La Bulletta ci è rimasta nel cuore!il luogo è incantevole, si è immersi nella natura e la posizione è sempre ben ventilata il pomeriggio e la notte. La piscina un valore aggiunto,dopo tutti i nostri giri un bel bagno per rigenerarsi è stato apprezzato da tutti. Daniele,con la sorella Emanuela e la piccola Lucia,il papà e la mamma sono davvero splendidi, ci hanno dato consigli sui dintorni e non solo. Torneremo sicuramente!!!

Luca è stato sempre molto gentile e veloce nelle risposte. L'appuntamento è pulito e adatto anche per un soggiorno prolungato.. Ottimo riscaldamento. Ottimo panorama sul bellissimo lago... Colazione offerta presso un bar a pochi metri dalla casa... Che dire.. Siamo stati benissimo.. Bravo Luca!

A really good place. The whole fortress is a trip in the past. People are very chill. We left some mess behind but Serena is very nice and we got along well. Somebody else would have made a big deal out of it but we could continue our travel through Italy in peace. The apartment is a destination in itself. This is much, when you see it's on the rooftop of a medieval fortress kept as lively as humans can. Lots of places to go, each with its own specific and personality. There's even a place for punk concerts.

La casa di Roberto è un'esperienza speciale. Una casa curata nei dettagli, un recupero di pregio. Condivido in pieno gli apprezzamenti delle altre recensioni. Viepri è un piccolo borgo, una nutriente sosta nel de rerum natura. Nel borgo potrete noleggiare bici elettriche o Vespe. Grazie Roberto per dare l'opportunità di stare a Viepri in una casa come la tua.

We had the most incredible time in Giove! Michele was so helpful before our stay, answering all of our many questions, and his parents Ornella and Marco were such wonderful hosts. Marco showed us around his art studio (he is an incredible painter) and Ornella baked us the most delicious cake! They were both friendly and helpful, but also they left us privacy and space to relax. We have to also mention the cats, who we were very sad to say goodbye to! We were 4 girls looking for a relaxing escape from London and we were so pleased we chose to stay here. We decided on the upper apartment which had the most incredible views of the area and was just a stones throw from the swimming pool. The views were incredible, the local town was beautiful and we can't recommend the place enough for a relaxing, Italian stay in the country.

The furnishings are luxurious and comfortable, creating an open, airy atmosphere that perfectly complements the building’s magnificence. The attention to detail is apparent everywhere. Throughout the apartment, you’ll find precious drawings and tasteful paintings that add a unique, personal touch. Both beds were incredibly comfortable with fresh-smelling linens, making for very restful nights. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, making it feel like a home away from home. The views from the windows, with fog drifting through the valley, are simply breathtaking. This is a truly remarkable place to stay!

Appartamento carino e ospitale, ottima pulizia, buona posizione. indicazioni chiare per il check in ed il check out, host molto disponibile e gentile. Consigliato.

Antonio ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber, der sich immer um das Haus und seine Gäste kümmert. Die 4 Wohnungen waren sehr gut und auch praktisch für unseren Gruppenurlaub. Parkplätze gibt es mehr als genug auf dem Grundstück, da Autos auch Pflicht sind um zum Haus zu gelangen. Des Weiteren ist der Pool sehr gut und auch sehr groß. Genug Platz um viel Spaß zu haben. Antonio kam mehrfach um den Pool auch zu reinigen, was sehr gut war. Gut wären noch weitere Schattenmöglichkeiten wie Schirme oder ein weiterer Pavilion da man die sonst vorher mitnehmen muss.

We had a wonderful stay at Piero’s house. The location is gorgeous and the house was spacious, comfortable and extremely clean. We hope to be back!

La vue est magnifique. Quartier paisible. Toutefois, la cuisine manque plusieurs articles pour cuisiner.

Een paradijsje!! Heerlijk huis en super goed gelegen. Oa Montalcino en Siena in de buurt. Radicofani zelf is klein, maar een sprookje. Wij hebben een week vakantie gevierd met onze twee kids (3 &7). Met 35 graden was het prachtige zwembad een fijne verkoeling. In het andere appartement zat een ander gezin, maar je hebt voldoende privacy. Agostina is een top host! Snelle communicatie. En de dieren op het erf zijn geweldig! Wel veel insecten, maar muggenspul doet z’n werk. Wij raden deze plek van harte aan en hopen gauw eens terug te keren. Dank!!

Wat hebben wij een fantastische vakantie gehad in dit prachtige huis op een schitterende plek. Gelegen vlakbij Via Francigena ben je zo opweg naar je bestemming, zoals Rome, Pisa, baden van San Filippo , Sienna, Lago di Bolsena. Het huis is compleet uitgerust en super netjes, wifi is goed en de Android tv is handig om je favoriete programma's te casten. Wij werden op bijzonder vriendelijke wijze ontvangen door Paolo en Roberta , waarvoor dank.Ook Ugo en Familie willen wij bedanken voor alle vriendelijkheid. Kortom een aanrader !

Superschönes toskanisches Haus mit grandiosem Ausblick. Der Hot-Tub war ein Highlight!Es fehlt an nichts,sehr gut ausgestattet. Andrea und seine Eltern sind sehr nette Leute!

Definitely a wonderful place to relax. The sunset in the evening is mind-blowing and Letizia is a very welcoming host. The apartment has everything you need but be aware that it can be pretty, pretty cold at night (we were there in May) and if you want to heat the place you’ll need to remember that gas is extra. Other than that it’s a place to fall in love with and also great if you bring your dog. We were sorry to leave and can absolutely imagine to be back to explore more of the Valley D’Orcia or simply to relax and enjoy the sun and nature.

la casetta è in una posizione davvero favorevole, sembra di stare in uma fiaba. tutt'intorno è molto silezioso. l'interno dell'appartamento è delizioso, fornita di tutto il necessario, anche qualcosina con cui fare colazione. letto morbidissimo, bagno co. doccia spaziosa e fornelli più che funzionanti. Che dire... super consigliata! in più Fabio è stato disponibile e gentile

L’alloggio nella struttura di Omar è stata la migliore che potessi desiderare. La struttura è conforme alla descrizione, molto pulita e tenuta ancora meglio. Omar è stato super disponibile negli spostamenti e velocissimo nelle richieste, soprattutto nella flessibilità del checkout, sempre cordiale e molto amichevole. Lo consiglio vivamente e nel caso ne dovessi avere di nuovo bisogno in futuro farò sicuramente affidamento su Omar e la sua abitazione.

Proprietario estremamente gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi cosa. La posizione della casa è ottima per girare Todi a piedi, ci sono tanti ristoranti, bar e negozi di vario genere nei dintorni. L'appartamento è pulito e ricco di ogni confort. Consiglio assolutamente.

Luca è stato gentilissimo, ci ha fatto capire facilmente come entrare nella struttura. La casa era pulitissima e spaziosa, anche per noi che eravamo in 5, disponeva di due bagni e due docce. C’era anche un posto macchina affianco. Consigliatissima se vi trovate nei dintorni.

Rita was very welcoming! We do not speak Italian and Rita speaks very little English but she was so welcoming and the place was wonderful! She made sure we felt at home! Peaceful place to sleep and the view was wonderful! She also gave us a welcome basket with her olive oil from her farm! The price of the Airbnb is very reasonable, but she does charge a small fee if you use the ac/heater. We came at a perfect time of year and didn’t have to use it!

Siamo state un weekend nell’appartamento di Mira ed è stato un bellissimo soggiorno. L’appartamento è spazioso e molto pulito, fornito di tutto ciò che può servire (caffè, zucchero e spezie varie anche). La vista sul campanile, da cui dietro si scorge la montagna, rende il tutto più magico soprattutto di sera, momento in cui Narni diventa quasi incantata. Il rintocco delle campane è quello che ci vuole per vivere l’esperienza di questi posti che restano quasi fermi nel tempo. In sostanza, consigliatissimo!
