Pide que te pueda ayudar Mary es muy amable y siempre atenta, así se descansa como se debe. 10 de 10 ya estoy viendo que más invento para regresar.

A beautiful stay in Ajijic! Accommodations were perfect for 4 friends to stay comfortable with private rooms and baths. Very clean and well equipped for all of our needs. I would book this again.

Lots of living space with large backyard & private parking. Right across the street from American Legion so it’s easy to find.

Beautiful house! Was perfect for me and my large family. The house had everything we needed and the housekeepers were fantastic and attentive. We cant wait to be back!

A very special house. For those who are seeking classic Mexico, this house is a goldmine find. It has been well used by a growing family. Evidence is everywhere from the slides and swings for young kids to the basket ball court with 2 baskets; one lower for little people and one higher for teens. There is also a small soccer field at the base of the property, nearest Lake Chapala, and a swimming pool, just right for cooling off and splashing around. The house itself is built with wings, one for boys, the other for girls. Two large bedrooms with multiple beds – we counted a total of 13 that included trundles and roll aways, but I imagine the owners would be careful about renting to large groups. There is a large master bedroom off the girls’ room with its own private bathroom and a rather monastic bedroom off the boys room, also with its own ¾ bath. My son and I shared the house with a Mexican family – parents with two young daughters. It was perfect for us. We had a wonderful time! Gaby and Mari, the caretakers, live in a little casita on the property, and are at your service whenever needed. They are friendly and hard working, Mari is particularly proud of having worked for the owner’s family for 21 years. Gaby and Mari have two lovely girls who were excellent playmates for ours. They don’t speak English, so knowing a little Spanish is very helpful. This is a family home in a very private and exclusive setting with lots of history. The view of Lake Chapala and the grounds are exquisite. The house itself is not perfect, it is in need of some paint and roof tiles, and shower pressure drops to nil whenever two showers are in use. However, it is very comfortable, spacious, and inviting. If you are a family and want a very special Mexican experience, this is the place for you!

Ali's place is great, just what I needed, fast internet, quiet space to work, walkable to town, and a responsive, friendly host. Lola is a sweet dog who is fun to have around. I hope to stay at Ali''s the next time I'm in Ajijic.

Great location in a spacious and interesting apt. Great experience being in Mexican culture, with so many amenities, restaurants and points of interest. Very safe and quiet. Al. In all a memorable experience, highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Mary's casita. It is small, as we expected, but so well equipped and comfortable. Mary is the perfect host, anticipating every need her guests might have. As others pointed out, the location of the hacienda is excellent for exploring Ajijic. Before setting out each day, we enjoyed our morning coffee while overlooking the lush, well manicured courtyard. Just a great experience altogether!

Harold was an excellent host. He really wants his guests to be happy and enjoy their time on property. There were a few issues and Harold went way above and beyond to rectify the issues. I loved this sweet apartment so close to the Malecon. The comfy furnishings and colorful art made me feel so at home. Only issue was consistent hot water. Communication and response time with Omar was excellent. And an off street parking spot helped immensely. Mahalo!!

Beautiful view, gardens and pool. Apart from a couple of noise issues we loved staying here and would highly recommend it. Hector responds very quickly to all inquiries.

Taner is super friendly and responsive. He provided us with everything we needed and was promptly available. The house is up the mountain which offers stunning views. The house is big and spacious. Well equipped for large groups. Quiet and peaceful area.

We stayed two weeks the first time, then came back a second time. It's a one of a kind place with a very beautiful park like garden, with many statues, plaques, a pool, several fountains, large trees and bushes, apparently put in place more than a century ago. For us this was the best part of the place, and the main reason why we came back a second time. It's very relaxing to spend time there. The house is large and sprawling, it is kept clean, the beds were good, the kitchen very well equipped to cook a meal (which we often did). The location is good in that it is within walking distance (15 to 20 minutes) to the lake and/or the plaza. Unfortunately it is also on a very busy street, but usually quiet at night. The property is up for sale, one of the two houses is already sold. The larger one, which we stayed in, is still for sale. There were no showings during our stays, but future guests should be aware of the situation and that showings may happen while they are there.

It's a little pricy for the area, but it is a spectacular home with every amenity you need . Huge kitchen, great dining room and living room with comfortable furniture. A large-screen smart TV is there - not wired to any service, so bring your Netflix/Amazon passwords. The big screened-in patio surrounded by the gardens was a beautiful spot to sit and have coffee in the morning. It is a bit of a walk to the town plaza, but a very pleasant one along the lake - the malecon starts just 60 yards away from the entrance to this private road. In Ajijic, one doesn't have to walk great distances, but the sidewalks and roads are challenging if you have bad knees. The roads are well maintained, but they are cobblestone. Taxis are readily available in the plaza or by phone during the daytime. Even though we were on a late flight - getting in around 9:00 PM, we were met at the gate and shown around and provided with keys and a gate remote. It was a great stay for a small family get-together.
