Nice location on first floor overlooking the golf course. Clean and well appointed. Owner saved my bacon when I left something valuable behind. I didn’t realize I’d left it until I was in VA. She let my daughter in law back in to retrieve it for me. So very grateful!!

If you're considering a getaway to Montgomery, Texas, I can’t recommend Kya's condo highly enough! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this rental was a cut above the rest. The condo, which spans two levels, is immaculately clean and thoughtfully maintained. One of the highlights was the layout—my daughter had her own space and bathroom, which made our stay even more comfortable. The condo offers ample room for a family and is fully stocked with everything you could need, plus a delightful welcome gift that made us feel instantly at home. The lake view is simply stunning, and the tranquility of the area was a welcome escape from the hustle and bustle. We took full advantage of the fantastic amenities: a pool, gym, and laundry facilities right on-site. Plus, the Maragritteville Resort and yacht club are nearby, featuring additional pools and live music—perfect for making the most of your evenings. Kya went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable stay. Thank you Kya!

Location - Excellent. It is on the 2nd floor and easily accessible by using the stairs. Communication - Awesome host/owner. Sarah is friendly and responded/messaged us as needed. View - calming lakeside view (sunny, rainy, foggy, overcast) anytime. The ducks, the pelican, the otter, the sunrise all add up to an awesome view. Home - this airbnb home is my favorite by far!! I've been to several here in Montgomery and a few in Italy. The decor, the fixtures, the furniture, the kitchen, the bathroom are so put together. Kitchen - high end kitchen! I love it! Though, we are not cooks, everything that you need is there. Cleaning supplies, washer and dryer, the two bathrooms have the basic shampoo, shower gel & conditioner. The towels are large and fluffy. Bedroom - comfortable bed, pillows are large and soft, the duvet felt so good in my skin so I will be buying the same kind. Overall, will stay here again as needed/recommend to family & friends when they come to Conroe.

I stayed at Caitlin’s condo for an extended period and had a wonderful experience. The bed was by far the most comfortable I’ve experienced in an Airbnb. Thoughtful design touches were both uplifting and inspiring. The neighborhood is quiet, with beautiful views of the golf course and lakes from the patio. Welcoming neighbors made the stay even more enjoyable. It’s an easy walk to stores and restaurants, with plenty to do in the area. The condo is also conveniently close to the Margaritaville Conference Center. Whether for a short or long stay, this place has everything you need!

The condo inside was nicely done. It was the perfect size for a couple. Cheryl had everything provided. The building is older and needs a bit of love. We were in town for a wedding so it was a bit of a drive back and forth through the community but would be great if you were staying in place. The view was amazing!

We had a lovely stay at Niccole's place. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and perfectly located for the Texas Renaissance Faire and the Sam Houston Forest. Niccole went above and beyond to make our stay special with thoughtful touches like Christmas candy and the condo came well equipped. All in all, we had a great time in a great place with great friends. We would definitely stay here again.

The host were so nice and accommodating! They answered all inquiries so promptly! Can’t wait to stay again!

Although the condo is cozy my wife and enjoyed the property for 7 1/2 months while having our new home built. The surroundings are amazing, with a lake view off of the back patio, and a great treed neighborhood for our daily walks. Shopping and great restaurants are a short drive away, with a few within walking distance. Matilde is a great host who promptly dealt with any questions or concerns.

We enjoyed our stay for six weeks. The location is beautiful and it is a quiet area. Very walkable and the dog park is 1 mile away. The laundromat is by the main office and affordable to use.

We loved our stay here. We stay in this area every year for our Renaissance Festival family trip and this was the best condo we have stayed in. Clean with everything you need for a comfortable stay including a kitchen you can prepare and cook a full meal in. They have the rooms set up with plenty of extra beds without feeling too tight. Fabulous location in Walden on the water and a short walk to the cafe and yacht club. Thank you we would absolutely stay here again.

Our stay at the Lake Conroe waterfront property from February 13th to 16th was truly exceptional. The home, nestled on over two acres of serene lakeside beauty, offered breathtaking views and direct access to the lake and the Wave restaurant nearby is an added bonus . The accommodations were immaculate and thoughtfully designed, providing a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. Waking up to the tranquil sounds of the lake and enjoying sunsets from the spacious patio were daily highlights. The host’s attention to detail and prompt communication made the experience seamless and enjoyable. Whether fishing off the pier, exploring nearby attractions, or simply unwinding in the peaceful environment, this property exceeded all our expectations. We highly recommend this Lake Conroe retreat to anyone seeking a memorable and rejuvenating getaway.

Perfect little getaway. The condo was very clean and has everything you could need. The balcony over the water was amazing . Janet was great with communication .We would definitely book again.

Cute and cozy place perfect for a couple or a small group. Had everything you needed to cook, wash dishes, shower and even extra tooth brushes with an adorable tiny tube of toothpaste. Bedding was nice and clean and had super soft spare throw blankets. Didn't have any neighbor issues either, the place was a little difficult to get to at least at nighttime with no idea where you are haha. Overall 10/10 would come again if were ever back in the area. I stayed for one night and that was my one mistake! I wish I could have stayed here longer! This was a great location for my needs. The place is super comfortable and clean. The view is awesome!

Veronica was an excellent host- even dropping off toys for the toddlers I had with me this weekend! So thoughtful. Location is very pretty- walkable board walk, lots of open space. One parking spot assigned and lots of guest parking. Full kitchen (but bring spices and ziplocks if you want them). Everything was truly lovely. Would stay again.
