. This would not have been noticed or thought of if it wasn’t provided. But it shows the host puts a bit of effort that jot every host does. Would stay here and plan on staying here again in the future!

Very nice & spacious! Host helped out a lot. The driveway was very steep & a one way which we didn’t know about but not a big deal at all it’s just a good heads up. everything was awesome!
