Nicolás has worked hard to make his place wonderful and it shows. He is competing with other Airbnbs at lake atitlan and his place is a really good for the price. I hope he continues to improve the place. Loved the flower garden, the windows and the hammock. He is also a very kind and accommodating man and personally took us through the check in. He also helped us out with stuff we left behind.

Nice place very comfortable and clean. located away from all the busy traffic, this place was relatively quiet and quite private. Well equiped, we loved the layout and modern kitchen. We highly recommend this beautiful place.

This place was absolutely beautiful. The ladies that came and cooked for us were amazing. Food was amazing and so worth hiring them to cook for us. There really isnt anywhere to get food from around the area. Josue went and purchased the groceries for us and made sure that we had everything we needed. I cant wait to book this place again.

Gorgeous Lake Atitlán Getaway Beautiful, spacious home with unbeatable views of the lake and volcanoes. Miguel, the guardian, was wonderful, and the hosts were very responsive. Highly recommend arranging for a chef if available—nearby dining options are limited. Be aware the home is not accessible by car; it’s about a 10-minute uphill walk, so pack light! There are people to assist with carrying luggage up the hill. The trail to the home is not lit, so a headlamp or flashlight is necessary if you are walking at night. Not ideal for those with mobility issues, but perfect for anyone seeking peace, nature, and stunning scenery.

Es hat uns super gefallen! Wir wurden sehr herzlich und gastfreundlich von Christian und seiner Familie empfangen. Egal welche Frage wir hatten oder Hilfe benötigten, war er immer super schnell zu erreichen. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet, so dass man selber richtig kochen kann und die Betten waren sehr bequem. Wir hatten eine super Zeit in San Pedro und können die Unterkunft jedem empfehlen!

Great place in the heart of San Marcos. Clean and bright, will stay again.

We loved our stay! The hosts are very communicative and helpful. Check in instructions were clear and communicated well beforehand, and if any issues came up they were sorted immediately (we ran out of gas for the stove at one point, and it was fixed and replaced within 15 minutes!). The gardener was super nice and checked in on us regularly. The views are incredible and the house is comfortable. The wifi was strong and consistent for remote work. Definitely bring things from the supermarket prior to arrival so you don't have to boat back and forth. It's an eco house, so yes there are bugs, but nothing scary or that really impacted our experience. It's a really great spot if you're looking to escape!

El alojamiento de Christopher es simplemente espectacular, lo recomendamos ampliamente. Te sientes como si estuvieras en tu propia casa y la casa está perfectamente equipada con todo lo que pudieras llegar a necesitar. Recomendamos ampliamente hospedarte con él. A well-equipped, clean apartment just one block from the main square and a 5-10 minute walk to the main beach. Communication with the host was easy the entire time. San Lucas doesn't have much tourism, but that's what makes the experience more valuable. My family stayed for a week and enjoyed the rooftop with amazing volcano views.

I had a fantastic stay at Samuels place. I was there for two weeks and during this period Samuel messaged me multiple times to ask if I needed anything, would like new towels and sheets, or needed the place cleaned at all. Samuel was very helpful and sent through a list of recommendations as well and we had a good chat when I first checked in. Highly recommend the air bnb mainly due to how helpful Samuel was and also it was in a fantastic location

I agree with all the previous reviews - can’t recommend Griselda and Antonio’s place high enough. San Pedro is loud ! And this is an oasis of calm yet walkable to the town and language school(s) we will defo be back.

Desde el momento en que llegamos, el lugar nos hizo sentir como en casa. Nos sentimos tan cómodos que decidimos extender nuestra estadía un día más para seguir disfrutando de las amenidades del lugar y la vista de Panajachel. Silvia siempre estuvo pendiente de que tuviéramos todo lo que necesitábamos, lo que hizo que nuestra experiencia fuera aún más agradable. Sin duda, esperamos regresar pronto para seguir disfrutando de este rincón tan especial.

We enjoyed the location and accuracy of the house. Host was very helpful. For the price it was great. It could use a fan, really stuffy inside at night. The pillows were really big or paper thin. We just didn’t sleep well here but it wasn’t a thing really to fix it. Quiet place with a shared driveway inside gate. Would return.

Jättebra värd som var hjälpsam och svarade snabbt på alla frågor. Hon hjälpte till att koppla ihop oss med en chaufför som kunde ta oss från Guatemala City till San Pedro smidigt och säkert. Boendet var precis som beskrivet. Badrummet är verkligen i minsta laget, men det funkar och det var som vi läst i beskrivningen innan. Läget är kanon! Man kommer bort en bit från huvudgatorna så att det blir lite lugnare, men man har ändå gångavstånd till hela staden. Vi är supernöjda med vår vistelse!

Our stay at Sacred Tree was wonderful. The grounds are beautiful and maintained daily. The pool and private hot tub were so nice to come back to after a day of exploring. The place itself was very clean and felt luxurious. It had a wonderful view of the lake. The staff were very friendly, responsive, and helpful. Thank you for the great stay!

A incredible stay in Lago Atitlan. Mackenzie is an amazing host! The cabin was dreamy. It was super comfortable. I loved waking up and picking herbs for tea. The property is lovely. I did yoga every morning on the yoga deck. The food was delicious. I would 1000% come back and recommend it.

The place is amazing, if you want to disconnect from everything, and stay in a very peaceful place, this one fits perfect. The mornings and sunsets views are great!!! The sauna is a great plus also! We got there by private boat from Pana, with Bartolomé whom Dan recommended and it was the best option for us. We will be back definitely and stay there longer.

Diego is a wonderful host who provided all we needed during our 5 day stay. the place was a perfect location to sit and just relax and enjoy nature and the lake. Highly recommended!

This was one of the best places I’ve ever stayed at! The view is incredible. You can see the lake and volcanos+ the town below. I loved sitting outside and just relaxing. The home is really clean and has everything you need including a nice kitchen, snacks, yoga mats and blocks, extra blankets and books. There’s definitely bugs since everything is so open but they didn’t bite or bother me so it was fine. The 10min hike is a bit challenging esp if you have backpacks/luggages. Definitely have their recommended driver help you get to the Airbnb when you arrive and drive you up and down the steep hills during your stay. The hosts were amazing. They were really responsive and great at communicating!

We had a wonderful stay at Ricardo & Davids. The hosts were very kind and helpful with everything we needed. The kayaks were awesome to use and the terrace overlooking the lake was amazing in the morning for yoga, chilling, and reading. The cabins are comfortable and cute. San Marcos is about a 30 minute walk which has all the shopping & restaurants you will want. Location is amazing in terms of accessibility (right by the dock + walking distance to San Marcos). Downsides: road is directly behind the cabins so you hear and feel every vehicle passing by (it slows down in the evening and in the night almost nothing). They are working on building up a stone wall behind the cabins though, to minimize the sound. Bathrooms are also located down the hill from the cabins. Kitchen is very very basic and shared with all cabins so keep that in mind. Tzununa has very little to offer, we can recommend pizza night at Love Probiotics on Friday nights. Otherwise go to San Marcos. :)

It is hard to find a place in this town where you can rent the entire house and have greenery around you. Casa limon was just such a place. The host took the time to explain all the rules and was extremely flexible and accomodating. Very good bohemian vibes. Be sure that you have transportation to and from the village. Jonathan is very familiar with the area and always responded to any questions we had. If you've ever gone camping, or you like how older homes often have unique details about them, then you will enjoy this place. It has a very similar vibe.

This is our second stay at The Artist's Loft and it was just as peaceful as the first time in 2017. The view is breathtaking and I feel the best view of Lake Atitlan. The house is spacious, sunny and airy. I enjoyed the firm bed. The staff, Dorca, Milka and Nathanael were helpful and responsive. We enjoyed reading on the deck and had almost all our meals there. I became friends with the parrot Victoria and became attached to her. Everytime I saw her she made me laugh. We very much enjoyed our stay.
