Toby was a great host quick to answer my questions. My only wish is that the gym had more equipment but that’s more of the facilities concern. The unit was very clean with an amazing view, nice comfy beds and easy to use tvs. I would definitely recommend this unit to friends and be willing to come back another time.

The apartment was clean and spacious. The furniture was clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable. Adriana was very helpful and responsive when we ran into an issue with the wifi. As some of the other reviewers mentioned, you can hear the upstairs neighbors walking at all times of the day but it didn’t bother us.

Ramon’s place is in a quiet neighborhood. The entrance is private and the area feels safe. Very convenient location about a 20 minute drive from Disney. Plenty of restaurants and stores are a short drive away. The place was clean and cozy. Good size for 2 of us. The kitchen is small with a mini fridge, sink and microwave. There’s no stove or dishwasher. Highly recommend for an affordable place to visit Orlando.

Thank you Chad for your hospitality! You have a lovely home that we thoroughly enjoyed as a home away from home for two months. Plenty of room to relax with everything we needed. The freshness, cleanliness, and just the right amount of stylish decor made for a great atmosphere. The lanai was an added cozy surprise that we enjoyed for coffee in the morning. Thank you as well for being so responsive during two hurricanes! We would love to stay again someday.

We were thrilled to spend the week with our family between Christmas and New Years Day. The home is close to all the good stuff...Brownwood, grocery stores, pools and golf! This home was comfortable, roomy and met all of our expectations.

Eileen was super responsive and accommodating. We had no issues finding the place. The kitchen was well stocked and we had everything we needed!

We had the best time kayaking the beautiful river 10 minutes from Glenn's place. The house was clean, tidy, and very comfortable. Glenn provided us with excellent information making our trip a success. Definitely would stay here again!

Absolutely fantastic experience at this charming home in The Villages. We found ourselves here after evacuating due to Hurricane Milton, and we couldn’t have asked for a better refuge. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The house was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. It was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a perfect stay. Our host, John, was exceptionally friendly and truly went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed during such a stressful time. He was quick to respond to any questions and offered great local recommendations. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and unwind. If you’re looking for a cozy getaway with a wonderful host, look no further.

We stayed at Michael’s place for 3 days and we had a great time. The unit was fantastic, very clean and easy to find. The communication with Michael was smooth and no issues during our stay. We will return for sure.

We had a great say at Latitude Adjustment !! It was just as described and perfect for our visit to The Villages. Very clean a comfortable home. Washer and dryer were spotless and easy to operate. Thank you James !!

Tayana's home was impeccable! Her home had everything that we needed and more. She put so much thought into making guests feel at home. We sure did. Her home decor design is just beautiful. We rented a golf cart to explore the southern area of The Villages. Sawgrass Grove, Franklin Recreation, and Pitch and Putt were a lot of fun and nearby. We plan on visiting again.

We booked a super last minute trip to Florida to spend a weekend at Disney World and were so happy to find this place! The place was so clean and had everything we needed for a quick stay. It was a short 15-17 minute drive to Disney World and close to the grocery store, gas station, and a few restaurants while also feeling super safe in a gated area near a beautiful golf course. We hope to be back in the future for a longer stay!

We had an excellent stay at Disney Oasis! Two adults and three kids (8, 6, and 2) and the child friendly amenities, provided toys, and bunk beds were perfect. Pool toys and towels were provided which made packing much easier. The Disney décor was adorable. The balcony was a great spot to sit and unwind. We LOVED the pool, waterslides, and game room. The marketplace right next to the pool has a great selection of hot food, drinks, and treats making our "rest day" at the pool super easy and low-key. 10/10 fun pool atmosphere, all staff was very friendly. We were super close to all the Disney parks, and with the pool and great amenities we loved staying "off-property". The bed space, full kitchen, and in-room laundry was 100% worth being out of the "bubble". Giovanni & Amy messaged us welcome materials pre-stay, checked in with us on our first day, mid-stay, and last day and were super responsive to anything we needed. We will definitely stay here again next time we're in Orlando!

Our stay was excellent, the condo is perfectly located by attractions, restraunts, stores and other activities - many in walking distance! clean and well stocked kitchen made making meals a home easy, and the beds were comfortable. Clean, well appointed bathrooms and laundry were convenient and well stocked. Being on the 4th floor got a bit tiring to walk up, but it was very safe and secure with a great veiw of the fountain. Bit of a walk/drive to the open pool (the one right next door is closed for renovations) but it wasn't difficult by car or walking to locate it and enjoy the amenities. Lin was very responsive to questions and offered immediate assistance! I would recommend providing instructions for how to use the remotes for the TV's and the thermostat - though they may have been available and we were so busy we missed them. Would definitely stay here again, it was the perfect place for our trip in every way and the host takes pride in the property and hosting her guests!

This was only an overnight stop for us. everything was as described and a very peaceful location. accommodations were great and comfortable would reccomened to anyone

My family and I stayed here for a week and it was lovely! It was spacious, close to the grocery store, parks, restaurants, etc. Stacy was incredibly responsive and I would definitely stay here again!
