You'll enjoy staying here. Aunty Ann started communication with us as soon as we booked and gave clear check in/out instructions. We could even check in early. As soon as we arrived we felt at home here. She had left us sandwiches as a welcome, so lovely. And lots of other snacks, coffee etc. The other places we've stayed in Malaysia haven't been as well equipped as this place is. While it's not as brand new as others it's super comfortable and in a great location. We found plenty of great places to eat or buy in very close to the unit. Definitely recommend it.

Lim was a good reasponsibilty host, she clearly to tell us how to do check in and keep follow up with us. Very clean and comfortable apartment,highly recommended

I really had a wonderful stay at elise place despite i reach late and could not enjoy the facilities and Elise was very kind enough to accomodate my request to check out slightly late since my kids want to play in the swimming pool. Thank you so much to Elice for that and for who ever wanted to come to ipoh i would suggest you to stay here u as everything is nearby and most important safe and secured.

Nick, is a really good host ! He gave me all the information I needed. The apartment is spotless and 100% clean. There's a mall within 10 minutes walk, where you can find a supermarket with good prices. Even tough is not close to downtown Ipoh, you get around really easy by taking Grab or InDrive, so be sure to download the apps, before getting to Malaysia. I would say, there's no need to be in downtown Ipoh to see the city and surroundings, so therefore this place suited me well.

When we first get in into the house, we feels home. Everything in the unit was as describe in abnb. Her unit is cleaned. She provides washer machine (but we didnt use, too short stay to use it). She has vacum, so u can use them before chexk out to ensure what she gaves, she gets back in a tidy & clean. Anis is very flexi, when we were arrive, we arrived early, she lets us check in before the check in time. Thanks alot, she dont to calculative. Overall, i would very recommended her unit. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Rachel was a magnificent host. Very responsive from the first initial conversations enquiring about her Air BnB. Her accommodation was as advertised and she provided clear instructions both via messaging AND signs at the location. I would highly recommend using Rachel in the future. And when I return to Ipoh, she'll be my first port of contact before I try anyone else. Thanks, Rachel! :-)

Wai Yew's place is very clean and comfortable to stay, and of course the host is very responsive and helpful. Recommended it~!

This is my third time being the guest of the host. Mr Azfar’s service is always great. The house is so clean, smells so nice n so comfy. Will always “lock” this stay while on trip to ipoh next times ☺️

this homestay is so nice. host provides everything completely. And also got Mamak to lepak nearby. but the issue is at the pool area.its so strict.few guard so rude.

The appartment was clean and comfortable and the host was friendly.

the unit was spotless clean! I've been to many homestays but never found one this clean. very satisfied with that. I stayed for work in the area so having the water dispenser and washing machine in the unit were very convenient. food was easy to get too. there's a mamak place and convenience stores just outside the complex. most importantly, it's very secure and peaceful. guards are around 24/7 and neighbours are also very quiet. Highly recommended.

excellent loc, in the middle of new town, hence very strategic. Unit is exceptionally clean and comfy. best value for money. Pauline is very responsive, with very clear instructions on check/in and check/out (with photos). allocated 1 parking lot is almost next to the lift lobby (5th floor). parking lot is bright and airy. furniture/decoration is simple yet comfy. its one of the best unit I've been to. overall, if I could, I would give 5 + 1 Stars ..!!

For those with baby yg masih tidur berbuai this is it. Rumah ni sangat2 menyenangkan utk saya yg first time mom. Very recommended

Bathrooms were a tad on the small side but is adequately fitted. If there is anything to pick on is that the air conditioning in the living area can be a bit insufficient especially during hot afternoon weather. Also the blankets provided were a bit basic. Otherwise the unit is quite clean and comfortable overall.

Pro: Unit was clean and as in the description. Good location and see less check-in, just follow the procedure Cons: 3 stories with 5 split levels. Not suitable for old and with mobility difficulties. Check in at 4pm and check out at 11am. Requested for 3pm check-in as there was no booking the day earlier but no response by the host. Just send the Car QR code ard 3.50pm.

It’s a semi D lot with lots of plants in the compound to welcome you. The house and rooms are spacious each equipped with 2 queen size beds. The house is spotlessly clean especially the floor! Toilets are really clean too. Owners gave detailed instructions so we had no issues finding our way to the place. Overall we are very satisfied with the amenities provided!

nice place to stay. pool was not fully occupied by ppl as always, but need to climb 2 floors of stairs up and the scenery is good. bedsheets is clean.. kitchen needs more proper kitchen counter.
