Our stay at this homestay was wonderful. It's a beautiful place, and the service was excellent. The staff are friendly, attentive, and considerate. The homestay is very clean, the food is very good, and the prices are reasonable. The views are incredible. In the afternoons, local tourists who are not staying at the homestay come to have drinks on the terrace. They can be somewhat loud rude and bothersome; they play music and turn the area into a photo set for social media. This is the only negative aspect we have regarding this wonderful place. The family's dogs and cat are affectionate, just like the charming staff at the homestay. We will return.

Ich hab mich sehr wohl gefühlt, auch wenn es morgens und abends sehr kühl war, aber wir sind ja im Winter:-), die Heizmatratze war super und im Bett war’s gemütlich…Cuong und seine Familie waren sehr freundlich und Cuong hat eine Wanderung durchs Dorf und die Umgebung mit mir gemacht, das war toll. Danke für die vielen Erklärungen! Wer gerne in SaPa Zeit verbringen möchte, sollte sich auf eine 20minütige Fahrt einstellen…

Прекрасное место для отдыха! Очень необычный и стильный отель с невероятной атмосферой. В номере все, что нужно для комфорта: горячая вода, уютная кровать с теплым одеялом и приятное постельное белье. Вид на горы просто завораживает! Отдельное удовольствие — возможность разжечь костер на улице (за дополнительную плату) и насладиться вечером у огня. Еда в ресторане очень вкусная, а милые и дружелюбные собачки добавляют отдыха особого уюта. Хочется особенно отметить персонал: отзывчивые и доброжелательные люди, которые создают тепло и душевность этого места. Продуманные детали интерьера, приятный запах полотенец и общее внимание к мелочам оставили нас в полном восторге! Рекомендуем!

Ich würde auch mehr Sterne vergeben wenn möglich! May und ihre Familie haben mir die beste Zeit in Asien beschert! Ich habe mich wie ein Teil der Familie fühlen dürfen! Superbe séjour ! Thi Huong et son équipe étaient disponibles et très amicaux. Le lieu est chaleureux et accueillant. On s’y sent rapidement comme chez un très bon ami. A cela s’ajoute, la possibilité de commander des repas délicieux et des boissons exquises. Je recommande fortement ce logement !

Perfect accomodation. Cham was an amazing host. The food at her place was delicious and the area really calm and chilled. It has a nice big terrace overlooking the valley and rice terraces. One day, Cham rented scooter for us and took us to her favorite places in the area. I’m traveling for over 7 years and that was one of my best experiences.

I cannot say enough great things about Hieu and Legend Home. Hieu is an amazing host and is eager to help you plan your day. We would tell him what we wanted, he makes a call and we are set. He is so friendly and genuinely nice. His staff are the same. The accommodations are excellent. Hot showers, very comfortable bed, and the restaurant is fantastic. We arrived late at night and he greeted us out front, led us to our room, explained the necessities and left us alone. An excellent experience in all ways.

Ginn’s House encapsulates all of the special things that you can only get from a homestay experience. By the end of the trip, it feels like they were our friends hosting us. Vu and Bee were always warm, kind and friendly. Firstly, they waited up for our very late check in!! We did not come with plans, and they warmly included us with their friends gathering in a big bbq the first night. We stayed during the rainy and cold season, and they checked in on us throughout to see if we were ok, and also shared many things we could do in the area. Want to give a special shoutout to Bee. She was always available to chat to us on WhatsApp, and helped us organise everything we needed (airport transfer, scooter, hike guide, cable car tix- do note these are extra charge), always answering questions and getting what we need (new towels, ponchos, hiking boot). She balances being professional and personable very well - even when she had a personal crisis, she looked after us. Highly recommend :)

Beautiful house with 4 guest rooms on two floors outside the village on Tan Van. Location is great if you’re looking for a remote place. Amenities (restaurants, scooter rental, laundry,...) can all still be found within 100m radius. Host is responsive and helpful but not onsite. Employee very friendly but speaks little English. Only downside is that fellow guests did not realise how well everything can be heard across rooms and common areas. I recommend, would go back without a doubt.
