Cynthia’s Oasis provided my daughter and I with a beautiful place to stay while evacuating SWFL during Hurricane Milton. We didn’t venture out much, but food delivery service was able to locate us without any problem. Cynthia provided us with multiple ways to reach her in the event we needed anything and even had a large bowl of fruit waiting for us in the dining area (although it did take us a day and a half to realize the fruit WAS real and not just decoration). Great sidewalks and grassy area to take the dog for walks too! Can’t wait to plan another visit to Jacksonville (under better circumstances, of course) and stay at her residence again. we had a short hit amazing visit in Jacksonville. We visited the Kingsley plantation and had lunch at the European Steeet Cafe, it gave us the real American city live vibes but from.the more quant neigbourhood perspective 😁

Super peaceful stay, Fay was an awesome host, super friendly and easy to get in touch with. Upon arrival everything was super clean and made you feel at home. I would gladly stay again, it was worth every penny.

Private lockout apartment attached to larger home, surrounded by woods. You’d really not know you are connected to another home. Very clean and host was very responsive and offered advice and recommendations. Highly recommend.

Excellent value. Close to many restaurants and stores. Beds were very comfortable. We love trains so that did not bother us at all. Air conditioner and heat worked great. Very peaceful and quiet. Eric was a wonderful host, very communicative and kind.

Great place! Has everything you need. I stayed for a bit over a month and it was a good long term stay. The in unit washer and dryer was a lifesaver. Has all the needed amenities like pots/pans, coffee, plates, extra linens, etc. The host was very responsive and helpful! The area is safe and seems peaceful, no super loud noises except the occasional neighbor or train, it didn’t feel unsafe at any time. Parking is conveniently close. Definitely would book again when i’m back in Jax!

We came to Gainesville for a Florida football game. Amy’s place was conveniently located near campus and a quiet, cozy retreat before and after the big game. The condo was well stocked and peaceful. Amy was very communicative and very thoughtful making sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Great stay! Would stay again!

Awesome stay at this cute little retreat in Springfield! The pool is great, beds are comfy and the kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need. Great water pressure in the shower, which is always a big plus :) We loved it and will definitely be back!

The place was great! Even though we had to share common areas, it worked out great. The other two places were rented at the same time by people other than our family, but it was absolutlely no problem. We made new friends! The only issue that ever came up was the parking. We had rented the space to accomodate my in-laws that were in for the holiday. My children and my husband's sibling wanted to come and visit, but the parking was very limited. We managed it by carpooling from my house that is not very far away. Andrew was very nice and quick to respond to any issues and also very understanding of our circumstances. This place is absolutley amazing and is full of places to just relax for any size group of people. There is always a little nook somewhere to escape to if you need to get away from the rest of the residents. I would totally recommend for vacation or just a get-away!
