Maganda yung property sobrang maluwag at malinis kumpleto din sa mga gamit pang luto. At very proactive yung mga caretaker ng unit may libreng pabuko pa para sa mga guest. Highly recommended po itong place na to sa gusto magrelax, sulit ang binayad namin. For the owner i recommend na kung pede pa double check ng refrigerator gawa ng hindi na masyado lumalamig yung chiller sa baba.

Host is very responsive. The house is clean with complete amenities. With good signal and strong wifi. TV has netflix. The pool is big. You can also have food delivered via food panda.

We are happy with the place. It feels like home. All the needed ammenities were available.

Our stay at Edison's place(Ayesha Hometel) was fantastic! The house was impecably clean, beautiful and well-stocked with everything we needed, except for the microwave oven which is not working .. Edison was incredibly accommodating esp to my request.. Kudos to the care takers especially Ate Mercy for making us feel right at home. We would definitely coming back.

My family had a great time at Crisitna's place. Communication was great all throughout and caretaker was very accommodating. We appreciated all the games available which made for a great bonding experience.

I had an amazing birthday celebration at kathreen's place, the place is really peaceful and the house lay out is great for get togethers---the pool is within reach , kitchen is open. I really appreaciate how responsive Ms. Kath on all my querries plus allowing me to add 1 adult without additional fees. Also our fur babies enjoyed running around the whole place .

Beautiful home with complete amenities, they have a dirty kitchen complete with cooking utensils and dinnerware, 3 full baths with provided shampoo/conditioner and body wash, the whole home is well thought of. They have a place for pets if you bring yours. They also have thermal pool and washer/dryer that are available upon request! Only 7 mins drive to starbucks hiraya and plenty of restaurants with a view of the taal volcano. As to the staff, they are very responsive and accommodating. It was the perfect getaway just outside the city with loved ones. A great deal for 20 people we will definitely come back!

Great place to stay. There's an alphamart right below the place where you can also park your car. The layout of the place was great. All the bedrooms were spacious and cozy. You can also get access to the rooftop to hangout/sing karaoke. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Lipa!

Sir Jovanni is very easy to communicate and very considerate as well as the caretaker Ms Regina who’s able to accommodate our check-in thought its already late. Plus the house is very homey vibe, very comfortable and spacious.

My wife and I had a great 3 day stay at Joanna's place. The minimart is just below our unit and is very convenient. mattress and sofa are comfortable. kitchen is functional, complete with the cooking necessities. the owner and her family were very hospitable and always greets us. they even extended accommodating me after i checked out so I can wait for my wife to finish her exam. the location is easy to find, with parking available and is near SM Lucena and local schools that are usually venues for LET exam.

I had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb rental! Beth, the host, was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always responsive to any questions or requests. She lives nearby and checks in on if you need anything throughout your stay. The home itself is ideal for families, equipped with all the necessary comforts and reliable WiFi. It was spotless and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Located in a very safe community, there was plenty to do nearby, from exploring markets to shopping at the SM shopping center. The added highlights was the large swimming pool, perfect for relaxing after a day of activities. As well as a playground area for my nieces and nephews to play. I'll definitely be booking with Beth again for my next trip!

A very tidy and lovely Airbnb apartment equipped with everything you need. A good bed and a nice bathroom. Chenne is a great host and there when you need her. We had a great stay

Overall, our stay has been great! Place - clean ,fragrant, patio is spacious Kitchen - with stove, fridge, pots, pans, rice cooker, plates, bowls, and utensils Dining Area - indoor dining suitable for 6 pax, long table is provided in patio. Water dispenser available Bedroom - extra pillows, blankets and matresses were provided. With black out curtains and AC was cold. CR- Clean and with BIDET, outdoor shower also available. Only downside is no water heater Entertainment- wifi, netflix and videoke available Parking- street parking for 1 car only, you may also park at the playground Host - responsive with inquiries, Kuya Richard assisted us in finding a beach resort after our stay in the unit. Place suitable for friends and family with 8 pax. Will come back on our next stay!

Quiet, peaceful location. Near to 711, Japanese restaurant. Clean and comfortable room. Smooth checked in, even I asked early check-in. Everything I need are all set. I could started my stay easily right after I checked in. Normilyn is amazingly quick response and gave me proper instructions all the time.

We spent Christmas here and it was wonderful through and through. It was clean and spacious - a treat to have found it a few days before Christmas eve. The old world charm was relaxing and nostalgic, and the host and caretaker's service and responsiveness were excellent. Already making plans to go back! The place was clean, quiet and private, creating a comfortable and relaxing environment for our get together. We especially appreciated how close the property was to the private beach clubs, 5min drive, allowing us easy access to the beautiful views in Porto Laiya Beach. Jun’s responsiveness and helpfulness were exceptional. He made sure we had everything we needed and promptly addressed any questions we had. Our stay at Piña Colina Residences was exceptional! This hidden gem provided everything our family needed for a relaxing getaway. The house was spotless, well-organized, and smelled great. The dining setup made our stay feel special, and all essentials were provided—kitchen utensils, a grill, videoke, and working WiFi. The beds were prepared with guest kits, slippers, and towels. The house had three spacious rooms: two upstairs with double beds and one downstairs with a queen and double bed. Air conditioning and lighting worked perfectly. Smoking and drinking weren’t allowed inside, so we celebrated our father’s birthday outside while grilling, and the kids enjoyed the jacuzzi. Parking was convenient, and the host was very responsive. The only minor issue was the shower heater, which sometimes got too hot. Despite that, our stay was amazing. We’d love to return in the future. Definitely the best family-friendly accommodation in Tagaytay!

Such a lovely place. Amazing view, cosy combined dining and living room. Beautiful pool area and last but not least, the caretakers. This came as a pleasant surprise, but the caretakers not only made us feel welcome, they even offered to clean after our meals. Fantastic location for a getaway for your large family. Roads are a little bumpy though :)
