Brand new building, great spot for easy access to north Austin. The growing pain of it being new construction, is that there is construction noise constantly. Even on Saturday morning unfortunately. But space is very comfortable and clean. Everything you might need in kitchen. Would recommend

Christina’s place was amazing! Extremely clean & well taken care of. They had everything you would ever need throughout your stay, and it was only about 10 min to downtown, great location. Would definitely stay here again!

Fabulous location and luxurious finishes! We were in town for a wedding at south congress hotel and this location could not be beat!

The place was great and comfortable! Felt right at home. It’s a tinnnnny but hard to find the first time but once you find the right gate/door it’s a breeze. Would definitely stay there again.

We loved this place so much that this is the second time we've stayed here. The apartment is spacious and has a great view. It's also walking distance to Rainey St. and so many restaurants. There's a small market right around the corner. Did I mention the view?

Had a marvelous stay - Isabelle and Matt are fantastic hosts who have gone above and beyond with the space. There are great amenities like the cowboy pool and multiple yoga mats for use during the stay, high quality soaps and shampoos, comfortable furniture, and a kitchen with plenty of cookware should you want to make food in the house. They were also friendly and prompt in communication. I truly can’t think of anything else I could’ve wanted for! Would love to stay at their place again in the future. Thanks y’all! 💞

The location is perfect for walks in Zilker Park, albeit a steep down hill and return up hill. It’s convenient to drive to the park’s parking areas to walk or bike on mostly horizontal trails along Lady Bird Lake. For our grandchildren, there were a variety of playgrounds in Zilker Park and at Pease Park. Since we were here in December, we spent one evening at the fabulous Lights Trail Walk. It’s located in Zilker Park. If you decide to go, be sure to check their website for dates, hours and ticket prices. If you can, take advantage of going in the gates at 6 pm. There are many museums, music centers, restaurants and coffee shops to enjoy. A big must do is to visit many of Austin’s famous Food Trucks for great tacos and BBQ. The house is in a great location that is quiet.

This place was a perfect place to stay for a small family. It is in a great neighborhood walking distance to a park/playground/community pool, and convenient to Leander. JoAnn was great to communicate with and made many aspects of our stay convenient.

We had a great time staying at Yue’s Airbnb. His home is clean and looked exactly like the photos on the site. The host was super responsive, a good communicator, and always replied within 10 mins with answers. Detailed check-in and check-out instructions, local recommendations all available within minutes of booking. We had a last minute family that joined us for a night in which our host was very accommodating and helped us figure out what we needed and went above and beyond to make use feel comfortable. If you’re ever visiting Austin, we highly recommend staying here. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

This place was perfect for what we paid for. Great deal, great location, chilling environment.

We stayed for two nights in Austin to watch my daughter wrestle at the Longhorn Classic wrestling meet. The home was perfect for what we needed for our stay. There was 5 of us and we all had our own rooms and able to share two full bathrooms. We love to cook a few meals and the kitchen had EVERYTHING we needed, plus an HEB was less than 5 minutes away if we needed to get anything extra. The beds were comfortable and the king size was perfect for myself, my wife and our grandson to sleep in together. We enjoyed the small backyard as we were able to start a fire in the fire pit with plenty of firewood against the back fence. The bathrooms had what we needed for our stay and all the towels and sheets were clean and fresh. We were about 15 mins from UT, so it was easy to get back and forth. Parking was awesome as we had our own side and awning to park our vehicles under and was very well lit with a motion sensor light. Definitely staying here again.

Perfect house for a group of girls to have plenty of space to get ready all at the same time! Best of all having enough sitting so we could hang out and catch up

Great space, everything was an 8-15 minute uber from things we wanted to see and do. Anna was very accommodating for the water filter that needed to be replaced. Definitely recommend!

We had the most wonderful stay! Nils and his team were super responsive and helpful. Very accommodating on checking in and out. The apartment was perfect for our five day stay and the building is great (rooftop pool is amazing!). The apartment was spacious, thoughtfully designed and felt like a home away from home. Will definitely stay here any time we are in Austin again.

Great apartment loved the amenities. Everything was as advertised and Himesh was very responsive!

Would highly recommend. Location was the best, you are two blocks from Rainey Street, so about 3 minutes walk. We went all over Austin, and the Lyft rides were no more then about $12 + $15 per trip. This place has the best of both worlds, you get to have a condo, but the lobby is like a hotel. 24 hours check in/check out, a coffee shop in the lobby, which is also a bar. Not an out of control bar, but a grab a glass of wine or tap beer kind of bar. The pool was perfect, never overcrowded, always had chairs or loungers open and fire pit going if it was slightly shady. Amenities were exactly as described, unit was clean, and the bedding/beds were the comfiest I have ever been on. Literally took pictures of all the tags so I could purchase for home. When we go back to Austin, we will be staying here again.

The place was a great deal. Nice view and great and efficient space all together. The building is nice. Has many amenities and quiet for the most part. The sheets need to be replaced. You could tell they are old. Otherwise the stay was perfect and they were very accommodating. My stay was stress free, which I needed because I was there to take the bar exam. Overall We would stay again!!

Had an amazing stay in such a beautiful condo near Rainey street Austin. The view from the condo was so incredible to wake up to and I enjoyed how easy it was to walk around and get food and drinks in the neighborhood. I highly recommend this condo whenever you come to Austin!

Willam was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns ! He gave great recommendations for a quick taco and coffee ! The condo is located near everything if you can’t wall a quick 5-10 min Uber can get you anywhere in the city
