This condo is on the top floor in a transitioning neighborhood. It’s neat, clean, and as expected. I chose it because it is walking distance to MOCA. I was traveling on my own, so stayed in at night. Fresh Market is a short drive, so I purchased what I needed and ate in. There aren’t nice restaurants or shops nearby and not a lot of people out at night. Check-in is a little complicated, but there were detailed instructions. You park on the street to run up to the condo and get the key fob & key card for the parking garage and drop off luggage. Garage is a short walk. Great for the money and location.

Our stay at Solace was absolutely wonderful! The place is beautiful—well-equipped, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. Everything felt just right. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, providing great recommendations and clear instructions that made our stay even better. The area itself is lovely, a growing neighborhood surrounded by scenic walking paths, and the best part—it’s just 25 minutes from the beach! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

This is my second time staying at Kellie’s place. As with the first time (scroll up for first review) everything was perfect!!!! Kellie is an amazing host! She is friendly, proactive and goes out of her way to make sure you feel at home! This place has the most comfortable, HUGE bed with very soft linen. I love having a tv in the bedroom so you can watch a movie in bed to wind down. The kitchen is well equipped and having a Keurig coffee maker and pods is so convenient. The entire place is IMMACULATE! The unit is very quiet and private. It’s also so close to many springs for summer months and a quick 20ish minutes to Lake City. Don’t hesitate booking this sweet spot when travels bring you to Branford!

Private lockout apartment attached to larger home, surrounded by woods. You’d really not know you are connected to another home. Very clean and host was very responsive and offered advice and recommendations. Highly recommend.

My wife and I did a month long stay here and it was wonderful. Kayla and her husband manage the property very well, it’s nicely decorated, has everything you need, and they are very responsive hosts. If you’re looking to enjoy the San Marco area, the location couldn’t be more perfect. We enjoyed being able to walk everywhere and visit the river daily. 10/10! Would rent from them again.

Jonathan was super flexible and understanding. His home is beautiful and I felt right at home upon arrival. I would definitely recommend not only Jonathan’s home, but I would recommend having Jonathan as your host! 10/10

We stayed at William’s home twice and both times it was immaculate, beautifully decorated, comfortable furniture and bed. The fenced yard was just what our puppy needed after a day of traveling. We absolutely loved staying here and this home!

The house was absolutely beautiful with a great view of the coast and sunset. The private boat ramp it came with was so awesome and worth every penny! Will be booking again soon!

The home worked perfectly for our needs, with plenty of space and a fenced-in back yard (and two large, lovely porches! One in the front and one in the back). The Springfield neighborhood is a quiet, historic area with beautiful homes. I also liked that this place was single-story so there was no noise from others above. This is a lovely, quiet place with plenty of privacy and space that would be great for families. Lots of good vibes!

We loved this place! It was very loud at night (all night), but that might just be a Gainesville thing. Overall, the place is clean and beautiful. the bed is also bery comfortable. Came to see our daughter and will for sure stay there again.

Great location right beside the Haile Farmer’s market which was fun to explore on Saturday morning. Playground across the parking convenient if you have young kids! Good location within 5-15min of major grocery stores, Target, Trader Joes and many restaurants. Would recommend those looking for a quiet place to stay while visiting the area.

location was perfect, we were in town for a conference at the UF Hilton one block away, this Airbnb was less expensive than a room at the Hilton and we had the whole place to ourselves. very clean, apartment complex is very quiet and safe on a dead end street. super convenient to campus and downtown. beds were comfortable, had everything we needed. would stay here again!

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay.. Cynthia was amazing and made sure that we were well taken care of. Check in was easy and the apartment had everything we needed to make our visit comfortable and welcoming. The next time we visit the area, we’ll definitely look to see if this place is available before looking for any other place to stay.

Beautiful place! We stayed here for a wedding at the botanical gardens and it was perfect. The condo was super clean, we received clear instructions, and we had everything we needed. The large bathroom was great for getting ready. Steven was responsive and helpful the entire time. Thank you!

Had a work project in Valdosta so we wanted to make it a family trip and definitely picked a great spot! It was a short drive on what I would call back roads to my job site. Our first initial thought was how clean and charming it felt. Ashleigh was super accommodating and thoughtful knowing we were traveling with our little ones. Stayed for 2 1/2 weeks and spent a lot of time outside in the huge open area by the lake. Our daughters loved catching fish and spent hours doing so. The beds were very comfortable and the house had a very cozy feeling/vibe. We did plenty of cooking and the kitchen came fully equipped. A great lake view with beautiful sunrises. The town was very quiet and peaceful and seemed safe, never had a worry. Would definitely recommend this place if you are thinking of visiting the area. I know we will definitely be renting from Ashleigh again.
