We enjoyed our weekend at Hudson Acreage. Comfortable beds. Clean bathroom. Felt right at home. Our granddaughter loved feeding the horses and goats and petting the dogs. Thanks so much for the hospitality!

We do an annual girls’ weekend and love staying here. Very spacious rooms along with comfortable seating areas. We always feel at home.

Awesome house for our gathering of family! We wanted a place to get cousins together in central Iowa, and this was perfect! Tons of games and toys for babies to tweens and adults. Comfy beds. BEAUTIFUL view! We visited during winter and the snow views of the lake were great and the house cozy. Great kitchen to cook in and we enjoyed gathering around the large picnic tables for meals. We would definitely love to come back in summer and take advantage of water fun! Very helpful and responsive host, too.

The home is super cute! Very well decorated and cozy. The home was easy to find and parking was close to the door. The single beds in the second bedroom were super comfortable and soft. The main bedroom bed was very firm and uncomfortable for me, so I used one of the twin beds the second night and that was great. Just a preference on my part for a memory foam mattress that is softer. Loved the board games and card games available. The kitchen was spacious. Tracy left a basket of snacks and chocolates which my son absolutely loved and gobbled up! The only downside for me was the price was kind of high for the size and location. After taxes, cleaning fee, and Airbnb fees were added it was $426 for two nights. That is pretty expensive for a tiny house in Boone, IA for less than 48 hours. But it is a cute place.

We enjoyed our stay. The house felt very well cared for. The grandkids loved the toys and the sprinkles on the pancakes were a hit! Would definitely recommend this home to family and friends!

Great space for our friends to gather. The downstairs bedroom was a little chilly due to the very cold temperatures but warmed up when the thermostat was bumped up a little. Amazing views, would be a great space to rent during the warmer months.

We enjoyed our stay at hilltop! We were there for a family wedding and it was so nice to be close to the venue! There were enough beds to fit our families as well which was great! Julie was very responsive with our questions! We will hopefully be returning at some point when we are visiting family again!

Really enjoyed our stay with Tycha. She's an awesome host and went above and beyond throughout - even sourcing us a pack and play so we didn't have to pay to check one in on the flight. The home was nice too, recently renovated and has a nice pool area out back (just wish it had been warm enough to use it)
