c'est un logement très bien adapté pour un groupe amical de 6 adultes puisqu'il y a 3 chambres indépendantes et 3 salle de bain. Tout est réuni pour passer d'excellentes vacances paisibles avec une terrasse couverte, une jolie piscine propre, un petit braséro pour faire des grillades le soir en été. Le propriétaire a tout prévu pour les convives : de nombreuses serviettes de toilettes "moelleuses" et pour la baignade piscine. Des oeufs, du capsules de café, du pain, du beurre, des bananes locales ont été prévues à notre arrivée pour la bienvenue. Enfin, la bâtisse ancienne a été très bien rénovée (blanc, bleu avec les pierres anciennes), le jardin est très bien entretenu avec un joli arbre frangipanier, les incontournables hortensias des Azores et d'autres plantes grasses. Tout le mobilier extérieur pour se reposer est également à votre disposition. L'intérieur joliment décoré, avec de la belle vaisselle. je conseille vivement cet hébergement pour visiter l'île de Terceira.

Oh my goodness this was the most magical stay. From the second we arrived we immediately felt at home. He provided so many great recommendations. I just hope someone I know visits Terceira soon so we can make them stay here! The place had everything we needed, was clean & so so much more!!! Would give this 100000 stars! Please stay here!

This place was absolutely amazing and Henrique and Theresa were fabulous hosts. We took them up on their offer to make us a traditional dinner and would highly recommend it if you can. It was one of the best experiences of our entire vacation just hanging out with them chatting over wine, wonderful food and an amazing dessert made by Theresa! Henrique had tons of great restaurants recommendations all over the island and we even shared a drink at the local Vista Terrace/Grill one night with them (would highly recommend that place also) The space is beautiful! We enjoyed breakfast on the deck every morning and looked forward to coming back and having wine and looking at the stars each night. It was a relaxing and perfect space for a getaway from the world! I couldn't recommend this spot highly enough and can't wait to go back.

We have stayed in many places in the Acores and this place did not disappoint. Maria and her husband were kind and gracious. The home is in walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, café shop, and an atm. Very convenient. The home is fully equip and the beds were very comfortable. We booked the house from Walter for a week for 10 persons, 6 adults and 4 children. Unfortunately me and my wife could’t go, but our daughters with their families went. They had a lovely time in the house. They said that Walter was a great host and the house was big en really nice. The kids loved the swimming pool, the football field and the play area.

This is an adorable cottage in Biscoitos. You will get an authentic feel for the culture of the area. You can drive 1-2 miles to the port for great food and ocean swimming. Also, close by is an awesome bakery, wine museum and grocery store. Hugo and his family are wonderful. We had the time of our lives!

A casa estava inserida num local calmo e tranquilo, com belas vistas e os nossos amigos animais, muito bonito. A casa estava limpa e arrumada e era como mostra nas fotos, o check in e o check out correram lindamente presencialmente, tivemos de sair às 6 da manhã e o anfitrião teve alguém de prontidão na hora combinada, por mim foi excelente. Muito obrigado.

Gonçalo's Casa de Pereira was a pleasure to stay in for our days in Angra do Heroismo. The house is up a steep road 10 minutes from all the main activities and there is free parking super close. It corresponded exactly to the description and pictures. It was perfect for 8 people with 3 bathrooms and 4 beedrooms. Gonçalo was very reactive, kind and very helpful. Very recommended!

Gostámos muito da nossa estadia. A casa estava impecável, tem todas as comodidades necessárias e o espaço exterior é muito agradável. Existe um supermercado próximo bem como cafés e um restaurante. A vista é agradável e para quem tem carro é muito fácil de chegar a Angra. A anfitriã Lucia foi muito simpática e prestável. Recomendamos!

Grand logement impeccable, fonctionnel placé en bord de route. Un hôte aux petits soins, toujours prêt à aider et réactif en cas de questions. Une voiture est conseillée pour faciliter les déplacements.

Quel beau séjour dans ce petit havre de paix. Les extérieurs sont exceptionnels. La maison est très bien équipée. On se sent vite comme chez soit. Allez-y les yeux fermés

My family had the pleasure of staying at Maria's home in July for 3 nights. Maria was very responsive with all the questions I had before arriving and made excellent recommendations of places to eat and things to do. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need. There was 10 of us and we all fit around the island. There are plenty of bathrooms and lots of room to spread out. A full size washer and dryer was also a bonus. There is no a/c but there was a fan in every bedroom which was much appreciated. The house was beautiful and the views were amazing. It is a little off the beaten path. I would highly recommend renting a car. We rented one when we arrived. It's about a 5-10 minute drive to the beach and grocery store. Maria was kind enough to leave us some fresh fruit and a bottle of wine upon arrival. I would highly recommend staying here if you're planning a relaxing trip to Terceira.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour chez John, qui a été très réactif et disponible. La maison est bien équipée avec des petits « plus » : enceinte Bluetooth, oreillers à mémoire de forme, déshumidificateur, panier garni avec des spécialités des Acores… Le seul petit bémol est la proximité d’un croisement de la route, ce qui peut être un peu bruyant le matin, mais c’est très calme la nuit. Nous recommandons.

a wonderful, very spacious and comfortable house that is perfect for a family or a group of friends. The location is ideal, a short drive from the airport, yet beautifully set in a rural area with beautiful views, but also within a short drive to groceries and charming Praia da Vitoria. Communication with Lúcio was flawless, very flexible and responsive, with a quick and satisfying resolution to every minor issue. Highly recommended!

Nice clean place. Suited our needs. Great outdoor area covered with BBQ. Very close to the natural pools of Biscoites. Overall, nice experience.

We loved our stay at Jose’s cottage, it was our favorite on Terceira. Such beautiful surroundings with the farm and sea views, woke to the sounds of birds each morning and our son loved the freedom to run around and play outside. The cottage itself is pristine, in perfect condition with everything you need. It’s even more beautiful than the photos. Our hosts were thoughtful, attentive, and left us some thoughtful provisions including fresh picked strawberries from their gardens - so delicious! We would urge anyone desiring a slower pace to stay here!

Vitor was a great host. Very responsive and provided great local information in his welcome book. He also left us some local treats for our arrival which was such a sweet touch. Great home, lovely kitchen and the wine barrel shower was truly a delight. Its not right in the main part of town which made it nice and quiet and peaceful but not a very long walk to get everywhere by foot. Would highly recommend staying here!

Das Villa Nova House ist super ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Für unser Baby wurden ein Kinderbett, Hochstuhl und sogar eine Babybadewanne organisiert. Tolle Lage um die Insel Terceira zu erkunden. Rui ist sehr gut erreichbar und gibt gerne Tipps für die Insel. Sehr zu empfehlen

Filomena is a fantastic host - and she gladly shares information. The facility is clean and neat. It is easy to reach any destination in Terceira from here and it is conveniently close to the airport for early or late flights. The house has a lot of history - which has been well documented in the info pack and if you allow Filomena to elaborate - she gladly does. A graet place to stay in Terceira!
