The owners were quick and polite and the place was clean everything was comfortable and it was a great experience

We had a wonderful time at Janet's place! It was perfect for our needs with a long-term stay. The kitchen was fantastic, and had lots of thoughtful items that were appreciated. We also really liked the fenced in back yard for our pup, and check in was very easy. She was very responsive with a few questions we had. We also both worked here for our longer stay and the wifi was great, reliable and held up well with multiple Zoom meetings at once. We'd definitely stay here again - highly recommend!

We came in for a long weekend of a college bowl game and Jags game. We needed something comfortable and close to the stadium. It was about a 10 minute drive. We also attended the zoo while we were there. There were lots of food options and nightlife. I really enjoyed the area and our stay. Thanks for hosting us!

If you’re looking for a place to stay in Jacksonville with or without animals this is the place! Very quiet neighborhood, large fenced in yard for dogs, close to shopping and restaurants! If you’re looking for a place with oddly great water pressure in the shower then you hit the jackpot staying here!

Fantastic three bedroom Airbnb with a fenced in back yard and close to the UF campus and local shops. It was the perfect place for us to stay when visiting our college kids.

Beautiful house that felt like home in the peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Had everything we needed for a perfect Christmas. And yes, the bed is absolutely awesome! Super big and comfortable. Cozy and charming house has a beautiful design, different vases for flowers, various kitchen utensils and lots of pots and pans. In the dining area there’s games and books, big TV and comfy couch and a reading chair. I’d definitely stay again and recommend it! (Really awesome, responsive, helpful hosts) Thank you! P.s. fire pit was an awesome addition

It was an amazing stay the neighbors where very nice a respectful everything was just like the pictures I do really recommend this place and it was a great price for how many nights we got.

I enjoyed my stay. Bed was super comfortable, kitchen had all I needed to cook my meals and it was private and quiet. Zoe was friendly and helpful. I’ll stay there again when in the area!

A great combination of a touch of rustic while maintaining the amenities you could need. I booked specifically to see the animals and they definitely did not disappoint! I also appreciate that they provided corn to feed the animals. There were also a lot of cooking appliances available.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. I must say the pictures do not do it justice! We felt right at home when we walked in the door. The comfort of the home was very inviting. Felt like we stepped off the plane right into England. The beds are quite comfy. Plenty of room for large families and even us small ones too! Tho we did not swim, the pool appeared to be very inviting. Private fenced backyard. Very quiet neighborhood and felt safe. Fantastic host. Always responsive and was very accommodating. Thank you James, we look forward to returning here or another one of your locations.

Overall a great stay! Very detailed and easy to follow check-in and check-out instructions. Listing looked like the pictures. Apartment was spotless! Surrounding area is calm and quiet which was nice. Close to highways and local establishments. Nakita was an amazing host; very responsive and attentive. She was always willing to help and proactive in giving solutions. We were having trouble with the tv mount and she came to help fix it. Kitchen well equipped with utensils to cook but not with spices. Bedrooms clean and comfortable. Bathrooms clean with good water pressure. I would definitely recommend and stay again!

We visit Florida every year this time we changed up where we stayed at this time and love this place . The stand up shower to the soaking tub was amazing pool out back was great over all loved everything about this place

Check in was a breeze and we found the place exactly as it was described. Bunlim and Annie were quick with their responses and sweet to accommodate our requests. I would highly recommend and will be excited to stay again if the opportunity arises.

We booked with Travis when we thought we would need to evacuate for Hurricane Milton. However, when Milton stayed further south than expected, we decided to stay put and not use our reservation. Unfortunately, we made that decision after the cancellation deadline. That said, Travis was very kind and fair with providing us a partial refund. We will definitely consider booking his property again in the future. He is a very responsive and professional host.

Thank you for having us as your guest and all of us having another memory filled family weekend in what we call Suwanneeville. Everything met or exceeded our expectations and so many natural springs close by in the area, with each one having their own special element of happiness !!

Loved how quiet it was and very close to grocery and restaurants!

We had a lovely stay at Mark's place. It was a quiet neighborhood and we felt safe there. It was easy to get into the home (we appreciated that Mark asked when we would arrive and left the carport light on since it was well after dark). It was within minutes of grocery stores and only 11 minutes from UF. There were many household and toiletries items provided throughout the house, which made for a very convenient and comfortable stay. The discreet labels on the kitchen cupboard were very helpful!

We enjoyed 4 nights in the cabin. The location is great for accessing kayak trips. The property is lovely with tons of trees and even some deer. It is secluded but not isolated. The cabin is simple and comfortable. We found ourselves gazing at the big house, thinking why didn’t we rent that?! Gerardo communicated well and was responsive. We did all of our cooking there and managed to make it work. This is a great spot for families since it has 2 places for rent, a nice outdoor area, and great access to springs.

We came down for a horse show, and the location was great for going back and forth to WEC. The house had everything we needed, and the fenced in backyard was great for our dog.

Janen and her cottage were perfect! The house is nearly kept and Janen was so accommodating and responsive. Would definitely recommend.
