Had an excellent stay at this place! Amenities were great, it was near to everywhere I wanted to go. Very clean, comfortable, and felt right at home!

It was beautiful cute and cozy! Walkable to a lot of restaurants downtown.

This house was amazing on every level! The location was fantastic for our week-long stay on Los Angeles. SO many things close by and Travis was th best host we have ever experienced! He was so responsive and flexible and the house literally had so mnay things if you needed them. Our stay was so top notch i want the corporate people at Airbnb to model everything the way Travis does it because it was just so spectacular The location was amazing and so close to everything! THIS HOUSE IS A MUST RENT, it was a fantastic experience!

We loved our stay at the Magical Treehouse. Our family was displaced by the Eaton fire and we needed a private, peaceful place to bring home our new baby boy, and I was so happy to have booked Brian's place. The house is comfy and well-stocked, the neighborhood is super walkable with friendly neighbors, and the view is absolutely unreal. We're also close to a bunch of great LA neighbors and some really restaurants and coffee shops. Brian was responsive and friendly, too.

It was an amazing place to stay with beautiful rooftop views. Clifton was very helpful with checking and with any questions I had. Although beware. Like other reviews the only thing is there is at of stairs as every rooms and living room are on separate floors. It’s definitely not a complaint for me but you can find it tiring after a long day out. There was clean linens, towels, and toiletries available. Has a gas stove that worked great with some pans included that we made French toast with. The area also great and felt safe 24/7. It had garage parking which is great as the area can fill up during the day time with people going to the beach. I’d highly recommend the place, especially if staying for multiple days or with other people. It’s a great roomy location that I hope to be able to return to sometime.

We enjoyed our stay. The space was very clean and comfortable. The backyard is beautiful! The white noise machines were a must use. There was also clear communication between us and the hosts. Really appreciated our stay.

Melissa was very responsive and flexible with our check-in & check-out process. she always responds within an hour. Loved the house and all the amenities.

We had a great time at Deborah's. She was very responsive if we had any questions. The place was immaculate when we arrived. We were a short drive to the ocean and universal studios, which were our main attractions visiting the area. Overall great experience!

We loved our stay here! Ryan and Rosie are superb hosts. They were attentive, quick to respond, very friendly, and made us feel very welcome. Everything we needed was right there, including plenty of towels for the pool/beach, cooking spices, oils, sugar, etc, a well equipped kitchen, very clear instructions for the amenities, and so much more. You can tell how much care and thought was put into this place! We loved the beautiful pool and hot tub, and the waterfall and fountain water effects on the pool were so impressive and added to the peaceful ambiance. The fire pit and patio was beautiful, with a huge amount of outdoor cooking space. The location was close to many great restaurants, stores, and of course, beaches. It’s located in a beautiful, friendly, safe, neighborhood. They even had a safe parking spot in the driveway for our car. We were so impressed with Ryan and Rosie as hosts and in their beautiful AirBNB, we will be excited to stay again next time we’re in the area!

10/10 - if you're unsure, just book this place!! the attention to detail was wonderful (squeaky clean, including fluffy towels and actual good pillows!) and it really is a peaceful, private space. yard was really great for our 2 pups (also hard to find in an airbnb) and we could even walk to a coffee shop. truly one of the best stays we've had, the hosts have thought of everything and eliminated stress/friction. we hope to be back in long beach and plan to book this place again!

We stayed for a few days at Tiana’s Beach Cottage and loved it. The space was exactly as described and the photos matched the space in real life. It is stocked with so many ammenities such as coffee, tea, creamer, bottled water, shampoo, soap, conditioner, mouthwash, and even feminine products. The places was super clean and enough extra blankets, towels and even had bikes available, if desired. We stayed with 2 small dogs and the small outdoor patio was perfect for eating breakfast and having the dogs outside with us. The entrance was by the alley, but it was clean and came with a parking spot. There is a separate entrance that leads to the patio and then another separate entrance to the unit. Super walkable, really close to the beach and lots of restaurants around the area. Will definitely stay with them again and highly recommend this rental! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Overall great place to stay, Ida was very helpful with her thorough descriptions of everything. In the middle of everything distance wise. Perfect size for three people. 10/10 experience.

Is there a possibility to give this place 10 stars? This is by far the BEST Airbnb I’ve stayed in my time using this app. Sison is an amazing host. The place is cozy, extremely clean, beds are so comfortable! I’m for sure coming back here anytime I’m in LA!!!!!!

The home was clean, comfortable, quiet and we felt right at home. We asked if we could drop off our luggage early to attend a college tour and Michael was able to accommodate our request and even made it possible for an early check in. Finally, we forgot our jackets in the closet and he called me right away to let me know. He will be helping us recover the jackets. Really appreciate how honest and responsive he has been.

This place is good to stay with family and dog. It’s quiet, peaceful and family friendly. The host is good with communication and very responsive. I would recommend this place.
