Very much enjoyed our stay and hope to return in the future. It was clean, comfortable, and fully met our needs. Quiet neighborhood and a great back yard.

We were so happy with Mark’s place. Everything was nice and clean. Mark was nice and very responsive to messages. The place is easy to find and close enough to anything you’ll need. I would highly recommend this space and will rent again if we’re back in the area.

Bao was incredibly responsive to all of my communication. The house was exactly as listed, with three bedrooms on the ground floor (3 stairs to entrance), an upstairs bathroom with tub, a bed in the basement, and a second bathroom in the basement (shower stall format). Laundry worked well. Furniture was comfortable. Easy walk or drive to Mayo hospital (St. Mary's) and close to park trains that offered miles of walking along the river. Met all of our needs completely.

The house is very spacious and clean especially for the price. It was very easy to get to and the neighborhood was quiet. My kids enjoyed the books that were in the home. Our only issue was the front porch and driveway leading to the door were extremely slippery which made it difficult to get in and out with littles and when hauling suitcases. It did melt mostly by the end of our stay.

What a special home and comfortable environment! Our family stayed in the home during a medical procedure at Mayo. We could not have found a better host to help us navigate and care through our recovery process. This is a well accommodated home, peaceful and part of nature. We appreciate all of the flexibility and lovely environment.

The house is very lovely and in a great location. We walked to get a pizza, walked to a coffee shop and were next door to another coffee shop. Levee Park is also very close by. We weren't able to enjoy the deck space because it was February but it looked very inviting. Adam was very easy to communicate with. We very much enjoyed our stay and would love to return sometime.

It was very clean and beds were super comfortable. We struggle with beds when staying out of town and the beds were to our liking. We definitely would stay again when in town. Location was close to everything we needed. We appreciated so much how accommodating it was for our daughters dog too. They went the extra mile to providing the necessities and inform us of area restaurants, parks, etc... Communication was excellent and timely. This place was absolutely perfect for our family at Christmas time. It felt so magical , cozy & quiet. The host was very responsive , the house was clean and had all the amenities we needed.

Great visit to a great little City. Pool was open and clean - which the kids loved. Felt nice and clean and newly remodeled.

This was such a fun place! It was the perfect place for a birthday sleepover. The pool and games were great and I appreciated the directions for how to use everything.

Great place! Great views and very comfortable for our group of 8. Provided room to be together and space apart for individual quiet time if desired. Well appointed and well taken care of. Beau was very responsive, accommodating, and super friendly! This is our new go-to spot when visiting LC. Definitely recommend!

Great place!

I had a great stay here. There was plenty of food options nearby within walking distance. The unit was clean and was very pleased to learn about the amenities they offer (pool sauna study room etc)

Jaymi’s place is our ‘go-to’ whenever we are in Rochester. We have stayed there multiple times and in all seasons. The location and surroundings are the best! The fact that we can bring our small dog with us allows us the peace of mind to be able to travel unencumbered. The accommodations are comfortable and cozy, and clearly place Jaymi’s place at the top!

This apartment was in a great location and the concierge was very helpful. However, it was a bit of an unusual AirBnb experience, so I wanted to highlight some details to help others. First, payment appeared to go through on AirBnB app, but we were asked to pay for the room at check-in. Second, the listing states EV charging but provides no details. I attempted to message hours in advance and did not get a response. It turned out that the EV charging requires you to bring your level 2 charging cable - very Euro style, but pretty atypical in the States. As a result, we couldn't charge our EV overnight in the parking ramp. Luckily, there is fast charging at Fresh Thyme within walking distance. But, it was -5! Third, check-in was not a typical self-check in experience with a keypad. Instead, we had to provide our car details, credit card, etc. to the concierge. We had to get our hotel access card before we could park the car.

Leon & Britt were very responsive when sending messages and even when I had to call about the water freezing in the one bathroom. We are hoping to visit again. The area is beautiful and the neighborhood is very quiet.

We requested to book this last minute and our hosts responded very quickly. Tom checked in on us shortly after we arrived and explained where everything was and answered any questions we had. We met Stephanie and their pups a few hours later. They were both very nice and if we had any questions or concerns, I would have felt very comfortable reaching out to them (but we didn't need to). I felt that the pictures perfectly represented the tiny home. I didn't notice the Keurig in the pictures, but there was one, which was very nice! We had everything we needed for a short, 2-night stay. We heard the train, but the noise didn't bother us. I wouldn't hesitate to book again if we should visit this area in the future. It was a wonderful getaway!

Great little cabin on the river. Owners were great to work with. Had a reschedule issue and they made it a breeze. Would definalty rent again.

Black Swan properties are amazing and Becky is an incredible host. Everything is as described and was perfect, and our family of five enjoyed every aspect of our visit. You won't find better accomodations in the Rochester area.

This place was the perfect distance to the venue for the wedding I was attending. It was also not too far from town. The living room was very comfortable and it made for a good place to call home for a few days. It was very clean and peaceful. I would highly recommend this place!

This is a great little home. Convenient location, very clean, has a garage and fenced yard. We did not have our dog with us but loved seeing several nearby (and met a friendly neighbor with her dog). This place is not fancy but met all our needs. Denis was responsive and thoughtful during our entire stay.

Our stay went very well. Everything was great and the host provide excellent communication throughout the process.

This was our second time staying here. Vincent is very quick to respond to any questions, even had a young man shovel the driveway after the snowfall. I would definitely recommend this place if staying in Menomonie!
