Great stay for a big family. Very private and quiet. Beautiful views. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed here for my fitness competition, and it was the perfect spot! The house was super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were very responsive and made sure we had everything sorted out quickly. The hot tub and backyard area were a great bonus—perfect for relaxing after a long day. Would definitely stay here again!

A little piece of heaven. The property was just as described but even better in person. The house was super clean. Stocked with board games, outdoor games, essentials like paper towels, garbage bags, etc. Furnishings were modern and comfortable. Our dogs loved the yard. The dock was a perfect place to people watch on the lake. The neighborhood was lovely, lots of people out walking their pups. A convenient drive to restaurants and grocery stores. Such a special place to celebrate Thanksgiving with friends and family.

Our stay at Shelley's place was lovely! The house is so spacious, was sparkling clean, and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the grill and amazing views. It's located in a quiet and peaceful area, perfect to relax and have a good night's sleep. When I first saw the listing, I was a bit concerned about how comfortable the sofa bed in bedroom 4 would be. It turned out that I picked this room for me and my husband: it's spacious, has its own bathroom and the bed is VERY comfy, in addition to the best views! The other bedrooms were also great, cozy and with perfect levels privacy. Everyone was incredibly pleased with the accommodations. Communication with Shelley was excellent, she is a fantastic host!

The place Was great! Did not have enough parking for boats. Wish I would’ve shown better pictures of parking. Other than that it was a great place to stay. We really enjoyed it cleaner than it was when we got there.

This was a great place for my family, extended family and two dogs. The house was clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. We really liked the yard being fenced in so our dogs could play and enjoy the place as well. Outdoor illumination could be improved. We had a great time and will definitely stay here again.

If you know anything about Austin then you know that this area is prime. You’re not in the “city” but that is why it’s so great. You get to enjoy the hills of Austin while being so close to downtown. Plus, there’s goats at the cafe just at the end of the street. Thank you for letting my friends and I visit my old home of Austin.

We absolutely loved our stay in Carmen's beautiful home! Beautifully decorated! Everything we needed was there. Towels in every room. Real toilet paper. Lol. I love how the cabinets were labeled made navigating through the kitchen so much easier! We didn't have to go out and buy any cookware. The location was great near all the grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping center. The neighborhood was cute, cozy and quiet! The game room was a great asset! The deck and backyard have a lovely vibe, that I hope to enjoy when we return this spring, hopefully! So very comfortable and homey! Beds were comfortable and clean. Best place we've ever stayed. And we've stayed in quite a few. This will be our go-to when we visit Texas again. We love it!! Carmen was also the best host ever. She was very helpful and caring. I feel the way she set everything up is what she would expect at an airbnb. We did not want to leave. This is definitely a 5-Star and a great rate! Kecia and Family

House was clean, big backyard with cool swimming pool which the kids loved. It was pet friendly so we were able to bring our dogs wich was big plus. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. HEB and other restaurants near by. Would stay again.

The view was absolutely stunning. I loved the turning of all the roads to get up to the Hilltop - it was exactly what we needed for a quiet getaway. The dogs had a blast, the kids had a blast in the garage, and I loved the big dining table and oversized bath tub. My 13 year old loved the tv access and stayed up late watching Gremlins. I will say it is definitely a getaway so don't forget all you might want or need because I paid dearly for a DoorDash delivery. Definitely our vibe. Thank you!

This was the perfect place for my sisters bachelorette weekend. Great location, beautiful home, all the amenities you could need. The host communicated well and gave clear instructions! Would definitely stay here again!!

We visited here for 2024 Thanksgiving holiday's stay with 5 families. I think that's best place to take a rest in the nature and to make good talks & good play each other. We made good memories and good feelings. We can recommend this place for big family for happy time

What a wonderful home! The photos and descriptions were accurate, but the place was even more comfortable than we expected. It was quiet and private (the deer thought so too). We woke up every morning, drank coffee on the deck and watched the wildlife. There were comfortable beds for all of us. The kitchen had all of the expected amenities plus a few helpful gadgets. We’re keeping this treasure in our favorites for future trips to the lake. Thank you!!

Our stay here for my bachelorette was amazing! Beautiful house with so much space and room to explore. The communication and service from the host was fantastic, as we learned the hot tub was broken she immediately ordered a part and fixed it for our stay within 24 hours— so appreciative! Thank you so much for an incredible stay I’ll never forget!

We had a great relaxing stay on lake Travis. The views out of the house when you walk in the front door are as good as advertised. grocery store right across the street, a couple neighborhood restaurants nearby, and an easy drive into Austin if you want. Katie was super communicative the whole time. The beds were very comfy and the place was exceptionally clean. We will certainly be back.

Wow! What a wonderful place to stay in Texas Hill country close to Lake Travis/Colorado River! Erik and Jenn’s home was just as described and more…so many amenities and little touches that made our stay a joy! Home was spotless and inviting…swim spa and deck were great to relax and watch the wildlife. Kitchen had everything that we would ever need to prepare meals. Bedrooms and bathrooms were meticulous and comfortable…the extra pillows and blankets were a wonderful touch - primary shower was amazing! If you are looking for a peaceful retreat to get away and relax (or attend a wedding nearby like us), Erik and Jenn’s house in Lago Vista is perfect! We would definitely stay here again if in the area!!

We had a wonderful stay for a big group! The amenities were amazing, the property was very clean, the scenery was incredible, and Chad was a great host. We had a minor issue with the house and Chad was quick to help us out. He even sent us dessert to make up for the inconvenience, even though it ended up not being an issue for our group. We took the golf cart down to the lake every day, and we really enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. We would definitely stay there again in the future.
