Our stay at Jason’s place was great. Such a relaxing and beautiful resort. Having the golf cart was wonderful. The beds were super comfy. Already planning Our next stay with him!

Our stay was excellent. The house was comfortable and fit our family perfectly. The location is absolutely wonderful and there is a lot to do at the resort to entertain the kiddos! The restaurants in the area are close by and have excellent food! We had a blast fishing and scalloping! We will definitely be back!

Thank you so much for letting us stay unfortunately because of the storm we couldn’t be in the pool like we wanted but that wasn’t your fault! Everything else was awesome she’s a great host and will most definitely stay here again!

Our second time staying here, by far our groups favorite Gainesville Airbnb. After the first time we stayed here we wouldn’t shut up about how much fun we had so we had to book it again this year. Fantastic time and the perfect get away for our trip!

Wow! Felt like being at a friend’s house. So well maintained, decorated nicely, with quality furnishings, linens, bedding, and kitchen supplies. Beautiful surroundings walking the neighborhood, using the hot tub, and sitting in the Adirondacks down by the water in the mornings with a cup of coffee. It was the perfect spot for relaxing ladies weekend.

Despite the hurricane damage to the property the cottage was in great shape and clean. Everything had been cleared and set up before we arrived. We had requested some firewood and chairs for the fire pit out back and it was ready for us when we arrived. Plenty of towels and extra pillows and blankets. We are planning to stay here again so we can enjoy the garden and fruit trees when they start growing again!

Highly recommend very nice place and quiet loved watching the river from the living room will stay again visit this area twice a year

Theresa was a wonderful host and so very helpful! The Villa is in a prime location between Sea Hag and the boat ramp. Everything was very clean and the bed was super comfy. Theresa made sure we had everything we needed and was available for any questions we had. We would love to stay there again!

We had a wonderful time staying at the tofu house, the property was beautiful and the barn cats were all so friendly.

Beautiful house that felt like home in the peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Had everything we needed for a perfect Christmas. And yes, the bed is absolutely awesome! Super big and comfortable. Cozy and charming house has a beautiful design, different vases for flowers, various kitchen utensils and lots of pots and pans. In the dining area there’s games and books, big TV and comfy couch and a reading chair. I’d definitely stay again and recommend it! (Really awesome, responsive, helpful hosts) Thank you! We had a wonderful time staying at Susan’s property…Exactly what we were looking for. The property was so relaxing and peaceful!!! Our pups loved roaming around the property on their walks. The weather was very cold so it added something special being in nature. Susan was attentive to our needs and always responded within a short time. She is a lovely host and we sure hope she will host us again in the future for additional reflection and relaxation! Susan, thank you for sharing your magnificent space with us!!! 😊

We rented this place for the week when I had to have surgery at Shands. So, my husband and I stayed the first night, then after that my husband went back and forth to the hospital. It was a short walk, and it was nice for him to have an inexpensive place to stay. The night I stayed I thought the bed was comfortable and I appreciated the computer chair provided by the dining table. The main thing that stood out about our stay was that the hosts were very responsive. I will say that there were a couple of issues at the beginning: a missing parking pass, some lightbulbs out, and the drain was clogged, but as soon as I called them up, they had someone over right away who made sure that the issues were fixed and apologized that they even happened (and I called about the drain at 9:30 at night), which I appreciated. I suspect that the people they had clean for them simply were not telling them about these things.

Nice two bed/two bath option for us. We like the two bed option just in case our daughter decides to stay with us. Very close to our daughter’s sorority and walking distance to campus. Clean and quiet also. Would definitely stay here again.

The unit was clean to my satisfaction- kitchen, floors, bathrooms had been recently and properly cleaned prior to the arrival. Added bonuses were the king bed is very comfortable (did not try the other one), shower pressure is good and handheld shower head also a bonus. Parking is easy and close to the unit. The unit was mostly quiet and peaceful my only complaint is that my last night there a person next door (not sure if it was an actual housekeeper for an adjacent airbnb or a resident as they eventually left with multiple bags of trash) went on a massive cleaning binge at 1:30 in the morning. They dusted/ swept/ vacuumed and moved things very loudly alongside the wall on their unit which is where the headboard to the bed is on this unit. It sounded like a giant was caught in a toy box and trying to get out. It did prevent me from sleeping for about an hour until they left. Other than this one person being very disruptive which isn’t a reflection on the host everything was great!
