Overall, the place was very beautiful. It was a nice place to stay if you want to chill and stay at home. If you have plans to go to the city, the place is about 45 mins away and the road is a bit rough and rocky. The host was also very helpful especially in booking a taxi for us to and from the place.

В целом нам очень понравилось проживание в этом месте, где очень красивая территория, ухоженный сад с потрясающим видом на горы, реку, розмарин, который пахнет на всю территорию. Очень неудобно было, что в комнате нет чайника. И каждый раз я просила горячую воду для питья. После заката не всегда можно увидеть персонал. Приватности ноль. В 6 утра наши соседи начали шуметь. То есть все харчки, крики всё это слышно. Ладно это гости, но когда уборщица начала греметь за стенкой от меня мыть раковину, она просто начала бить половой тряпкой 😂😂😂это было очень громко. Ни какого уважения и мысли о том, что кто-то ещё отдыхает. В целом, очень красиво, но не для пар. Это место подойдет для компаний. Благодарю за гостеприимство! Персонал нужно просто оповестить, что делать уборку лучше после 10 утра, если это сильно шумно.

This has been one of our favourite places we’ve stayed while travelling in Vietnam. Super friendly hosts, beautiful surroundings, peaceful & quiet. The bed was so comfy. They have two adorable cats and the sweetest puppy. Also super convenient having their cafe open to order drinks & food. Definitely recommend this place !!

Luna and Dau were very kind hosts (& very cool people), and we were super grateful they invite us to the rice festival while we were there! Their very beautifully renovated homestay ended up being the perfect place for my partner & I to comfortably recharge for a few days in the middle of our busy 2 months. It’s a very cute artsy space with adorable cats & dogs to keep company, and in a nice area with accessible food options as well as trekking tours. Their stewed beef noodles & salted coffee were also delicious!! Wish we could’ve stayed a bit longer and tried some of their workshops :’) Thank you! Hope to meet again <3

Hop is very nice and accommodating. Two tips for new guests: look for the BB Homestay signage and contact the host via WApp before going to Ta Van so she can send you the pinned location. I give her perfect stars. If you need a transportation to Sa Pa, please message the host as she will be the one who’ll contact the nice drivers.

I had a wonderful stay at Rock Garden Homestay in Sapa! Even though the weather was cloudy and I couldn’t see the mountain views, the peaceful atmosphere and the warm hospitality of the hosts made it a memorable experience. The homestay itself is charming and cozy, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ensuring I felt at home. They prepared delicious meals that were perfect for the chilly weather, and their kindness truly brightened my trip. While I missed the famous mountain views due to the clouds, the serene surroundings and cool mist added a unique charm to the experience. It felt like being in a quiet, hidden retreat far away from the busy world. I highly recommend Rock Garden Homestay for anyone visiting Sapa. It’s a great place to relax and enjoy the beauty of nature, even if the weather isn’t perfect. I hope to come back someday and catch those stunning views!

Un séjour unique dans une famille formidable ! Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Mama Gia, son fils et sa belle fille. Ils sont venus nous chercher en scooter à Sa Pa et ont pu nous amener la où on avait besoin et quand on le voulait ! (100 000vnd/personne/trajet) Le lieu est juste parfait les paysages sont à couper le souffle ! Nous avons mangé avec la famille le soir, à leur table, c'était excellent. J'ai découvert le tissage et l'indigo et nous avons fait une petite ballade dans les rizières. Nous avons pu acheter les propres fabrications de mama Gia qui sont sublimes. Le logement est composé d'une chambre avec 2 lits, prises électriques et d'un balcon avec des chaises. Des douches et toilettes sont communs à 2 ou 3 chambres. Merci encore mille fois à la famille de Mama Gia pour son accueil et tout ce qu'elle a pu partager avec nous ! C'est une femme très courageuse et avec une gentillesse énorme !

Our stay was amazing!!! The rooms were super clean, the bed was comfy, and the surrounding area was beautiful. The staff helped us with everything: arranging taxi’s, arranging tours, etc.. They were really friendly and stayed in contact with us throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend!

I had a wonderful stay here. Compound was very clean and neat, beds were surprisingly comfortable. Hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. I recommend this to anyone seeking a pleasant yet inexpensive stay at Sapa Town.

Tolle Unterkunft! wir waren leider nur eine Nacht da, sonst hätten wir noch viel mehr ausprobiert, aber trotzdem war es wirklich super. Ein wenig aus der Stadt raus ist es schon und auch nur mit Google Maps nicht so leicht zu finden, wir haben aber auf dem Hinweg ein Taxi von Quyen bestellt bekommen, der wusste wo er hin muss. Check in alles unproblematisch. Außerdem haben wir die Wandertour gemacht, was wirklich ein tolles und wunderschönes Erlebnis war! Empfehle ich auf jeden Fall weiter!

This place is perfect for me! Away from the busy city, it is an escape for solo travellers in the process of grieving a lost one(like me) or getting over a painful break up. Total privacy, no TV, outside balcony that you can smoke freely while listening to the gush of water flow of river. The best thing is that the room has an electric heater that keeps the bed warm in the cold weather.Hot water works well. However, if u expect proactive clean up, available food, existence of refrigerator, interaction with friendly humans etc this might not be ideal. They even set up a desk in my room when I needed to attend a work call. And the view is overlooking mountains is just so amazing!
