I had a great stay. The place is very easy to find and in a great location. Was very impressed with how clean and organized everything was. Would highly recommend staying at river romance.

Home away from home…beautiful in every way! The apartment is equipped with everything you need and want, which makes the stay even more enjoyable. The location is peaceful and beautiful, conveniently located near our daughter. The host was friendly and communicated very well, in addition checked in with us throughout our stay to ensure that we had everything we needed. Thank you so very much for your hospitality which made our holiday even more memorable. We look forward to staying again with future visits.

Cute little place with plenty of space for me to work while I was there. Quick drive to downtown for any needs. It was quiet and peaceful. Maria was amazingly friendly and attentive to make sure there wasn’t anything else I needed. Her instructions were very detailed and easy to follow. Will definitely come back if I’m visiting the area again!

My husband + I loved our second stay at Kendra and Steve’s River Suite! They are such gracious hosts and have a beautiful little slice of heaven in Helen. We are already talking about our next visit! 💜

If you’re ever in the mineral bluff area with a loved one and need a welcoming and private place to stay , this is definitely the spot for you ! Everything from the “southern hospitality” all the way to loving companionship from Coco will make you feel just at home ! My fiancé and I were looking to get away from the world for the weekend and Karen and Greg were nothing shy of magnificent ! They truly went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of ! I'd like to thank Don and Renie for hosting us at their mountaintop house on top of Catamount Gap. The apartment was clean and wonderful in every way. The details and extras that they put into their apartment are most appreciated and all Airbnb hosts could learn several things from these hosts. My wife has already enjoyed our parting gift several times and is a special touch. I feel very fortunate to have had the opportunity to book and stay at this listing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! We loved it so much, this was our 2nd stay. Group of 13 friends just hanging out for the weekend. Things that stand out include the absolutely pristine bathrooms and the fully stocked kitchen. All the pans, utensils, cutting boards, baking pans, etc. you need. Lots of places I've been to don't have things like measuring cups but they have everything. When we had questions, response was fast. Nice common area for everyone to hang out in. Just a great place.

The pros: The home was awesome and had plenty of room. The view was beautiful and peaceful. It was the first place we stayed that had an actual baby bed; this was a welcomed blessing. It had plenty of blankets and towels for everyone and was extremely clean. We would definately stay here again. The cons: No king size beds for the adults. Parking was a challenge and it does not have a private drive. It also needed a coffee maker for pods and we would have enjoyed more couches on the main floor with recliners verses the straight back chairs. The towels also needed some fabric softner - they were really rough (small details). Overall: Excellent home and host experience. It is well worth the rental price!

Josh was a very friendly, responsive host and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The location of the property was beautiful and close to downtown Helen while still feeling like you’re out in nature. Also the place is huge so had more than enough room for everyone on our trip!

A great place to stay in Tellico Plains. A surprising amount of room for a "tiny" house. Would happily stay again.

I had a very peaceful relaxing time staying at Daniel's place. I was working 60 hours a week and I always looked forward to coming back to Daniel's place to relax and rest. the driveway is steep, like everyone mentioned, but manageable. I had a lowered vehicle and I managed to drive up and down it. Daniel has a great place and nice surroundings.

Jennifer was a great host and her condo was perfectly situated in Sky Valley. It looked recently remodeled and the entire condo was spotless. The tub and bathroom was so clean, as well as the bedding, living room, kitchen, you name it. We loved our stay here and loved that it was quiet & peaceful, but not totally secluded. My husband and I felt really comfortable in the condo and enjoyed our time overall there. We didn’t super LOVE the sleep we got on the bed, but we prefer softer mattresses and sleeping on a king size bed, so I think that contributed to it. It felt like a great quality mattress though and I think others would love it. Loved this condo & I would stay here again if I get the opportunity!

The views off the top floor balcony are stunning! A great view of the sunrise over the lake. The house is very large and spacious with all the amenities you would need for a long stay. Well stocked utensils and cookware in the kitchen. A great loft area that turned into our prime hangout spot. Patricia is very quick and responsive and the check-in/out was a breeze.

The condo was just beautiful & so clean. Everything available at your fingertips & plenty of room too! We thoroughly enjoyed staying here & hope to use this condo again in the future.

I really loved the decor throughout and the kitchen was perfectly laid out which made meal time easy. The location is a really pretty spot and we even had Thanksgiving at the club! I would definitely go back again.

Excellent stay at Jacqueline’s place. Very clean and welcoming. Nice neighbors. Easy instructions including check in and check out. Everything as described including the number of steps to walk up…lol. She also responded quickly when we requested a last minute reservation.

William & Melissa were excellent hosts. They were very welcoming and helpful with suggesting local things to do. They were very responsive with any questions we had. Their space was also beautiful, well stocked and great for young kids.

Absolutely loved the apartment and everything in it! The beds were so comfortable as well!
