Eric and Leslie's cottage was in perfect condition and in the best location for our needs (close to pool, tennis, golf, and wedding we were in town for). Their instructions were so detailed and the binder left on the counter had everything and more. We really appreciated the organization, convenience, and friendly response. Thank you both! Highly recommend the Rice Cottage for a stay in Georgetown. Clean and cozy accommodations for our group of four in December. Kitchen is spacious and fully stocked. Dog friendly with fenced back yard. Excellent location within walking distance to park and historic area. Excellent communication with the host. Look forward to a future visit during warmer weather to take advantage of outdoor porch/patio area and the several attractions close by.

Austin's cabin is what a well-to-do Sothern cabin should be, extremely private, epic scenery, and classic furnishing. If you are looking to stay somewhere enjoy nature and have a reliable internet connection I recommend Austin's Cabin.

We’re driving through and rented this place at the last minute I wish we had more time because it has a lot of history and it’s a really really beautiful little house. We will definitely stay there again. Try playing for a longer stay if you like history, this is a house to stay in.

The parking was a tad tight. The fence didn’t help with boat parking which wasn’t in the description. Would’ve been nice to know before booking. Had to park in the neighbors yard which he and his wife welcomed it. Overall a great place and would recommend it to anyone.

The Cottage was a great fit for us while working in the area. We slept days and it was quiet and peaceful. If in the area again we would stay there again!

Such a cozy home in a perfect location to walk to restaurants and also take a quick stroll to the beach. Loaded with everything you need for a week at the beach.

Cottage was cozy...just perfect for the two of us. Their cats joined us on the porch! So cute! Great recommendations for restaurants and shopping on their page. We lost the key on the first day! Yikes, but our hosts quickly and cheerfully got us a new one. We LOVED our time in Pawleys Island and the little Bellue Cottage was a great place to stay!

Unit accurately described. Clean, great location no complaints. Only negative at first we didn’t see the instructions on how to enter the unit on the Airbnb email. Called the owner but they never called back-minor issue and only issue otherwise everything was great.

Great little cottage that was comfy and fun to stay in. Enjoyed seeing the farm animals out the window while washing dishes :) Our dogs enjoyed the yard and saying hi to the animals
