Great location. Good proximity to restaurants and local stores. Had a little issue connecting to WiFi. Jorge worked on it immediately and offered to buy me a sim for my phone. Last but not least the view of Arenal Volcano is perfect. Definitely Worth the Value!

We loved Andrea’s apartment. It was spacious, very clean, beautifully decorated, modern, and bright. It had a plenty of hot water, comfortable beds, great AC. The washer and dryer were oversized and a real bonus. The coffee provided was delicious! Overall, we loved the place.

LaCasona is a gem, we stayed for 2 weeks. Very close proximity to main road where all stores & restaurants are, several grocery stores within 5 minute walking distance. Our host was always available & we had several interesting conversations with him. The maid service was a big “ plus” & was available on a daily basis if we wanted. The pool area was most welcomed & refreshing after a hot day out, it felt like our own back yard! Definitely recommend & we hope to be back!

Yesenia was an awesome host. The house was a little hard to find but Yesenia sent pictures and instructions before we got there. We was waiting for us when we arrived. She told us to just park out front! The unit was located in the back and upstairs just as everyone has described. Very clean, private, and had everything we needed. We had our own balcony patio with a table and some chairs to sit and view the beautiful mountains. It was usually very cool when the wind blew. Very walkable to downtown and restaurants. Also very close drive the to the two cloud forest reserves, as well as the other less k own ones. Overall a great place and location. Yesenia did not speak much English but she communicated try well. And if needed, her son translated via the phone. It was great staying with Yesenia. We felt like we belonged there and it’s great to support the local people. They are very nice and hard working. See you next time we are in Santa Elena/Monteverde Yesenia. Pura vida!

This is an excellent pet friendly house to stay. Neighborhood is quiet, secure, and surrounded by nature. Extreme Adventure Canopy Park is a walking distance. 100% Adventure park is 1.6 miles away. The house has 2 bedrooms, each equipped with a queen and a twin to accommodate up to 6 people. Each bedroom comes with bathroom and hot water. It has parking lot too. The kitchenware level is basic but enough to prepare quick meals such as spaghetti, omelets, coffee, etc. The house it has also laundry room. Yorlenny is an excellent host and she can also give you very good tourism recommendations in the area. I stayed with my family for two days and normally I like to rent outdoor houses surrounded by nature and quiet neighborhoods to rest fully and recharge the batteries for the next adventure. If you like my comment, what are you waiting for, book now!

We loved our stay in one of the deluxe bungalows. The outside porch area with jacuzzi was perfect and where we hung out most of the time when not exploring. Lots of birds visiting. The jacuzzi was especially great when it was pouring rain in the evenings, just had to make sure to turn it on before we left for the day so that it was nice and warm when we got back. The only thing to note is that you’re not likely to get a hot shower, water was lukewarm, but it was not a problem for us. We would come back to stay here if ever in the area again.

Great stay, the house extremely spacious and the beds are pretty comfortable…Maria was very nice and met us at the house which made the check-in process super smooth and easy, and the location was great…for the price we paid it’s a great value, would definitely recommend this place in La Fortuna

Ese lugar fue uno de los mejores lugares amén los que me he hospedado con Airbnb no uno de los mejores el mejor todo el tiempo karla estaba pendiente de nosotros nos trató con un amor por no decir amabilidad porque fue con amor hacia todos nosotros su casa fue muy linda y tuvimos la posibilidad de ver tucanes y muchos colibríes de muchos colores y mi familia está super feliz 😊 gracias karla por hacerlo tan bien y tan agradable para nosotros el nivel se ve su calidad la precede salimos muy felices de su casa y gracias por las tortillas 🤤🤤🤤🤤

Eva's place was incredibly peaceful and private with a beautiful, well tended garden out back. With the windows open, you don't feel the need for AC at all (it was very cool during our stay in early March.) The windows do not have any screens, which created a few humorous encounters with critters, but we had a great time. It is also a tricky/steep drive along rocky mountain roads to most places, but this seemed to be the case for everywhere here (except maybe in Santa Elena itself.) We had a great time and Eva was a great host.

Kevin was very responsive and accommodating. He answered all of our questions promptly and was always available to assist us. The exterior and interior of the property fit the description perfectly if not exceeded! Such a lovely home, thanks Kevin.

Spontan hatte ich eine andere Unterkunft storniert und mich für diese entschieden: Ich sollte es nicht bereuen! Bei der Ankunft gab es in Schokolade getauchte, gekühlte Banane 🍌 🍫 Im Haus lagen noch einmal zwei hauseigene Bananen und eine Mandarine 🫶 Alles war tip top sauber, hinten um Hof standen Waschmaschine und Trockner zur Verfügung, in einem der zwei Schlafzimmer eine Klimaanlage. Vor praktisch allen Fenstern sind Insektennetze angebracht 👍 Yesenia Alejandra hat stets umgehend reagiert, immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zum Abschied gab es noch eine Schachtel Pralinen 🤤 Was man wissen muss: Falls(!) man plant, wirklich mal ausschlafen zu wollen, könnten die Touren um Uhr stören - da ich da aber stets wach bzw teils bereits unterwegs war, kann ich das auch nicht mit Sicherheit sagen 😉

Fantastic place! We spent much time outside admiring the views which are stunning any time of the day/night. The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed and the hot tub is great to unwind after a long day. It’s also close to many great restaurants. Highly recommend staying here if you like peace, quiet and unforgettable views.

We had the most beautiful stay here! The tucans and birds, soooo lush and lovely! Beds were comfortable! And kids had their own bathroom and area which was amazing! Felt safe here❤️

I had a one day stop over while visiting Arenal and la fortuna waterfall. Christian went out of his way to ensure I was greeted properly and the views from the room were amazing. the cost is very fair for the location and view and nice pool to wake up and have a dip into. I will definitely come back and give recommendation to all that this is worth every penny! thanks to Christian and his wife for sharing your space

Waking up to such a beautiful view of the lake was definitely the highlight of this place. I really enjoyed our stay. Cindy and the staff were very friendly and honestly have nothing negative to say about this place. Cindy was an amazing host making sure that we were pleased with our stay.
