Great place to stay for our great nephew’s graduation. The place was 8 minutes from their home. Super convenient. The in-law apartment was just perfect for us. Clean and well kept. We will be back again. Thank you for hosting us Brian & Kathy McCourry

Perfect and homey! Great place for my wife and me to stay while visiting our son. Close to downtown and just a little further to midtown. We really hope to stay again for future visits!

Norma and Mike’s place was very accommodating. It actually suit my purposes to a tea. I was provided good food by the host a comfortable place to sleep in a private spot for my car. I highly recommend Norma and Mike’s Airbnb.

This is my second time staying at Kellie’s place. As with the first time (scroll up for first review) everything was perfect!!!! Kellie is an amazing host! She is friendly, proactive and goes out of her way to make sure you feel at home! This place has the most comfortable, HUGE bed with very soft linen. I love having a tv in the bedroom so you can watch a movie in bed to wind down. The kitchen is well equipped and having a Keurig coffee maker and pods is so convenient. The entire place is IMMACULATE! The unit is very quiet and private. It’s also so close to many springs for summer months and a quick 20ish minutes to Lake City. Don’t hesitate booking this sweet spot when travels bring you to Branford!

This was our third stay on their property. It was our second stay at this particular one. It's always clean. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The property and area is beautiful and peaceful. Close to major city like Gainesville but far enough from the traffic and noise. The host is amazing. They leave fresh amazing eggs from their chickens and candy that we always enjoy! They also leave some sodas and other things there for enjoyment. Their showers have nice shampoos and water flow. I would highly recommend any of their places on this property! We plan to stay again. Thank you!

The home is very clean and tidy. Plenty of space and has a nice balcony to sit outside in. The area is very peaceful with plenty of parking and things to do around the area!

Private lockout apartment attached to larger home, surrounded by woods. You’d really not know you are connected to another home. Very clean and host was very responsive and offered advice and recommendations. Highly recommend.

Awesome place. We always try to stay here when in Gainesville. Very clean, and close to everything related to UF. Check in and out is easy, and Jonathan is a great host who responds very quickly.

With the exception of outside the house like the garbage overflowing out front and the sketchy neighborhood, everything was peachy. Kait is a wonderful host and she has a lovely home on the inside. The beds were very comfortable and she has equipped the home with every thing you would need.

Myself and three friends were there for one night. Yenni was clear on check-in instructions and the place was exactly as listed. It was very close to any and everything in Gainesville! Thank you for your hospitality!

The house was absolutely beautiful with a great view of the coast and sunset. The private boat ramp it came with was so awesome and worth every penny! Will be booking again soon!

I’ve stayed at Kay’s place before, this time we were in town for the Holidays. Kay had a tree up and Christmas decorations. Super thoughtful. Nice tucked away location close to restaurants and WEC.

Great fishing in the lake. Caught Bass using our kayaks. Had an issue with the AC on arrival and Brian had it fixed in less than 24 hours

My family had a perfect stay a Susan’s place. The home is in the Haile Village which is a nice, quiet neighborhood a short distance from the UF campus. We will definitely be back when we visit Gainesville again!

The place was spacious! It was peaceful! Nobody bothered me, and it was very close to everything that I needed!

Terri is an amazing host!! The home is very clean and welcoming! Great area for children and your fur babies. It had all updated appliances with an outside grill. Their were treats for us and our dog princess, when we arrived. The neighborhood is peaceful and everyone we met was friendly! At the end of our stay, our cars alternator when out and we were not able leave at the 11:00 am checkout time. Terri, was very accommodating and understanding. Even the cleaning staff was nice and helpful as my husband was outside fixing the car. I would absolutely recommend this home to anyone looking to spend time in Gainesville.

Great condo and location. Best stay we’ve experienced in Haile Village. Small problem with air conditioning upon check-in; contacted Jessica and fixed immediately. Thanks so much for the stay-would rent again while visiting Gainesville.

Nice location. Very close to everything. The area was great for nice walk. Close to hiking 😁 longer trails, driving. Felt very safe
